Our sleep expert , Jenner , was fantastic. After listening to our needs He was able to direct us to several different mattresses that would work for us. He answered all our questions , allowed us all the time we needed on each mattress , and gave us plenty of privacy so we could discuss which option would work the best for us , all without any sales pressure . This review is based on my shopping EXPERIENCE visiting 3 Mattress Firm locations, since I've only had the (Queen Beautyrest) mattress for about 5 hours now. My personal shopping and mattress pickup experience was 5 star. I was greeted pleasantly at all locations (main store, closeout store, warehouse). Time was taken to answer all of my questions, and I was not pressured to buy something I could not afford. I took 2 days to try out different mattress while "Rick" (salesman) was courteous and helpful both days as I tried out various styles in my price range. Rick was quite knowledgeable and helped me understand my choices. At the end of my two day mattress search, I was treated well, I'm happy with my mattress decision, and would definitely return to do business with the people I encountered in the NE Portland MF locations.

Monty has great customer service we went to the Jantzen beach location told us when he would be there that he also was at the cascade station we had things going on so it just landed on the day he was at that location we asked if he was giving that price he told us a few days ago and did . My partner and I came in to the store on a whim, looking to try the Purple mattresses in person. Once we arrived, we were greeted by Rick. He guided us to the Purple beds and explained the difference between the models. After testing them out, we found they were too soft. We were disappointed but really wanted to find the best bed for us. Rick used our input to match us with an amazing mattress that blended our budget with our preferences. We ended up walking out the door with a new mattress and a great experience.

My experience was a good example of how customer service should be. I was treated very professionally by Corey, the store rep. He listened to what I was looking for and offered suggestions based on that. He never tried to oversell anything and he took the time to share his knowledge and expertise in the various beds that I was looking at, and the questions that he presented that were helpful in trying to assess the right bed for me. I honestly did not go into the store thinking that I was going to buy a bed, but ended up doing so. And, I felt I was given a good deal on the Tempurpedic bed and frame that I decided upon with no interest financing! The whole experience from start to finish, which took about an hour, was the quickest experience I have ever had in making a decision to purchase a bed. I was very happy with the customer service I received from Corey. I highly recommend him and the store.

It's all about the service and this location of Mattress Firm exceeded our expectations. We know we were getting a good product because we did our research, but the salespeople at the store were a delight to work with and went out of their way to make sure we had a good purchase experience. And then there are the delivery guys. They were AWESOME. Very prompt and super friendly. We needed to have our old mattresses bagged for transport and they did that and they taped them up and moved them to our waiting truck in the driveway. Originally we had a bit of an issue when trying to pick up our original outlet mattress. The warehouse made a few mistakes and the bed was not in a condition that could be resold. After this, we started working with the store manager of the Cascade Station West location, Corey Covington. I can not overstate how much we loved working with him. Corey was knowledgeable and compassionate. Corey made us feel like our thoughts and feelings were important. He answered every question and provided solutions to every problem. My son's bed is set up at home and he is really happy with it. Tempur-Pedic medium Hybrid, full size with remote base for an active athlete to recover and rest well and grow. 8 hours per 24 hr day! Is spent resting and recovery. The extra cost is worth it. Great bed.
