Jason was honestly just the best. I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. I went here late at night with my 7month old son an hour before closing to find a bed and box spring that would ship to my house in 24-48 hours. As an athlete, it is often overlooked how important sleep is. Fortunately for me I know that sleep and recovery is a critical component to any sport and/or athlete.. however I can’t say that I’m confident in understanding all the beds and technologies out there but the team here and Deptford does. Extremely knowledgeable, genuine and really takes there time in consulting you to find the perfect mattress, pillow and everything else that goes with a great nights rest’ I highly recommend this store to anyone in the southern New Jersey area!

My husband and were in need of a new mattress, particularly for shoulder and back pain due to what turned out to be a disappointing purchase 6 years ago from a different vendor (not the vendor’s fault but clearly not the lasting quality we had hoped for in our current Kingsdown 2014 champagne mattress). Jason was very upfront, knowledgeable and made our experience a very pleasant one. It was also nice that we were the only ones in the store at the time, which made our experience that much more comfortable. He did not try to sway our purchase (in fact, actually recommended a completely different first choice mattress for me vs my husband) but my husband and I mutually and ultimately decided to go with the Tempura Pro Adapt Medium Hybrid. We are very excited to try it out and even more pumped that it’s literally coming within 2 to 3 days of us ordering it! Would definitely recommend Mattress Firm to anyone in the market for a new mattress. And ask for Jason. He made the process a very smooth one!

Manager, Eddie, took the time to explain the details of all the mattresses that we were interested in as well as mattresses and accessories that he thought would be of interest to us. He gave us a great deal on the price of the mattress and explained the process and delivery. Delivery of mattress arrived an hour earlier than scheduled and took ten minutes or so. Overall experience was positive. We have had the Beautyrest Beyond mattress for months now and our sleeping experience has been 100% better. We love our mattress. Let me start by saying me & hubby walked in on a Saturday night 30 mins before closing and we thought the employees would pretty much rush us out or just ignore us to close up.. We went into the process of buying a bed thinking we would just get another pillow top that would last us a few good years, however, immediately upon walking in Eddie provided an entire experience. Although I’m sure he’s a great salesman we didn’t feel like we were being pushed in one direction. We loved the Tempur Pro breeze but needed to think about it so we left. Jason was an amazing, down to earth guy. No sales pitch or pressure to buy anything. This is the first mattress I have ever purchased and he made it a breeze. I tried over 10 mattresses and he never grew impatient. He is extremely knowledgeable on mattresses and wasn’t just offering the more expensive ones like other stores do. I told him my price range and every mattress he showed me was under it. Not to mention he knocked a bunch of money off of the purchase. Yesterday on a whim we went into Mattress Firm - Deptford and met Jason, the manager. We told him we were looking for a certain power base. He advised that the store no longer sold that brand and told us why; further he said maybe we should consider other power base features that we had already told him we didn't want. Jason was no-hype, no-pressure and just-the-facts. In his demo, he showed us what we might be missing with the base we were looking for. While we went in to the store for some comparative pricing, we left having purchased a power base, new mattress and new pillows. We couldn't be happier with our purchases and that we met Jason in the process. Very, very highly recommended.

She was exceptional; her customer service skills was second to non, very informative and detailed about the different types of mattresses and base What I found really amazing about Randy was her ability to use our limited knowledge about mattresses to guide us to fine exactly what we were looking for, but what drove us to write this review was the deciding factor to get the mattress either at Matress firm or their competitors. Immediately after visiting the M.F store to went to their competitors. After gooding to the competing stores I said to my fiancé “please let’s go back to Randy” lol. The experience was different. Her customer service skills and knowledge in response to our mountain of questions led us to make the decision as soon as we got back. Randy keep it up.
