He answered all of our questions and provided us with all the information needed to help us make an informed decision. He showed us a several options and helped us choose a mattress that was best for us. He offered us a better price than we thought we would get anywhere else. I never would have thought I’d try a foam mattress but with his suggestions based on what I like, I tried one and it’s perfect! Plus he helped me stay within budget and get the most for my money. The salesman, Gary,, quickly gave myself and my wife a warm greeting. He explained who he was and a little about himself and how he was going to help us pick out the best suited mattress for our budget and body needs. He asked us a little about each others sleep habits and what we would like to gain out of a new mattress. We then laid down on a row of 3 mattresses. This was to gain a little about how we felt about what we thought we liked. We then walked around the store and chose about 5 that we liked. Gary then explained the difference between the group. Going back and fourth, I found 2 that I really thought were great for me. Bad thing was that my wife felt differently about 2 of them. We then went again and again on the balance between the ones we both liked. To kick it up a notch, we then checked out an adjustable base. I never thought it would make a difference. But it took a great mattress and made it even better. There are however a bunch to choose from and the prices are outrageous for the really good units.. The end result is an order for a new mattress and adjustable base that is more for our needs and wants, than what I thought was possible. Gary was really nice, he gave us an amazing deal that fit our budget. I wouldn't hesitate one bit to go back to the same store and work with Gary again. One side note which is not a big deal and isn't the stores fault is that we will have to wait over 2 months to get our new setup. Its just that nobody really stocks the Cal-King mattress and base we chose. So it has to be made. Can't wait to get the new stuff and finally enjoy my bed again.

We visited several mattress stores in search of memory foam mattresses for bunk beds purchased for our grandsons. Gary Bailey, at Mattress Firm was incredibly helpful in assisting us with selecting mattresses which met the dimension specifications for the bunk beds. He was the ONLY salesperson who advised us to check the distance between the slats to be sure it was less than 3 1/2" and explained what to do if it was more than that distance. UPDATE AFTER DELIVERY: Actually, THE BEST and easiest part of purchasing this product was the delivery process. An automated voice calls the night before and gives you a 2 hour window of time.
