This MattressFirm is the best one I’ve been too. I was greeted by Morgan Holmes who was very friendly and had great customer service. He was very knowledgeable on all of the mattresses inside of the store and is the reason we walked out satisfied with the bed set we did. I love our new purple mattress and it’s all thanks to him. 10/10 would recommend.

This was such an easy transaction. All the employees that were working were very friendly talking with us as we finalized out purchase. The man who helped us was very knowledgeable and helped us stay within our budget. I very much appreciated not being “pushed” to purchase something other than what we wanted or above our budget. The salesman was not pushy, which is something I totally hate when shopping. He showed us so many choices, while taking in consideration my pain needs as well as my wife’s needs. He explained the history behind some builders of the beds, and what goes into designing a bed for various customers. As a fellow Army Veteran he made my decision easier, and I appreciate what he has done for our country and what he did to help us sleep far more easier.

Morgan the on the sales floor was incredible I explain to him my needs and budget and he was able to find me a great deal on a plush mattress boxspring bedframe headboard and even complimented me with pillows. I was totally skeptical walking in because of all the pandemic delays, had NONE of those delays and it was so refreshing to have someone do what they say they will in this day and age!! Many many THANKS. Sincerely Deanna Hurd...Just went to end of driveway, the delivery guy destroyed out address sign! Completely ran over sign, rock it was on smashed it totally, we had told them when they called that they had to turn around because they couldn't make that turn with the truck coming wrong direction. We are so happy with our new purple mattress and adjustable base... the pillows he recommended make bed time my favorite time. He also helped us to get next day delivery and told us about an app that helps track sleep without recording so no invasion of privacy. It was enjoyable shopping for a mattress here. I usually buy mattresses from discount outlet type stores. I decided to just go in and look. I was greeted by staff immediately who were very friendly and spent the entire time with me answering questions and directing me to numerous different options based on my sleep preferences. I ended up getting a higher end mattress that was far better than anything I had ever bought before. However, they also had several very good economy choices I could have got and been satisfied with.

Kissy was the sales person. She was personable and knowledgeable. She was very patient with my partner. The delivery men were friendly and efficient with the installation. Though they did seem to be in quite a hurry. Also informed me that I would be charged for taking away mattress and box springs to which I agreed. They took away the mattress but leaving behind the box springs. I tried to catch them when I realized they didn’t take the box spring but they had left. I called Kissy to ask her to contact the delivery guys and have them come back for box springs. She said she would contact them right away.. After about 30 minutes I called her again. She said she was on hold with the warehouse. After awhile she called me back. She said boys told her they gave me 15 minutes to find the box springs but left after I couldn’t find them. I felt as if I were the one at fault and I told her so. After a bit more of her saying that my story didn’t agree with the delivery driver’s version I was fed up. I told her that I would dispose of the box springs myself. She countered she didn’t want my experience with Mattress Firm leave a bad taste but she had to follow corporate policy?? I said I was fed up; that had my money and I had the bed and I hung up on her. Today someone called stating Kissy had relayed my situation. This person was quite nice and has arranged for the box springs to be picked up on next Wednesday. My opinion has changed now to being much more positive regarding Kissy and the Mattress Firm.

Our Sleep expert Kissie was very knowledgeable and a person that I could be friends with she was awesome. I give a 5 star to her. As for Mattress Firm I wish they would carry earth friendly brands. I try to be green as much as possible so hopefully all of the mattress manufacturers will consider that moving forward. Unfortunately, time was important and my first choice was back ordered for to long for me to be able to wait.

Morgan was very helpful in guiding us to a mattress we loved. He answered all our questions, let us try all the mattresses we wanted to try. We found a King mattress we can’t wait to have in our home. I feel confident knowing if for whatever reason it won’t work for us (I doubt it!) we can exchange it in four months. We paid a little extra to have it delivered AND set up. Great deal, a little pricy but within our budget and we trust it will be a great investment. We also received $200 off to spend towards other items and we purchased two really great pillows. Will go back for any other mattress needs.

Deanna was amazing. I met her when I went in to pick up a bed frame we had been waiting to be delivered to the store. I had a couple questions about some of the mattresses, not looking to buy right then, but very interested because we have been looking for a new mattress. She understood I wasn't going to buy anything that day, and still hung out with me and answered all of my questions. We found the PERFECT mattress for us within a few minutes, and when I brought my husband, she was just as patient, and walked thru all of the mattresses with us, and didn't even mind that I just laid in my perfect mattress forever. She was not pushy by any means at all, just a genuinely friendly person who was happy to help us. The overall staff was great too and seems to work well as a team. We received help from Robert too, he was kind and generous when trying to make sure we got the best kind of deals. We didn't want to buy a mattress yesterday, we wanted to talk about it a little bit more because the price was high, but we get comfortable with how they helped us get the best price possible !! Didn't have what we orginal came in store for (mattress topper for RV) but salesman suggested a mattress that was on sale, which was going to work just the same for about the same money. And we found some temperpedic pillows that should work better for us at home. She was very professional and knowledgeable. What a great experience! The representative was so knowledgeable, explaining in detail the pros and cons of each mattress. I had explained my budget and mattress size required and that was what I was shown. Never felt any pressure to buy. Got a GREAT deal, queen for the price of a twin! Purchased a new mattress and am looking forward to picking it up next week. Only con to the whole experience was the $99 delivery fee and removal of the old mattress. But I can do that and save the cash.

Robert was very patient, attentive, and applied absolutely no pressure at all. If I said I didn't want a thing, it was dropped, it wasn't pushed on me at all. Very personable. He guided me to a lot of different mattresses that felt great and was very knowledgeable. I had a question about my mattress after it was delivered and he made sure to reply back even after hours. You can count on him to keep you updated in a timely manner. The warranty made me feel like it was a safe purchase. I was able to get my mattress the very next day. The delivery was on time and very fast. It may have been a little too fast because I felt like I couldn't ask them any questions. They were literally running with my mattress. They were very polite and efficient though and obviously didn't detract from any stars.

I think I'll enjoy the mattress I purchased and it will last me a while, but the reason I leave only 3 stars is because for the entire shopping experience I felt pressured to finance the most expensive mattresses. Even after I told her my price range and that I planned on buying outright, the store manager kept trying to redirect us to the outrageously priced mattresses. And when I finally found a mattress in my price range and went to pay, she tried to slickly charge us for a $140 "bunkie board" even though I told her we didn't need one. This experience was more annoying than purchasing my car from a dealership, if you can relate. **UPDATE: The store manager reached out to me to apologize and I received 2 free pillows for my troubles, which is pretty nice.

I went to Mattress Firm with no expectations. I was just looking for an inexpensive bed. As soon as I walked in sales rep Elahe H. met me right at the front door. Elahe H. asked me what I was looking for what I had in mind. I told her what I was shopping for. Immediately she asked me questions to assess my sleeping patterns and behavior and my concerns and issues. Elahe H. had a sense of humor friendly and very knowledgeable on their products. I tested out the recommendation due to the assessment questions I did test the firmness suggested and went with my preferences. I did take some time and thought things over we figured out payments and financing options. I left and thought it over to be honest I wasn’t going to buy anything and I was going to go through other establishments to find what I was looking for and going the cheapest route. I was truly done with the cheap mattresses I’m not a child and I need quality and support. It didn’t take me long to think it over and about an hour if that. I Thank Elahe H. for knowing her products being very intuitive and an absolute pleasure to do business with. I would highly recommend Elahe H. for your sleeping comfort at Mattress Firm. We filed a warranty claim and Mattress Firm rejected it saying it was stained. I emailed them and pointed out that the mattress is spotless. They reviewed their decision and approved the warranty claim. We went in earlier today and picked out a new mattress. I was greeted nicely as soon as I walked through the door. I have very specific ideas about features that I do and do not wanr, making it difficult to wanted my needs. The assistant manager, Robert Robles, knew his merchandise so well that he had no difficulty finding just what I wanted. The first bed I tried is the one I chose. Looked online for mattresses in the area, looking at two different stores in town. Mattress Firm had the lowest price online. Went to the store on Hwy 90 and worked with Robert Robles. He offered me the opportunity to try the mattress before making the final decision to purchase. The store had the mattress I had priced online, but it was priced 50% higher than online. He checked online at the website, and price matched. There was one in stock at this store. Robert called the other store in town to see if it had the other two I needed, they did not. He placed the order for the other two I purchased, and told me they would be in the middle of next week. We will be picking up the one today, and I look forward to hearing from the store next week when our other two arrive. Having worked in retail and customer service for many years, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service and his "failure" to pressure me into a higher priced mattress. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone, and will go back again when in need of another mattress.

Robert Robles. Wow. Very knowledgeable about anything and everything regarding mattresses. Other stores told me the end of the month (15 more days) ... Robert got it done in 3 days. One of the few genuine and honest people left in the world. He placed all my needs in front of his and even offered to stay later to make sure the deal was done right! Highly recommended! Not only did my husband and I find what we were looking for, the salesmen, Robert Robles wasn't pushy, knew precisely what we needed. We were able to walk out of the store with a new mattress in tow. Great customer service, very knowledgeable and most importantly, he listened to what we wanted instead of pushing or up-selling other mattresses on us. I believe that if we need to find another mattress in the future, we will go here first.

Update: May 2022 This store did it again... I've purchased 3 mattresses from this store in the 17yrs I've lived here. I usually buy from Elahe... But this time Morgan helped me out and made the sale... his attention to detail (what I need and how I sleep) and great customer service sealed the deal and I walked out with a great new bed and platform for my current bed (now the guest room bed)... Thank you, Morgan. I hope to continue to add to this review at the 5-star level again in the future... Hopefully not too soon though.. needs are definitely expensive these days. Old Review: first, I want to be clear, even though it should obvious, that I'm rating the store by Target... read some reviews where people rated the wrong store. Pros: 4-month guarantee friendly knowledgeable staff great selection New Bed! Cons: can be pricey delivery is from Tucson and can take days The sales lady we dealt with, Elahe, is very helpful and really seemed to understand the products she sells. We made our first purchase back in April 2017.. weren't fully satisfied with the bed and went back today (02Aug) to switch it out using their 4 month guarantee (great concept for the consumer). We dealt with Elahe again, and again she was knowledgeable and great to deal with. We got to compare the bed we originally bought with the other floor models which was a huge advantage to us when it came to comparing out existing bed because it was on the floor. needless to say we found our next and likely last bed for the next 8-10 years! it's hard to beat having your current bed model on the sales floor for comparing comfort but shopping at Matress Firm allowed us this advantage so we win by hopefully finally getting some good sleep! I needed a new bed and so Mattress Firm was having a huge sale and I went there. Robert greeted me and got me started on finding out what I needed because his manager was on the phone. Robert started me on different mattress firmness and then Elahe Hogge came over. She explained the double coil system of the one mattress, and although it was very comfortable, I couldn’t afford it. I told her my budget and she showed me different mattresses. I explained what I needed, and I had a bed, box spring, mattress protector, and frame all only $15 above my budget!!! Please always check the website before buying from this store. They will price match but ONLY if you ask, you need to do your research. The Manager at the Sierra Vista Mattress Firm sold us a $1000 mattress for $800 and made it sound like we got a good deal. Not even 12 hours later I found the EXACT same mattress for under $400.00 on their website. They did price match it but the manager knew what the online prices were, she claimed she didn't, but she did. Just be careful and do your online research. Dont let them take advantage of you. We are happy with the mattress we got. I'm just glad I did my research.

I walked into the Sierra Vista Mattress Firm store yesterday hoping to buy a traditional mattress. Robert very courteously helped me both by phone before I came in and once again in the store. Even with the discounts available, the price for a full-size bed was more than I had anticipated. Robert was eager to help and showed me the really low priced beds which I wasn't comfortable with. He then asked if I'd ever tried a Memory Foam mattress, which I hadn't. One lie-down was all I needed! Since I had asked earlier about bed frames, he then demonstrated the adjustable frame that the Memory Foam mattress was on. I was sold! I walked out a happy person having bought the Memory Foam mattress, adjustable base, AND a dandy mattress protector, all for less than I would have spent on the traditional bed I originally looked at. My entire store experience, and especially Robert's kind and courteous help, made my day. I would definitely recommend this store wholeheartedly.

I bought the MIDNIGHT LUXURY INTELLIBED KING MATTRESS. Elahe promised a 20 year guarantee and that if I wasn’t completely satisfied I could return or exchange it and I would be issued credit refunds if I chose a lesser priced mattress. 5 years interest free payments with low monthly payments. Credits and price adjustments to my card if the prices drop or go on sale. The cons are that I had to buy the mattress cover (on the pricey side and not included with the $8,501.00) Im paying for this mattress, I also have to pay removal & redelivery & restocking. I hope this mattress is the Rolls Royce I’m paying for. Thank you Elahe Hogge I know you care and stand by your promise of excellence!

It was good, about average for such a purchase. The sale was okay a bit pushy about things especially add-on items, and sometimes a bit un-understanding on circumstances but overall it was as expected. And average. Um... Red Carpet delivery? I'd hate to see what you get when you have standard! One there was no "real red carpet" and no blue booties on their feet. I had a path of sandburs from the door to my bedroom. One of the delivery guys told me that if I had any issues, needed help to know how to use it, or questions he said "read that" as he pointed to the manual. Could have been so much better.
