I am super happy with my entire experience from when I first walked in the door to watching the delivery drivers load my old mattress and foundation into their truck to haul it away. Shannon is amazing! He made the sale experience a breeze. He is VERY knowledgeable regarding what types of beds will work for me and I couldn't be happier with my new bed. He was super patient with me while I walked back and forth several times trying several mattresses to zero in on my favorite one. After making my choice, he finalized the sale, found the perfect financing package and sent me on my way with a smile on my face. The delivery was perfect. The two gentlemen who delivered and set up my new bed were extremely professional and courteous and quick. All in all, I am extremely satisfied and I highly recommend shopping here for your next bed. You won't regret it!

He understood our objective, asked a few good questions, and then led us to 2 or 3 options in our price range and in line with our goals. Went with my niece to Mattress Firm recently on NW Cornell Rd. Ste. 106 in Beaverton and purchased my mattress, after looking at several places that day. Needless to say, finally arrived at the best of places. At first glance was impressed with the orderly, spacious & cleanliness of their showroom. The store manager, Shannon and his assistant Russell were so helpful and knowledgeable about the various mattresses, materials, prices, etc. which enabled me to make a choice within my budget and comfort zone. Slept on new mattress last evening and can truthfully say it's the best sleep l have had in the past several years. Was satisfied with both the mattress and treatment l received that day. The first mattress that was brought to me had issues and I put up with it for about 5 days and on the third day I called on the 5th day they brought me a brand new mattress which is absolutely perfect I hadn't slept in 5 days and I fell asleep at 12:30 that night and slept until 11:30 the next morning this mattress was so wonderful and I have slept great every day since thank you again Shannon wirth and james(the salesman) we're absolutely marvelous this is my second time buying mattresses from Mattress Firm and when this one wears out hopefully that will be another five at least years lol I will be back to buy again in fact my roommate in the next 6 months or so will be buying a set from Shannon and James again for his bed.

My husband and I have wanted a Purple mattress since we first saw the commercial years ago and finally decided to bite the bullet. Since the moment we walked in the store, Rusty was fantastic! He answered all of our questions, didn’t stray or try to sell us something different from what we wanted, and demonstrated the features of the different Purple mattresses and what made them different from each other. This is the level of customer service and attentiveness that every retail store should strive for. The show room is big, clean, neatly set up and they have a wide variety of different mattresses to choose from. The next time we have any mattress needs, we’ll be coming back here!

Great service! I wish most furniture places would have this type of all-around service where they take care of pretty much everything. We went in on a Saturday, we took less than 1 hr to decide what mattress we wanted, they gave us free sheets, we will have it delivered AND installed AND they will take our old mattress away in less than 1 week. I just moved in from NY to Oregon a few days now; and Rusty Grove the salesman (I’d prefer calling him Mr. Grove) did an excellent job providing me one of the best service I’ve ever experienced in a very long time. His sincere non-pushy approach, mixed with his genuine hospitality & considerable knowledge about mattresses and the importance of sleep helped me choose the best mattress I’ve ever purchased, and other essentials at a very great deal saving me hundreds of dollars! What an excellent way to begin my first week here; I must say Oregon has captivated so far lol. And a small tip for all the salesman’s out there: other than being downright honest with every customer you encounter; have fun with the customer like Mr. Grove did. This place is hands down the best mattress store in or around the Beaverton area. They’re employees are what make this store so amazing. In particular I worked with rusty. I am way impressed by the service my mum and I received here. My mom went in here to check out the Ashton by Sealy. The gentleman who helped us out was the store manager, I forgot his name. Right away he knew it was sold by Costco. He then told us he could sell us a better quality bed at the same price. He shows my mom a few beds and my mom fell in love with Beautyrest mattress. I must say I haven't experienced a more genuine person than the manager who helped us. He was straight to the point, didn't have an annoying sales pitch most sales people have and it really did seem like he didn't care about making a sale but what was more important to the sale, was that my mom got what she really wanted. This is service you just don't see anymore now a days. I'm actually glad Costco sells mattresses, since you can't test them out at Costco, people like us come to places like this to test it out, and hopefully with an amazing sales person like ours they can make a sale at their store instead of Costco.
