This was the best experience and education ive got in a long time. Terrence started with the education of the mattresses and which ones works best for my needs. That was excellent he needs a raise or should be your regional trainer. Then comes in Zach who finalized the process by giving us dates and times for pick or delivery. He always walked us through any warranty options. He also did something I thought was smart. He suggested other options if i wanted to change or add to my purchase. They are a really good team. When i came in they had a sale about to wrap and then when I left they again had my sale ending and another on stand by waiting for us to finish. They both were warm and super friendly but its the knowledge that they offer that makes the experience so much fun!!!

Fabulous group effort! The salesman was organized and helpful; the delivery process was smooth and easy. Along with the mattress package, we purchased cooling pillows. When the pillows didn’t arrive on time, I called the store and they had them delivered the next day. Nothing but love for the whole experience!

I am a breast cancer survivor (6yrs) recently I had reconstruction surgery completed. So I have been sleeping in a recliner for 10 days. My husband says go find a bed. I seen reviews for Terrance at Mattress firm and I said wow sounds too good to be true. I told Mr. Terrance my health issues and he showed me the different styles and I found the perfect bed. Terrence is awesome!!!!!!! This was my first time ever considering buying a brand new mattress, and first time ever in a Mattress Firm. All of my mattresses had been family hand-me-downs so I decided that it was time for an upgrade. Terrence took care of my boyfriend and I, and because of him we were able to find a very comfortable mattress at a very good price. Terrence really took the time to get to know my boyfriend and I as individuals to better understand which mattress is most comfortable for us, and worked with us to find a price that would better fit our price range. The delivery men arrived within 2 minutes of the estimated delivery as scheduled. They were polite, efficient and directed. I showed the lead where to set up the beds. The men worked together well and efficiently. They wore shoe covers each time they entered the house. There was no trash in the rooms and the extenders for the bed frames were explained and left in safe spots.They were finished and out of the driveway within a half hour of their arrival. Overall an excellent experience.

I've been dealing with Mattress Firm for a long time. Bought my first Call King bed from there about 10 years ago with a 10 year warranty. Oy thing is the seller didn't tell me about buying a married protector to avoid any spills or stains because the warranty doesn't cover that. After finding out that affected my warranty cause I needed a new bed I went in a saw a brother named Terrance. Terrance was great, once I explained everything he he assured me he would do his best to make up for it and he did. We discussed several options on new beds and once I had one picked he went out of his way to not only give me an unbelievable price but gave me the best mattress protector, delivery and more. Awesome custoy service from this brother. Very knowledgeable and just all around good dude. So go check him out if you're looking for a bed, he would t let you leave with anything but the best of what you're looking for. Tell him I sent you. He's patient and will answer all questions. If you are one for reading reviews before buying please take the time to read this review: Let me first start off by saying that Terrance is the person to see about your sleeping needs! He gets to know about his shoppers by asking general health questions but not too far that he pry’s into your life history where you would need to sign a HIPAA form lol. The reason I learned from why he does this is because Terrance wants to get you on a mattress that fits your sleeping style and help with some “problems” while sleeping. We were able to narrow the selection down to 3 different types and makes of mattresses. He went above and beyond to check other places within Mattress Firm for what we liked. We ended up purchasing a very nice mattress at a great price. He also suggested a power frame which we went with but, a lower end model since we (well...the Wife) didn’t want the one with all the bells and whistles! Terrance was able to put everything together in a package within our budget! As we tested out different products, we had our children with us and we were the last customers of the night. He let them have balloons and play and was very understanding of children. He stayed and finished the sale even after the store was past closing time since we were his priority! Terrance has been one of the few and far between salesman with integrity and upfront with honesty (as far as I could tell) since I have bought plenty of furniture over the years. Me and my fiance had a great experience at the North Wilm location off rt 202 & Naamans rd. There was a guy whos name escapes me at the moment but he was very fluent in his knowledge about all the products that were available. He made sure that we understood exactly what we needed based on our profession/home life. We even went through a "Bed Exam" to test and try put the different types of beds and the features that would be perfect for us. We got an Adjustable base for head and foot with the lumbar feature for the "Back". We especially asked for this feature bc I work in a pharmacy and is also a student studying. My fiance is an Organic chef and both careers need a good investment sleeping mattress. I would very much recommend this location for your bedding needs. It was of coarse delivered and put together before the courier left. * There is also a remote with an under-like ( colors of the rainbow) and many different vibrating and massage settings. Thank you guy. You were great.
