I purchased a king and a full mattress from this store, i had zero knowledge of the mattresses, but , Barbara (store manager) was so nice to take time to not just explain but also to demonstrate how different matters mechanisms work. She gave me plenty of time try & was never pushy. Anddd to my bigg surprise I got the best deal and She was kind enough to squeeze the numbers to fit within my budget. This is the best mattress destination on entire planet, I went in here, tired desperate for help, I’ve been to many mattress destinations before, and no one could help me find a peaceful Slumber. My life was falling apart, I wasn’t sure what to do. And then I stumbled into Mattress firm in Exton. I walked through the door and was immediately greeted by a young man by the name of Mike. Mike is a Mattress God, thank you not only did he know everything about his inventory but he knew exactly what I was looking for in my price range, Mike set me up with the perfect mattress and I have been sleeping like a baby. Before, my life was falling apart my friends weren’t looking at me the same, and then I met Mike. And he set me up with the perfect mattress, now I sleep like a newborn baby with a full stomach. Thank you mattress firm and thank you Mike!

Hello! I have to be honest. I normally do not like going furniture shopping because the salespeople are always hovering and trying to upsell you. I didn't feel that way at all when coming here to get a new bed. Barry was great. He listened to what I was looking for and worked with me on getting the best price that worked for my budget. Went in looking for a quick purchase of a mattress for my son's room. We were promptly and politely greeted and shown several options that are available in the full size we needed. There was no high pressure sales and my son was allowed to test mattresses to see which one he liked. We were able to purchase a nice foam mattress just as my son was hoping and at a reasonable price.

Larry listens to your needs and talks you through your options. I learned more about the different options available to me and Larry helped me narrow down my options. I am a repeat customer and Larry looked up my past purchase of 2 yrs ago for the type of mattress I bought. Although the mattress was discontinued he called around and found one for me and is holding it until we can move into our new townhome from a different state. You read these reviews and there’s one name that keeps coming up. Roc. This is for a very good reason. Roc is a great salesman. He knows his stuff, isn’t pushy and is there for the customer. My wife and I came in and needing a mattress after 15+ years sleeping on the same one. Roc found what would suit our needs. Even though money wasn’t an issue, Roc understood if it was he was so deft at letting us know he was there to find us the best deal. My only complaint is the mattress he put us on was so nice I don’t know if we’ll be back any time soon to do business with him

Highly recommended! Having no experience with mattresses, trying to decide which one to chose seemed overwhelming. Josh was incredibly helpful in showing me which mattress would fit my needs best. He started off by letting me test out mattresses with different levels of firmness and once I found a firmness that I liked he showed me mattresses in my price range that would work best for me. I really appreciated how he let me take my time with the mattresses and how he would give me space to test the mattresses on my own. I also liked how he gave me information that was relevant to what I was looking for instead of spending the whole time telling me every mattress fact possible. This showed how he cared about me as a customer and how he was able to differentiate the needs of his customers. I also wasn't sure what size bed I wanted and Josh explained to me how there was a 4-month trial and if the bed size I chose wasn't right all I had to do was call him. This made committing to a bed size that I wasn't entirely sure would be the right size much easier. Lastly, I had a narrow window of time that the mattress could be delivered and he helped me chose a block of time that would work best for my availability. The whole experience was extremely easy and I am very happy with my new bed! Amazing experience buying mattresses here today at the Exton location of Mattress Firm!! The location has this ingenious set up that makes buying the perfect mattress so easy! I’ve never encountered this before-they color code whether a mattress is firm- is yellow, green is medium, and blue is soft-there are marked foot rests of color, so you can try each out. That’s so much easier, and makes more sense than going from bed to bed, and guessing. I loved it! It made much easier to find the perfect one. YOU GOTTA READ THIS REVIEW for a real accurate picture of when things go wrong! I'm probably the only person who's gonna give 5 stars for a defective mattress that still isn't resolved yet, but this team 100% deserves it. Rewind to four weeks ago when I dreadfully walked into the Collegeville location waiting to be pounced on by a sales person wanting to make a commission. I was met with Bonnie, who didn't pounce on me as I entered the door, told me what color mattresses to look for for soft mattresses, and let me do my thing. Woah, you won't get that a Reymour & Flannigan! She helped me to select the model I wanted, but I had to review finances, so I left. Two weeks ago, I walk in to the Exton location and talk to Tia. Again, I wasn't pounced on when I walked in. SCORE!!!! I sat there and talked to Tia like she was an old friend and when I mentioned that Bonnie helped me select the model already, she immediately said how she'd be sure she got credit for the sale. And Tia didn't blow me off then! She hung with me and gave me excellent customer service. I went off to Priori's in Downingtown to compare one other model I was interested is. They were out of stock, so back to Tia I came. She helped me stay within my budget, didn't try to up-sell the snot out of me, and just got things processed smoothly. I walked out a little skeptical because it was too easy. And, my paperwork really said that Bonnie was who helped me. Score for integrity! So about 2 weeks ago I picked it up at the store and got it home. After a few days sleeping on it the top layer began to bubble. It was like the top foam layer wasn't adhered to the rest of the mattress, or the glue wasn't right or something. I reluctantly expected this to be a hassle and made the call to the store on a Sunday afternoon. Doug, the store and area manager picks up the line. I explain the situation and he assured me that this wasn't normal, and he took down info and said he had a customer and would call back to get it resolved. I was nervous. A few hours passed and I called again thinking stuff happens & they're probably busy on a Sunday. He assured me he wasn't letting me fall through the cracks and he'd be sure to get an exchange out to me and no delivery fee and would be sure to call me back the next morning with details. Monday he called me back to confirm delivery. It was too easy & I was still skeptical. Today is delivery day for mattress #2. The guys who delivered the new one asked what the issue was with the old one and we checked out the new one. Same thing happened. Womp. Womp. They suggested I refuse the delivery, so I did. As I'm sitting here, again finding myself hesitating making that call again, expecting this to be a hassle the phone rings. It's Josh, the assistant manager from Mattress Firm in Exton. He said he got an email that I refused the delivery and called to see what happened. He wasn't defensive at all, there was genuine concern in his voice, and was eager to problem solve. (I've worked 15 years as a manager in retail. I know what the struggle is like with customer issues.) So I describe the issue. He goes over to their display model and tries pulling up on that one, and wholeheartedly agrees with me that this is a defect and I made the right choice to refuse delivery. I said how relived I was that I listened to the drivers then because they suggested the refusal. He goes on to say that their suggesting that says a lot, and that it must have been defective, because their drivers do not get paid if they don't make the delivery. WOW. That kind of integrity is unheard of nowadays! Go Mattress Firm Delivery Drivers!!! He assured me we would find a solution. I really like THIS mattress, and so I'm hoping we can get a replacement from a good batch. I'm confident and feel reassured they will be getting to a solution for me even if it takes a little bit of time. I'm also convinced this is their standard of customer service.
