My husband and I had a great experience! We came in only partially knowing what we were looking for and Stephanie helped us every step of the way. She was the only one in the store and balanced all the customers in a very fair and efficient way. We were fortunate enough to land at this location after several other mattress places didn’t have the right mattress for the right price. Our Mattress Firm salesperson, Krystal, warmly welcomed us to where we needed to be all along. She took us through a variety of body fits, explaining the intricacies of each design and encouraging us to spend plenty of time on each. What really made this a special experience was the way Krystal found the right price fit to match our mattress fit. She was personal without being intrusive and worked wonders to make sure we left feeling fully satisfied with our purchase. I highly recommend this location.

We have purchased many mattresses from Mattress Firm over the years but have never found a friendlier, more helpful customer service representative, frankly, in any business, as Danny over at Mattress Firm Burbank Town Center. We just moved here. Purchased our new king mattress from him and 3 months later walked in ready to purchase the twin mattresses and he remembered us with big smiles and sincere greetings. At the end we didn’t carry anything out, but Danny held the door for us. Such a gentleman. That’s very rare in this day and age. And the prices can’t be beat. Jason was so cool to deal with and probably the best person in customer service from everyone I've ever dealt with. I explained my needs, my sleep patterns, the way I'm oriented when I sleep, and my back issues and he helped me really narrow down what feels best for me and took his time and was super patient. I found it cheaper on Amazon by 200 bucks, but I still chose to purchase from Jason at the store because you don't get that customer service and satisfaction from those type of places. I wandered into the Mattress Firm after seeing good deals on the company website. Frustrated after having bought off Amazon an Amazon Basics bedframe and Nectar bed in a box - the mattress was hard yet not holding shape, hot and every movement felt - I was in need of a new mattress after barely 6 months. I was tired and just from work, so it was awesome that Jason and Lukas were so helpful. They shared their knowledge and experiences with their mattresses but also gave me complete information on the options available to me. They gave me the time to make my decison and offered many price point options, and did not push any hard sells on me. (I've worked many years in retail and hospitality myself, so this was refreshing!) Most importantly, they listened to what I was saying so they could help me purchase the right fit. Jason made sure to hook me up with all the payment options and deals that he possibly could, which helped take the stress out of making such a large purchase. I do wish there were more delivery options to fit my work schedule, but Jason assured me he would help me with that too. Looking forward to getting my Beauty Rest!

This place is a perfect place to get your new mattress, we were in need of a new mattress, a sleep expert Danny, came to greet us at the door as we walked in with no pressure he asked us what type of bed we were interested in. We wanted to see various types of beds and what’s the differences of them, he quickly and very knowledgeable asked various questions since this is a long term commitment. To make a long story short, we ended up getting a Beautyrest beyond plush pillow top mattress, it’s unbelievably soft and firm at the same time. Thank you Danny for being so patient with us. I got a new apartment and have been struggling to find an affordable queen firm mattress that won’t take 2-4 weeks to ship. Not even IKEA had the one I wanted in stock. So after a few melt downs and a week sleeping on a couch, I called Mattress Firm and spoke to Jason. I explained I was frustrated and needed something ASAP. He told me to come in and he’d fine me something nice. I was skeptical that mattress firm would a) have anything affordable and b) Jason would truly be able to find me something nice. I went to Mattress Firm today with absolutely no idea what I was looking for, beyond the size of the mattress I wanted. Plush, Pillowtop, and Sealy all felt like words from another language for all I knew. There was only one employee in the store, so I was a little worried that he wouldn’t be able to help. We went to four mattress stores before going here. The stock at all the other stores was limited and the fastest we would be able to get something was two weeks away.
