We had a great experience purchasing a new mattress for my mother-in-law. Duane was super helpful and extremely patient with us, we had to call the assisted living facility for measurements and wait for callbacks. Duane was also very knowledgeable about the mattress sizes and product availability. We've shopped here before and had a good experience and its nice to know that excellent customer service is still valued here.

It was my first time in a mattress firm store and my experience was incredible. Everyone was friendly but gave you all the space you needed to not feel any pressure. They explained everything so good and answered our questions as if we were friends. ONLY go to the store to TRY mattresses. Do not purchase in store.. instead go to website and order with one of their many coupons. I had the pleasure of having Ric help me buy a mattress but when it came to time for their 120 day price match guarantee the guy who answered the phone was super rude, didn’t want to honor the guarantee and provided me fake news about the web site price when I had already ordered at the lower rate. If you order offline it is way easier to price match guarantee thru a simple form vs arguing over the phone.

We had a wonderful experience today. We were fortunate enough to run into Duane who normally works at the bell and Tatum store. Duane was extremely knowledgeable and when explaining what we needed and why we needed the type of bed we were looking for, he zeroed right into what would work. We looked at many other options and came right back to the very first one! Duane was also very patient as we had to wait about 30 minutes for a phone call to confirm the sizes. Mostly a good experience, to say the staff was super friendly.. they were not. It was a standard polite exchange but nothing more. While mattress firm in general is not know for their customer service or support for that matter and more for high pressure commission based sales. Pricing is just through the roof, just negotiate because they will take advantage at any opportunity they have. When they can discount a bed and frame over $1400 on an already discounted bed and frame, most people will just pay the first discounted amount thinking they got a great deal.

I was thinking of looking around and getting a new mattress. I happen to be in the Biltmore area and Ric helped me to see the different options. Not being fully ready to commit I felt very comfortable not pressured by him to be able to make a decision in the close future. The mattress matched tool he used was amazing! I went to this location a couple times and was helped out by i believe a Vince, i had a great experience. He actually listened to me, explained why he was recommending things, and showed us multiple options from different brands and different price points. He explained things so well i feel like i can explain mattresses to all my friends. We got a bed that both me and my wife liked, and he recommended a mattress protector for sleeping cooler that my wife absolutely loves.

I've used Tempurpedic for many years now and due to back problems didn't want to try anything else knowing how it's wonderful for pressure points and also using the adjustable base to alleviate problems with the back, especially with surgery in the future. He was upfront about everything and was quick and efficient. A couple years ago my Dr. recommended I purchase a Purple mattress to relieve back, knee and shoulder pain. I didn’t purchase it at that time, however, unbeknownst to me, my daughter and her husband purchased a Purple bed. When I went to visit them, I slept on it for a few nights. That mattress was a ‘game changer’ - I asked my daughter where she got it. She referred us to Jared at Mattress Firm. Jared was so patient with answering questions. He was very quick to respond-even sending quickly accessible links to sites regarding how the adjustable bed frame worked and how to attach our headboard. Wow, I missed shopping in person! This store has a great selection of premium mattresses - just the upgrade we were searching for. Brad was extremely patient and professional, and highly knowledgeable. We were able to test all mattresses that we viewed online, from Beautyrest, to Purple, Sealy, and Tempurpedic. Brad was helpful in locating and providing more details on these items. Price matching was available, making online mattress sales a joke - just shop online and see Brad to test your mattress and get a great deal and delivery. Additionally, I was astounded by how CLEAN this store is. I was certainly expecting to see evidence of previous shoppers on mattresses, but did not have that gross feeling at all :). Also, glad we didn’t have to trek thru Fashion Square just to get a mattress. Lastly, thank you to Brad again for your patience, professionalism, product and service knowledge, and kindness! I called Mattress Firm Town and Country and immediately I was greeted by a woman named Susan. She was amazing. Very knowledgeable and walked me through the whole process of purchasing a bed. She also told me if I had any other questions to please feel free to call her back at any time. When I was processing to make the payment I was having issues. I called Susan back and she walked me through it and finally I was able to complete my transaction. Customer service is very important. There are people that perform good customer service and then there are people that go above and beyond their job. Susan is one of those people. She brightened up my day for sure. Dreaded going mattress shopping. Feels a lot like car shopping for me. But we won't ever go anywhere else again. Shopped for a while, and had every question answered, no pressure gave us a price on a King and a power base, and stuck with that price when we called back 2 days later. Got a better deal than we could find anywhere online for the same thing. We called a few other stores and told them the price and they couldn't come close. We saved almost 1000 compared to the best price any other store would do. One salesman laughed and accused me of lying to get a cheap price and said nobody would do the price we were getting.
