I told him and he suggested several models. After trying three I found the perfect mattress for me. It was a fantastic price and he even honored a deal by my bank! Since I saved money on the mattress I bought two pillows and was given a deal on those as well.! He was professional and personable as well as knowledgeable and I really felt like he cared about what I needed. He was able to find something that was comfortable for our budget and for the mattress firmness we wanted. I came in looking for a new mattress (like everyone else I suppose). I always expect the worst with any sales experience. I was immediately greeted by Julian and I was surprised at how low pressure and knowledgeable he was. There was clearly a lot more that goes Into a mattress than I had originally thought. After trying out and listening to him explain the various differences and quality levels of mattresses, I felt confident I was making the right choice on a quality mattress that should last for years. He took care of our delivery, the haul away of the old mattress and threw in a couple other things to sweeten the deal. As I entered your Quakertown Store I was greeted by Julian. I asked him for 2 queen sized bags to cover Mattress Firm mattresses while renovations were being done at our home. Julian was pleasant and extremely helpful and went out of his way to take care of me right away. I will continue to purchase my bedding through Julian at this location because of the service I received from him. It is my hope that someone from corporate will get back to him and share this experience with him. You have someone who really presents himself in a professional way and is someone I will recommend contacting when in need of bedding. So many times we only hear about the bad in people. Purchased a king purple bed in July. It sagged on the sides where my wife and I slept. Went into the store to talk about the warranty and the process it takes to get another one. Julian sat with us went over the process and had our warranty complete within minutes. He took excellent care of us. Made sure we understood what and how it was happening. Once he got us squared away he had us setup for delivery and replacement for the next day. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TALKING TO JULIAN AND GOING TO THIS MATTRESS FIRM. EXCELLENT DEALS!!!!!

My husband and I were in desperate need of a new bed and Julian came to the rescue!! My husband and I have been married almost 18 years and I have hated every bed we had. I prefer a softer mattress and he needs a firm mattreas. I knew going in that it would be a challenge for whoever got stuck with us. Enter Julian. He listened and understood what our needs were, directed us directly to our future bed and made the entire process quick and painless while also being personable and helpful. He worked to give us what we needed and not with just his commission in mind. For that reason whenever someone mentions they need a bed I will send them his way. Excellent shopping experience. No pressure. Matt is professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Our primary residence is in PA but we bought a 2nd place in SC. We were able to see and test out the mattress and buy it here but have it delivered from a SC location. Since there are so many locations, it made the logistics easy. We had to change our delivery date and it was no problem. The delivery people we on time and so helpful. When it came time to buy a mattress for the guest room we didn't even think twice about where to go. We went back to Matt and it was the same excellent service and wonderful experience. The difference was that Matt explained to us exactly what we would be getting in every way, he briefly discussed his background with mattresses, and he explained how the whole process would work if we decided to buy this mattress, which we obviously did. We just loved the way it felt and you could beat the value and quality. Matt gave us options as well and was also realistic. The delivery was better than expected and the guys were very friendly and professional. The mattress and box spring came as described and right at the bottom of our two hour delivery window. Simply put, we are more than satisfied, would recommend this MattressFirm, and would recommend customers to talk to Manager Matt if he is present.

We went shopping for a mattress on Sept 22nd, hit up a few stores around the Quakertown area and then walked into Mattress Firm in Quakertown. When walking in we looked around and Matt welcomed us and then allowed us to look around before entering into a sales conversation. When he came back around we told him what were interested in and the pricing we found at a competitor store and was willing to work the same deal. We purchased the bed but unfortunately due to high volume and shipping delays from the manufacturer the bed will not be available for delivery until November which was fine to us. Well today we received a call from Matt who felt bad that the bed won't be available for 6 weeks and offered us an upgraded model for no additional cost and a 2 day delivery. Julian was great, very friendly and helpful! I came in on my lunch break and had a list of mattresses I wanted to try. Some weren't in store, but he was able to recommend comparable ones to try. I ended up buying one of those because I liked it so much and the price was good. He took care of the paperwork quickly so I was able to get back to work on time. The delivery men were efficient and kind and got everything set up just the way I wanted it. I had wanted a new mattress because I had been having a lot of back pain, but ever since I got my new mattress I've been sleeping better and waking up without pain!
