We were a little wary of buying a bed-in-a-box mattress sight unseen, so after doing research on the myriad of online retailers, we decided Amerisleep had enough good reviews to go check it out. It was one of the few brands that you could actually physically test (they have brick and mortar stores near us) before you purchase. Mattress was going to be for a guest room Murphy bed, so had to be sturdy enough to hold the shape when stored vertically. Decided on the firmer AS2 and it took a while to ship, but it expanded to the full size (not misshapen like you see happen to some other brands) and sleeping on it is very comfortable. Since it is a guest bed, not sleeping on it every night, but times I have, it's great.

We bought an Amerisleep mattress 10 years ago and loved it. However, we upgraded to a king size bed and decided to try a different brand. After 1.5 years of sleeping poorly on this other mattress, dealing with back and neck aches almost daily, we bought an Amerisleep mattress and have been sleeping soundly ever since. We initially had some issues receiving a tracking number for my son's mattress, so I contacted customer service and spoke with Julie. She is so sweet, and was so helpful! I was quite frustrated with all of the confusion regarding my son's mattress order, but she was so accommodating and understanding, so we kept our order. We ended up receiving my son's mattress shortly after speaking with her, and she contacted me just to insure that we were happy with our order. Thank you so much Julie! For a purchase this important I spent weeks researching mattresses from many popular and well rated companies. I watched multiple YouTube reviews. While there were a few that looked like what we wanted, we made our final choice because it was important for us to support Made in the USA companies. We both prefer a softer but still supportive mattress. We chose the AS5 hybrid. It took frustratingly long to arrive (I called a couple of times and was told “It will ship next Friday” I would then get an email stating that there was a shortage of materials and it would arrive next week.. and then that week another email delay) we finally received it 6 weeks after we purchased it. I must admit the frustration of sleeping in the guest room while we waited on it disappeared the moment me laid down on it. It is by far the most comfortable mattress I have ever experienced. It feels like you’re resting on a cloud. You are perfectly supported while having that wonderful cushiness. While you sink in ever so slightly, it springs back the moment you change positions and doesn’t leave that typical memory foam indentation. It sprang right into shape the moment we opened it. Very minimal odor which dissipated within 2 days. We can’t wait to go to bed at night and drift off to sleep almost immediately. Best purchase ever!!

After researching to find the mattress I would consider purchasing, I settled on AmeriSleep. I then went to the Houston store in the Galleria where Darris, the manager, helped me decide on the mattress to buy, which is the AS2. After leaving the store I later tried to access my account to confirm my order status. I encountered a glitch in my ability to sign in, so I contacted Customer Service, where I was connected to Storm. She assisted me in a very amiable, efficient, and professional way and was able to get my sign-in glitch promptly rectified. She followed up to let me know that had been accomplished. So far, therefore, everything with AmeriSleep has been great. I will supplement this review after my mattress is delivered and I have had a chance to try it out.

I don't know what the heck this "Amerisleep" company is trying to do here.....but they should keep it up!!! The quality of the products is amazing, all heavy duty construction, rock solid and the mattresses are firm but not too firm and work exceptional with the adjustable bed. Quality is definitely "JOB ONE" with these people. I understand that they are not the cheapest company out there, but they are not the most expensive either, but for the money, you get high end quality that will last for years and years. (#money well spent) There are companies out there that may have a quality product at a affordable price but some can be a little difficult to deal with if you have a question or if you want to return something, rest assured, That Is Not This Company! This company has a 100 day trial on the mattresses with a full refund and free return shipping....THAT'S 100 DAYS! My wife and I are used to a firm mattress, we bought the AS3 and it was a little bit softer than we really would like so I wanted to return it for a firmer one....that is when Darris came into the picture, he is one of the "Sleep Ambassadors" with Amerisleep. Darris was a plethora of information, he listed off a number of different ways to go, recommended other firmness's of product, different shipping schedules and let me pick the scenario that best worked for me and also saved me the most money. I don't know if the President of the company reads these reviews or not, but that Darris guy needs a $10,000 bonus, he is a gem and a credit to the company. Amerisleep is an outstanding company (and there aren't that many outstanding companies out there nowadays) your money is well spent here, the quality, the materials, the price, the customer service, the customer satisfaction, the shipping, Darris and, Oh Yes.....The best night sleep you will ever have! p.s. Sleep Ambassador Darris should get another medal for his uniform.

I researched a lot before buying a new mattress. I wanted some hybrid, fairly firm and that sleeps cool. Reviews are very subjective and when talking about mattresses that is even more: what is super firm for me can be awfully soft for others or vice versa. Finally after months and months I decided to go with the amerisleep hybrid 3. We received it in the expected amount of time and the communication was very good.. We have slept on it for about 3 weeks and we are very happy with it. It is our first time sleeping on a mattress with a layer of memory foam. I was afraid I was going to sink but it is not the case, just comfort, it really sleeps cool, or normal I would say. So far we are loving it.

***Just a disclaimer I'm an Amerisleep customer via the their website and haven't been to a physical store location*** I've been an Amerisleep customer since May of 2021. I purchased their AS1 memory foam mattress. To start out with I find their website easy to navigate and use. It also a lot of information on their mattresses and which sleep positions each one caters to. I highly recommend reading through their sleep/mattress guides thoroughly before even considering buying a mattress! As far as the shipping, the mattress arrived in the estimated time period and in perfect condition. The mattress is rolled up and vacuumed sealed so the box is pretty big and depending on the size of the mattress pretty heavy too. It's a good idea to expect to need some help to move it. As far as the setup once the vacuumed packed mattress is in position the box includes what I would call a heavy duty letter opener to cut the plastic without cutting the mattress. You just help it roll out and let it expand. It does off gas some so don't be surprised if it has an smell to it initially but it does go away. Overall I like the build quality of the mattress. The cover and the foam look and feel of a good quality. Unfortunately I found the AS1 to be too firm and that's why I emphasize doing some research on their website for which mattress is right for you. With their 100 night trial I was able to reach out and get a mattress topper to adjust the feel of my mattress. I didn't get one until well past my trial ending due to supply issues (understandable considering a certain global pandemic). However I did get an additional 30 night trial once I received the topper. However apparently like Goldilocks this wasn't quite right for me either. So after talking with customer support again I am currently deciding on a return or swapping my current mattress for another. I give that background to say that despite being quite a fickle customer that their customer support has been amazing. Every customer service representative has been super helpful and pleasant to talk with. The most recent representative I talked to, Kianna R, was super helpful when I asked to return my mattress and explained their trade in process as a possible option. I was not aware of it so it was nice learning about and being able to describe what my issues were with my current mattress and Kianna recommending another mattress based off them. Overall everyone at customer support has been helpful and gives me the confidence to recommend Amerisleep.

I am so pleased with my purchase of a queen size Amerisleep hybrid Queen size mattress. Admittedly I was very nervous buying such an expensive item such as a mattress, over the phone actually, but my back has never felt better. Anybody who asks I will certainly recommend your company. The gentleman I spoke with was extremely informative and asked all the right questions. The only thing I would recommend to you is to put handles on the side of the mattress to make it easier to handle in order to put it down properly on the foundation. It is very heavy and difficult to maneuver. My husbands queen size mattress, not your brand,, has handles made of the same material as the sides of the mattress, so easy to turn.

I recently worked with Julie B. on a warranty issue on the bed frame I recently purchased. Julie's people skills were amazing. The way she handled herself and the company while assuring me, almost without words, that all issues I was having would be solved. Oh my goodness, what a difference a quality mattress makes! Thank You Christopher for your patience and sage advice. After much research, I still almost made a mistake. Thanks to Christopher, I believe got the perfect mattress, the as5. Excellent support with a plush feel. This mattress is indeed high end and luxurious. No hard sell, just excellent advise. I highly recommend this line of mattresses if you're looking for a high quality mattress. I researched them all....the very high end to the middle for quality. Fortunately I ended up with the perfect mattress for me. We will see how it holds up over time (last night was my first night sleeping on it).

Only issue I have is my sheets donot fit snug. I believe the queen is a little undersized. Tried different manufactures fitted sheets and same results.

Their beds are wonderful and have greatly improved my sleep, but one of the best things about working with this company over the years has been their amazing customer service team! These are the all time best mattresses. They hold up over time and are just as comfortable 4 years later. We have 5 mattresses total and the pillows are amazing as well. I had thought about purchasing a new mattress for the past 2 to 3 years. I knew my old mattress was due for replacement but the purchase wasn't in my budget. I had been suffering from lower back pain when I awoke in the morning during this same time period. Something told me the old mattress was the reason for my back pain. I consulted with my chiropractor and he suggested a hybrid mattress. Once I had the money I started searching for a new mattress. Reviews led me to Amerisleep and the AS2 mattress. I was uncertain and a bit hesitant about buying the mattress sight unseen. I purchased one and since the first night I slept on it my lower back pain gradually went away. This mattress works for me. I don't regret the purchase and would recommend these mattresses.

Prior to purchasing my mattress I researched a number of different mattresses and read many opinions and articles about Amerisleep which Company I wasn't familiar with prior to commencing my research. I realize that many opinions or articles can and oftentimes are either paid for or not on the level for some other reason but that's pretty much true for most other Mattress Companies as well thus all you can do is read a lot of opinions, etc.., from numerous sources and pray that at least a substantial portion of the information being reviewed is unbiased. As it turned out, the Mattress I purchased, based upon my determination, not the Salesperson's, the AS3 which, at least thus far, is exactly what I wanted and has helped my sleeping and minor hip issues. The very reasonable price and "on-time" delivery were also important factors. Accordingly, I can say, "Objectively" that I'm quite happy with my purchase and expect to be for a long time to come.

Although UPS just wanted to drop the HUGE box containing my mattress outside my garage, I caught them and had them bring it in. S I do have an adjustable bed and the mattress works beautifully! All I can say is "I LOVE MY BED", I WOULD BUY ANOTHER IN A HEART BEAT. I have chronic back pain. My wife and I are both side sleepers. We got a new bedroom suite, so I researched high and low for the best mattress for us. We shopped and searched online and I found that Amerisleep was not only the top rated mattress but the best fit for us. Amerisleep sent me the mattress as I ordered. It is rather amazing how it comes packaged and opens up into a firm mattress. We slept on it for a 2 months and I loved it! After being bombarded by mattress salesman for a good portion of the day at a few different mattress stores, my significant other and I were just about done with in-store shopping and were tempted to take our search online, but we decided to make one more stop at Amerisleep because of a review that we had read online about the AS3 mattress. Oh boy, let me tell ya, I could not be happier that we made that final stop and finally ended our search. We were greeted by Albert about 20 minutes before they closed but that did not seem to bother him one bit. Albert was extremely knowledgeable on all of the beds and which ones may be preferred for people of our height, weight, and sleep orientation. After a good 20-30 minutes of trying the different beds, we decided on the AS3 and ordered a couple pillows as well (which were amazing). Our entire experience inside the store was nothing less of a pleasant one and we're both very excited to get our bed. If there was a 7 star option, I would give this place one. 7/7 would recommend!

We came to Amerisleep looking for a memory foam mattress. We had previously checked out a Mattress Firm and the only quality memory foams they had were tempurpedics starting at $4000. Albert let us take our time to try the different mattresses and gave very helpful info on which model would be best for us, not rushing us or pushy. He stayed until after the store closed to keep helping us. We walked out very happy with our purchases (especially the pillows!) I can’t wait for our mattress to be delivered!

We love our Amerisleep mattress. I spent a lot of time researching my choices. What set this company apart is the construction of the product. their return policy and some of the newer technology used in the design of the cover system. It was delivered within a week of placing the order. We got it upstairs and unrolled it. My husband no longer has any back pain and states that he has having some of the best night sleeps in a long, long time. Be aware if you are going through menopause your still going to have hot flashes. It has taken me awhile to figure out what to wear to sleep in and at first I actually needed an extra blanket because I would get cold when I first get into the bed. (cooling technology). As the night moves on I warm up quite nicely. If you are looking for a new bed, I highly recommend this mattress. My spouse is a heavy man and to date no divots in the mattress, our old one has compression divots almost immediately.

Amerisleep was extremelly helpful in figuring out exactly the right mattress for me, going over what type of sleeper my wife and I are, even the type of support we would use with our new mattress. So far so good! It's only been about 3 months so I can't speak of the durability yet, I can however attest to way I've been sleeping lately which is awesome! I can't remember a single mattress in my 46 years on this planet that I loved.... until now. The Amerisleep mattress is really that good. It feels like a super firm mattress at first but it's not, it has just the right amount of contour and support. She likes a mattress nice and soft, myself hard as a rock, somehow the Amerisleep finds that happy medium that makes us both happy. Easy delivery and set up, the whole process was hassle free. They're cheaper options out there but I wouldn't bother if it was money again.

The website is well-designed and was quite useful in comparing Amerisleep mattresses. I found the Revere on the "Deal of the Day" at 25% off. (Keep your eyes on the "Deal of the Day", and call customer service to consult--they'll work with you!) After all the research and consulting the website, the Revere sounded like the right mattress for us. After a short situational review with the Mrs., we jumped on the Deal, and added the classic mattress protector--all online. I made a phone call the next weekday to ensure all was in order--of course it was. Shipping was prompt and pleasant via the ever-accommodating FedEx. Calling to ensure I would have a proper base for our new foam mattress, I encountered Rodrigo who gave sound advice regarding the slatted bed bases I was considering. This imparted even greater confidence in my decision to have bought Amerisleep. I honestly cannot say enough fine things about my customer service experience thus far. I am looking forward to setting up the new king-sized solution featuring the Amerisleep Revere (and some new high thread-count sheets, but that's a different discussion ;-). Thanks, Amerisleep!

This is such a hassle-free mattress buying experience! At first I ordered an AS2 largely because I read so many reviews that recommended this one for back problems. It was great but I also have hip pain, so it was a little too firm. I called them up and they were so accommodating they set me up with an AS3 delivery to exchange. It got here in less than two weeks and then shortly after, the first mattress was picked up and I've been extremely happy with the AS3 ever since. My back (and hips) are feeling much better now. I have done so much research before I bought the Amerisleep Mattress and read all the reviews before I decided to buy the AS5 Hybrid. I’m 51 years old and I sleep on my side so does my wife. I always thought that adjustment to sleeping on a new mattress would cost me some days of waking up of back pain, however, didn’t experience that with the hybrid mattress at all. He answered all of my questions to help me decide between the AS3 and AS4. I called him yesterday and ordered a new AS3 King. Can't wait for it to be delivered.

If I could put 6 stars in this company I'd definitely do. The mattress arrived on time! The quality is superb.. My wife and I slept like babies. The next day though we realized that... we had ordered the wrong size (king instead of CA King)! I was very nervous that they may not assist me since that was purely my mistake. My wife and I decided, before even call them, that in case they would refuse an exchange we would just keep the mattress and use it on out CA King bed (it did fit but there is a gap on the length since our bed is longer than the mattress). I was so surprised by the customer service. They exchange it for me without any problem. They refused to charge me a restocking fee or anything. Please keep in mind that this exchange will cost money to the company, but for the customer they did took the extra mile to take the loss, although they didn't have to based on their Return - Refund Policy (if you order the wrong size, no returns or exchanges). They are going to donate the first mattress they sent me. I feel very stupid for doing this mistake in the first place and ordering the wrong size, and I feel "in debt" towards Amerisleep for my stupid mistake and I am very Thankful for their Awesome Mattress quality as well as their Customer Support. *****5 STARS*****

I did my research over months and settled on Amerisleep3 and have not looked back. My husband and are average size and suffer with aging bodies and the accompanying arthritis pains and, in my case, RA. This mattress is unbelievably comfortable, not too firm or so soft that you sink into it. Another great feature is the lack of motion transfer. I don’t flip around in my sleep like I used to but when I do, it’s not like sleeping with Flipper, the dolphin. We are happy sleepers and were from the first week.

My wife and I were in the market looking for a new king size bed. Our traditional spring mattress had seen better nights, and so had we. I am not one to write a review and definitely not after just sleeping on it for one night. Now that we have slept on it for just over 365 nights, I am confident to say, this product greatly exceeded our expectations. Since sleeping on the Revere mattress we no longer wake each other up in the middle of the night when turning over. The best part is my wife no longer wakes up in the morning with back pain. We have been sleeping on our new bed for about 3 weeks now, and I cannot overstate how fantastic this bed is. We decided on the AS3 after reading all the great reviews. The bed arrived on a very wet and rainy day, so the box was totally destroyed by the time it reached us, making it a little challenging to get in the house. The bed itself is wrapped in enough plastic to protect it though, so no issues with the quality of the product in the box. Getting the bed to our 2nd floor was entertaining! it is very heavy (maybe some kind of strap on the outside of the plastic so you have something to grab would help). The rest of the process is great- set the mattress on your surface and watch it expand. We were replacing a prana foam mattress, and are still surprised and happy with the size of the Amerisleep mattress. My husband is 6', and his feet always seemed to be hanging of the end of our old bed. This is not the case with this bed. I'm sure queen size mattresses are pretty standard, but this new mattress feels wider and longer. We are thrilled with our new purchase and highly recommend.

We wound up buying the AS3, which was top of the list on the online review by the Sleep Junkie. It was a good enough review to warrant an overnight trip to Portland (not Scottsdale), and we'd tried Casper, Purple, Saatva, Tempurpedic, etc. locally and just weren't convinced. We LOVE our mattress!! Actually, we bought the split-King version, which is two twin XL's, for *total motion isolation (see below). The mattress has a very solid feel with enough give/softness that it feels very welcoming, and we sleep beautifully. We love our mattresses!! (We both got the AS3.) The regular King felt wonderful, and we noticed almost no motion transfer in the showroom. Got the split to try to guarantee no motion transfer. NOTE: "Total" is dependent on what base you have the mattresses on, and ours is on slats 2" apart, very solid, but after having it for three weeks I've felt him a bit two-three times because the slats aren't nailed down and can transfer some motion; just a heads-up about no "foundation" vs. having one--that being said, it is SO negligible, and with a wedge under his mattress to prevent snoring (works beautifully!!) we can sleep together once again! I highly recommend this mattress company.

I tried the 100 day trail of the A3 - King and didn't quite make it all the way. I slept great, but my wife just couldn't get comfortable. Anastasia and Jason were my customer reps and the overall experience was easy as can be. They were very helpful and although i didn't have access to a suitable donation sight, they still refunded for the purchase within the trial period. ( I have since donated the mattress to a local sight ). As for the mattress itself, it seems very uncomfortable at first and while laying there you'll be thinking " how am I ever going to sleep on this... " then, the next thing you know, you'll be waking up in the morning not having moved a muscle - I slept like I was in a coma. I am a back and side sleeper, about 215 lbs. My wife is a stomach only sleeper and she had trouble with it. I would recommend the A3 and Amerisleep for sure. Great bed and even better customer service.

We absolutely love our Amerisleep mattress! We were looking for a new King and visited local stores. I wasn't really impressed with a memory foam but after looking at Tempurpedic, I was interested in learning more. My husband was out of town and I was reviewing Tempurpedics and came across an article about Amerisleep. I became more interested in Amerisleep and read other reviews online. When I researched memory foam mattresses Amerisleep came up as not only the best quality but the best price. I was a little disconcerted that we couldn't go somewhere to try one. However, I was advised that lying for 10 or less minutes on a mattress does not tell me the effect of a night's or a month's sleep. We got one recommended for side sleepers which after a few weeks, I realized was too soft. True to their word, Amerisleep sent me the perfect mattress (a little firmed) within a week. My husband and I have been searching for a mattress for Months! In the past we had a Tempurpedic that got body dents and we had to get another one via the warranty. It was a queen and we decided about 4 years ago to upgrade to a King. We wanted to save money so we bought a $500 mattress on Amazon. When we first got it... it was amazing. Then within 3 years it had softened so much that we are having serious pain in our shoulder and hips from the pressure of the foundation foam. We were struggling to decide between a $4000 mattress that would last longer and have a better warranty or another $500 mattress that we would need to replace in another 3-4 years. We don't want to have to purchase and throw away a mattress every few years. That is so wasteful. But we are worried to spend $4k and have to deal with warranty claims again. So we went back to the drawing board and considered the mid-range mattresses (Amerisleep, Wink, etc.). I reviewed EVERYTHING from the warranty, trial period, return fees, where it was made, etc. I messaged Amerisleep online and spoke with Albert both times. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. He was even willing to talk to me about my current foundation and if it would be covered under warranty. That meant a lot because other companies wouldn't confirm anything, they would just refer to the wording of their warranty which was confusing. I even spoke with Albert on the phone and there was no pressure or rushing me to buy. Albert suggested I work with him directly so I could have him as my personal contact through the whole process. That way if I had any questions or concerns I could call him directly. There was some miscommunication with Albert and he went out of his way to make it right. I appreciate finding a salesperson who stands by his word. We decided on Amerisleep AS5 and called to purchase on Tuesday. Albert was not in the showroom at the time so I spoke with Ron who was also super helpful. I asked him to have Albert call me when he returned. Albert called me and we talked through my order. I asked him if I could send him some information via email and if he would reply. He agreed. I wrote down his email and forgot to email him. I just got an email from him following up with me and seeing if I still needed the information. How wonderful to get that email today. I felt well taken care of. UPDATE: We have had the bed for 2 weeks now and so far so good! My husband loves it. His shoulder pain was lessened starting the first night, and I believe is gone now. The AS5 is nice and soft. It cushions under your body and feels like its giving you a little hug. It does run a little hot, but that is normal for memory foam beds and worth the tradeoff for the comfort. It is LESS hot then the cheapo mattress I had from China. We dont miss the body dents on the last mattress at all... now we can cuddle in the middle again without rolling away from each other. When we got the bed the box was open, but i expected that since it is 100 lbs and I've seen other reviews mention how the shipper doesn't handle them well. Luckily there didn't seem to be any damage to the bed itself due to excellent packaging. I took photos of the damaged box and mattress inside. I have included the following photos in my review: damage to shipping box, opening of mattress, unrolled mattress on bed frame, mattress expanding after a couple minutes, mattress completely expanded after 8 hours. When we were shopping we hated the reviews because they were all from people who had just purchased the beds. We wanted more reviews that were a few years old but rarely found them. My plan is to update this review every so often - as I wish more people had done that for me :).

I love my new bed! Amerisleep is amazing at nearly half the cost of a Temperpedic. I was sleeping on. Temperpedic mattress for more than 5 years and thought it was great! It was time for me to purchase a new bed (not because it needed to be replaced, other reasons). I wanted another Temperpedic but didn’t want to spend that much money so started doing some research and came across Amerisleep. I hadn’t heard of Amerisleep before but, it sounded promising. I read reviews from very happy customers, the price was right, it could be shipped to me in a box (which is still crazy to me that a king mattress fits in a box!), and I could return it if I didn’t like it within 100 days. What did I have to lose? Sleep? So, my order was placed and I got $200 off! My mattress arrived on time. I set my new mattress up easily and eagerly awaited going to bed! I love this bed. It’s BETTER than the Temperpedic. Yup, I said it. I ordered the AS3 and it’s perfect! Fit for a Queen and Goldilocks too! I love my Amerisleep and would highly recommend to anyone! Super comfy! Don’t bother wasting your money on anything else.

Amerisleep has proven to be a quality mattress provider. As an older couple, we have begun to experience some aches and pains. We were downsizing and so I decided to research mattresses that would provide good support and would be easier to handle than our king-size box spring and mattress set. To my surprise the Liberty mattress arrived and we set it up on a lightweight frame made for memory foam mattress set. It had no odor, I heard about from other companies, offered great support and was cool to sleep on. You get no jarring when your partner gets up or lies down. We have had it now for six months. After doing research on a new mattress I am happy that I selected the Amerisleep AS3. I came from a pillow top mattress so the AS3 was quite different but very relieving. I had no idea how fantastic great support is and am disappointed that I had a pillow top mattress for so long. I can pretty much fall asleep on anything, but if given the choice, I definitely would select the AS3. It's firm, yet still soft allowing me to sleep on my side without shoulder pain. My husband suffers from chronic pains from his job and since we've been sleeping on the AS3, he tosses and turns less. We are both avid weight lifters as well and with the aches, pains, and soreness that comes with the sport, having this mattress has expedited the healing process.

When I started having back pain and was wondering why, I realized our mattress was 30 years old!! We did have a memory foam topper that helped but it was definitely time for a new one! I was very skeptical of buying a mattress that i could not try out before purchase. The company stated that there was a nice trial period and that I could get a refund if i wasn't happy. I decided to believe them as the hundreds of reviews that i read backed this up. I did a lot of research before I bought the AS3 . After 30 days, i knew it was not the mattress for me. It was too firm although most of the customers preferred that model. I called Amerisleep and told them it was not what I was hoping for and they were very helpful in exchanging it for the AS4. I am much happier, love the mattress and Amerisleep made it a good experience. I did have a bit of a problem finding a donation site for the AS3. I was told there was no place to donate in our area and that they would keep trying. I could also donate to a charity of my choice. I had the same problem. No one wanted the mattress. We were traveling out of state for Thanksgiving and taking a U Haul with furniture for our kids. I called Amerisleep and asked if I could haul it with us and donate there as the population was much larger. They said yes, and the AS3 has a new home and the AS4 is perfect for us! Thank you Amerisleep for our new mattress and making the whole experience painless!

I did my research and decided to try a memory foam type mattress and decided that Amerisleep AS2 would fit my needs. Could not have had a better experience at this store! On our first visit, we were given space and allowed to try out all of the beds on our own, without being hassled or harassed by employees. They greeted us, but allowed us to explore on our own and when we had questions they answered them and then gave us our space to talk and shop. On our second visit to the showroom, we had comparison questions to other brands on the market and everyone was open and honest about their opinions and provided great customer service. On our third visit, we finally made a decision and chose the AS4 model. Checkout was easy and delivery arrived as promised! We even got two free memory pillows included with our mattress! If you are looking at other brands like Tuft & Needle, Casper, etc, be sure to give Amerisleep a chance! They won't let you down.

I have spent the last year getting up in the morning and immediately having to use a heating pad on my back because of the pain. Two days ago I received my A4 mattress. Set up was exactly as described on their website and there was not even any smell that I had heard may be possible until it aired out. For the past two days I have had the best nights sleep in years. On the first morning my back was a bit sore but not enough to require a heating pad. This morning I didn't even have to think about using a heating pad since I hadn't felt this good in over a year. I wanted to make sure I can get the close out deal, but during the time the deal was happening it was going to be way past the time frame I wanted, I contacted Amerisleep to let them know of my situation and then came the man, Donald Smitherman. This guy not only say he will honor the deal he even told me email him when I am ready. When I responded back, he was aware and already knew the situation, we went straight to business and ordered what I wanted plus extra things. Now the extra things were the bedding and the bedding were sold out, he contacted various locations and found out that another branch location had the goods and even told me that he got it covered. There are alot of bed in the box options out there. Yet it seems not many people we knew had taken the leap to buy one. So while the wife and I were at the mall one day we decided we would try out the store. First thing we noticed was that amerisleep has multiple options (levels of firmness/ softness) compared to other companies. Second was that the representative was not pushy at all. He wanted to help us out as much as possible. We went back home and looked up some reviews. Customer service is top notch. I called the customer service number just to ask more questions and to see how long I would wait if I had a problem. It was fast. So we went online and ordered the As3 mattress. Took about a week to get it and was very simple to set up. The first night, I slept horrible. The mattress was way harder then what I was used to. I use to toss and turn on my old mattress but they said to wait a month so my body could get used to it. Over the course of the next month I noticed that I was sleeping longer than expected. Full nights rests. My pregnant wife on the other hand sleep amazing from day 1. Now with the newborn we just don't want to get out of bed because we are so comfortable. We recommend amerisleep.

Worth every penny and the wait! Reading other reviews helped understand the logistics and process. The service was fantastic from ordering to follow up to delivery. My 90 year old mom with COPD has benefitted in countless ways from this new bed. The light under the bed assists her at night and the adjustments make it easier for her to breathe easily and keep her head raised on rough nights of serious coughing. the rest of us want one ourselves, without the medically necessary reasons...just because it is crazy comfortable. (we bought the memory foam mattress for back sleepers)

We bought the bed in a King size, and got the medium firmness rating. This is the 1st bed I've ever owned that after having it for about 2 years, it still hasn't sagged. I love this bed so much, no more back pain! It's a truly wonderful bed! I only wish I had gone by the written advice to consider the soft firmness rating bed, as I'm a side sleeper and if I sleep too many hours, like over 7 or 8 hours, my shoulders ache a little in the morning for a while. I got the medium because sometimes I do sleep on my back and my husband sleeps only on his back. But it's not nearly the problem I was having with my other beds. If this one ever wears out, which I don't think it will, but maybe in a few more years, I'll get the one that is rated soft and try it. I got medium because I was afraid of the sagging problem and thought I should get one with more support, but the way these are made, I'm sure the soft one offers the the same quality support. I have never been able to keep a bed for more that 8 months without sagging and horrible backaches, I weight 140 lbs., and I always bought Sealy Posture Pedic, and other top name brands, they don't even compare to this bed!

Amazing bed! I went with the AS3 and I couldn't be happier. I did a lot of research and checked all of the reviews when it was time to get a new bed. I went with Amerisleep since it was on multiple websites listed as #1 and many others in the top 3. Bed showed up in less than a week and set up was a breeze. You open the box, lay the vacuumed sealed mattress where you want it and cut open the plastic. That's all. It is extremely comfortable and the best bed I have ever had. I even bought the waterproof cover to keep it from staining. Everything is really high quality.

My only reason for the 3 Star review has all focus on the importance of listening. Per Amerisleep standards & recommendations "Heavier" customers are directed to the AS-2 not AS-3. My Customer Service Rep did not listen when I spoke of being 190 upon entering the USMC but 200 now. Her focus seemed to be my sleep style which I defined as Rotisserie. Net-Net, I'm a flipper. In her defense, she was probably trying to play it safe because all flipping seems to end on my side hence the AS-3 recommendation. If it were me, as soon as I heard 200LBS, "AS-2 4 U"

Had a worn out Tempurpedic. So ordered the Amerisleep Liberty because it sounded similar. The new mattress arrived on time and wrapped up. Set the bed up and let it do its thing. This model is way too firm for me being a side sleeper. Called Amerisleep and told them the issue. They suggested the Colonial. They delivered the new Colonial within a week or so and picked up the old bed. I must say this bed is great and I love it.

Was sleeping on a high end older mattress which resembled Norman Bates’ mother’s bed when he carried her to the cellar: body infection. Researched for an affordable alternative to the pricy Tempur-pedic mattress. Reviews and information for the Amerisleep mattress were excellent and about half the price of Tempur-pedic. Ordered online, received within 4-5 days, easy open and set up. Highly recommend. We’ve had the mattress for over 6 months and love it. Four small dogs sleep with us and it’s held up well, comes with a nice mattress protector.

My fiancé and I had been talking about purchasing a new mattress for a while. Since our wedding is coming up, we had decided it was time to take the plunge. We had done a lot of research and went to multiple stores and read reviews. We decided to go into Amerisleep and at first sight the store is very inviting and calming. Unlike most mattress stores, it is modern and peaceful and you are not bombarded with an sales associate (which is a huge bonus in my book!). We first met with Walter and he was helping another customer, so we decided to browse the mattress and watch the demos/read descriptions on the tablet. While we did not make our purchase right then and there with Walter, we did come back a few days later. When we returned we met with Ron and discussed pricing and delivery. We determined that buying the adjustable base through Amerisleep was not the best option for us. We did not want to spend the high dollar amount for the base with all the upgrades, but the lesser model was not appealing to us either. We decided to leave the store again without purchasing the bed. Long story short, we found a great deal with the full upgrades, massage, USB plugins adjustable base for less money than Amerisleep basic adjustable base model. After we found the base at another store, we returned and purchased the bed. Ron said we could expect the bed within 2 to 3 weeks, but to our surprise it arrived a few days later. The only complaint I have is the fedex tracking number they provided never gave us any updates, even though we tracked it every day. The box also came in pretty bad shape, it was dirty, had numerous holes in it and large rips, however the mattress was completely fine and not damaged due to being vacuumed sealed with plastic. I would recommend they work with another freight company as Fedex did not impress in my opinion. Also we were promised two *free* bamboo pillows, however only one of those pillows were delivered. All in all the process was very pain free, easy and I would definitely recommend purchasing through Amerisleep. Our AS3 mattress is perfect and we love it even more with our fancy adjustable base!

I actually purchased my AS3 Amerisleep mattress on-line and had it delivered to my home within about a week. My previous mattress was old and, as a 70 year old, I was experiencing probably 20 minutes of back pain each and every morning. - I no longer toss and turn. I find that I sleep on my back much more of the time. The back pain is very largely alleviated and quite short lived. I am supported and sometimes feel that I am 'floating'. - When delivered I found the box too heavy to lift and carry significant distance but I easily 'walked' it into position before un-boxing and positioning the product. The mattress needs about 8 hours to properly 'inflate' before lying on it. - I have used mine for 2 months now and I happily recommend it to you. - God bless...

Well it's been almost 6 months with my Amerisleep Revere king size. Let's go back in time first. The whole setup was easy, and I am a disabled veteran (44 years old). The packaging was brilliant. I have a small cape cod, and the base comes in a box, and is very easily assembled. I had the instructions open, but rarely looked at them. The mattress was vacuum packed. I put it where I wanted it and then cut open the seal. It opened up perfectly, like a big inflatable life boat, very fun to watch. The bed looks great when it is setup. I choose a King Size rolling frame for under the base, the kind with locking wheels. That was not the best part though. I listen to mp3 podcasts at night, and I have not gotten through 10 minutes of one podcast in almost 6 months. I have even tried to stay awake, no luck, out like a light almost as soon as I lay down. The bed is so comfortable it's hard to explain. My wife and I tell everyone about it, it's one of the few things we both agree on. Now I end up going to bed earlier now, before I would stay up till 1-2am every night. I also never feel my wife roll around (all night), or get up to go to the bathroom. I was concerned about being hot all the time, this was my biggest concern. Thankfully I cannot think of one night where I was to warm. Actually cooler than my other bed, I don't know why. (Note: I have always used a ceiling fan.) The bed sleeps very cozy in the cold weather, I cannot ever remember getting cold. I love the Amerisleep foam pillows, my wife is just staring to use the foam pillows. I think she likes them also. We gave a pair of the pillows to my daughter and son-in-law. He has a bad neck and back. He loves the pillows and raves about them every time we bring it up. The pillow gives you amazing support on the neck and upper back, and allows you to relax. My wife uses a topper for her side, and she will not stop talking about it. I think I am getting one for my side because her side is higher now. I do not care for the edge in the middle, because I don't have the topper. I you have a spring mattress, you will not look back ever again. Foam is warm, dry, stable, luxurious and simply amazing. One last thing, everything is protected by high quality protectors, it case of spills or pet accidents. (Waterproof up to 2 gallons, I think I read.) You'll need two people to move this bed inside and in place. The directions were very clear for set up. Fast and easy and a wonderful nights sleep. I've had this bed for longer than the 100 nights and haven't had a thought to return it. Good purchase.

I absolutely recommend Amerisleep! First, I did TONS of research. I was tired of getting an expensive mattress and not being happy with it. I was leery about getting one online, paying quite a bit for something I can't touch, but with their return policy, how could I not give it a shot? I decided on the AS3 with help from their online chat representatives. My boyfriend and I are stomach/ side sleepers, weigh roughly 130-150lbs each, so this was what they said would be best. It arrived pretty quick, didn't have a nasty smell, it's firm enough to not fall off the edge if you get close or are sitting on it (like putting on pants or shoes), works GREAT with my adjustable frame and doesn't sleep hot like most memory foam. When it arrived we jumped on it while it lay on the livingroom floor (as also directed by the rep) to "break it in" and "loosen it up." It worked rather well. I like a more squishy mattress and my boyfriend likes firm. It felt a tad firm for me and I was thinking maybe I should have gone for the AS4. I called the customer care line and they asked me to try their memory foam pillowtop FREE OF CHARGE! NO SHIPPING CHARGE EITHER!! Blew my mind. It came, also quickly, and was perfect! It added the right amount of squish for me, but still firm enough for my boyfriend. When asked what he would like to add to this review he said "It's epic." Lol If you're thinking about getting one.... do it. You WON'T regret it, promise. Besides, if you don't like it you can go softer (just pay the difference in mattress price. They'll provide shipping to and from!) Or you can get a refund and they'll pick it up! You have 100 nights to try it out (which is unheard of). You literally have nothing to lose getting a mattress from Amerisleep.

I don't mind saying it: This is a miracle mattress. I'm not sure, but it might even be magical. I have arthritis in my spine that has been getting worse. The day I received the mattress, I had to remove the old mattress, drag the new one into the house, dragto my bedroom, get the mattress onto my frame. I love this mattress! All of my joints dislocate so I learned from my last purchase that a pillow top mattress wasn’t the right fit for me. I also know a firm mattress isn’t right for me. I researched every single online company I could find before settling on amerisleep because of their prices, their warranty, the shipping, the selection, and the way the mattresses were built. I settled on an AS4, talking myself out of the AS5 because my prior mattress was so soft I woke up with 15+ joints dislocated every single morning. Since getting the amerisleep, only 1 joint dislocates (nothing that any mattress can fix) and I sleep so much better because the mattress just cradles me! 6 months in and, even though I sleep in the middle, there are no signs of canoeing! No signs of wear and tear! Still the same support, comfort, and overall look and feel as day 1. I will buy this mattress over and over and I’m now a dedicated amerisleep customer! I almost went with another company. I narrowed it down to two companies, one amerisleep. I tried to chat online with the other company to answer a question I had that wasn’t on their website. The person on chat told me to look it up myself and ended the chat. When I contacted amerisleep with the same question, I got almost too much customer support! They were very focused on me and what I needed from them, answering the question correctly, and checking in about other commonly asked questions. It was a great experience! Buy this mattress and you won’t regret it but make sure you read the website on comfort. Without reading, I would have ordered the wrong softness/firmness so I’m really glad I was able to get the info I needed from their website and customer care!

Excellent customer service! We bought the A3 and after almost 100 days we feel it is a little too firm for side sleepers. We went back to the store and they offered us an option to add a free memory foam topper and try for another 30 days before upgrading to the next mattress. They also gave us a complimentary travel pillow. We love the Amerisleep mattress and they stand by their guarantee and work with you to get the right mattress.

I didn’t know there was a 30 day relationship building phase with a new mattress and he also taught me about proper alignment. So refreshing to see people that actually care.
