It was an easy processing of purchase a mattress! It took me an hour to try out the mattress to select from; filling the loan for 0% interest to have it delivered to my house within 48 hours. The saleslady was pleasant to work with! Highly recommendation to use the store on Bell Rd next to Home Depot.

Told him what I was looking for and willing to spend. Found a mattress that met the parameters. There was brief confusion about what I wanted versus what he had in stock. Once that was cleared up we completed the transaction. All in all it was okay.

Friendly service, was a good buying experience, only thing I was bummed about was I thought my free pillows were going to be the memory foam ones I saw on the bed & when I got my delivery, to my surprise I had got flat fiber pillows rolled up in a box. The bed is great so far, but i hope the mattress softens up soon.

I’m a bit high maintenance when shopping for a mattress due to all my aches and pains and Jessica was very patient and helpful. I tend to get buyers paralysis when looking for mattresses over concern the mattress won’t work for me. Mattress firm is great for me as I know they have a 120 day sleep guarantee, during which I can exchange the mattress for a different mattress, or even get a refund. They also have a great selection of high quality mattresses, as well as quality entry level mattresses. If you need to buy a mattress, I highly recommend Mattress Firm!

Dylan stated that they have lower to the floor box springs that would solve the problem. He gave it to me at a lower price since I was a returning customer. The salesperson quoted me a higher price for the mattress but after showing him the advertised price online, the store honored the online price.
