I needed to buy a new mattress quickly. I called the store, spoke with Charles, confirmed that they had what I wanted, and drove over. I parked out front and while lowering my back seats, Charles came to the door to let me know it would be easier if I parked around back. Somehow he knew it was me who had just called. Delightful experience with Onnee. She was personable, knowledgeable and patient. This was my second purchase from the Bala Cynwyd store. Great job Onnee, thank you. However, I cancelled this order because the delivery men kept telling me that the base would not fit. The first delivery did not include a foldable base. So I had to call the store 8/31/2022 and let them know that the delivery could not be made. I was told to call back the next morning and I did. I was then told that I would receive an email about when they would redeliver. When ai didn’t receive the email I called the store back. This time Onnee was back and she put in the comments to give me a foldable base and rescheduled the order. It came but again I was told that the base would not fit. I called back to the store the next day 9/5/2022, and was told that I would not be able to get the bed delivered until Thursday, 9/8/2022. So I just cancelled the order. Now the District Managers want to talk to me to make some kind of a deal because they don’t want me to cancel. They should have tried that before I got fed up. They knew that I had had two delivery attempts in which they both were rejected. I went back to the store personally because after an hour of waiting, I did not receive a call back that my refund was made, plus I wanted my receipt. Staff, great. Deliveries, not so great. And each time I took my things out of my room so that they can set the bed up. So 5 stars are now 3.

We saw a sale online and went to visit the Bala-Cynwyd location on Wednesday morning. Isaac was so professional, very helpful and very thorough in explaining everything from how the frameworks to information regarding delivery. I highly recommend this place!! I ordered a queen box spring on Friday afternoon and it was delivered next day on Saturday before noon. Less than 24 hours!! I spoke with Onnie on Friday and she explained the different types of box springs or foundation and answered all my questions. She was professional and helpful! I was told I would receive a call on Friday at 5 pm.providing me with the time of delivery. The call came in on time and on Saturday I received another call from the delivery guy as a follow up call and said he would be there the time I was given and he was!! My experience at this Mattress Firm was perfect! This was my first time really shopping for a mattress and I didn't know what to ask for. I thought I needed firm based on what I remembered my grandmother doing when I was little (she used to put a piece of wood between her mattress and box spring for better support). But Isaac explained to me that with my bad back, I should definitely NOT follow that old belief and should be looking for a soft (pillow top to be exact) mattress that will hug and support my back. Once I laid on that softer mattress, my whole body felt better. Isaac was patient, funny, and worked with my budget. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone shopping for a mattress, ask for Isaac!

She took my warranty claim personal. At least that's how she made feel!! And from her diligence, she got my claim processed immediately. I generally dislike mattress stores...I guess because they feel a bit like car dealerships but I can't say enough about Mattress Firm in Bala Cynwyd. We were in the market for a Tempur-pedic mattress and calling ahead found out that they have every model in the showroom. We went on a Wednesday afternoon and were met by Steve who spent nearly 2 hours with us while we tried out every model. He was patient and helpful and gave us space as we discussed dropping a small fortune on hopefully the last mattress we will ever have to purchase. The best part was (unlike online buying) they could deliver the mattress in 1 day! They also had white glove service to set up and remove our old mattress. Go to Mattress Firm and ask for Steve! You won't regret it.

She was so friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and answered every question I had. I have found that the key to success at Mattress Firm is the salesperson. First store was not a great experience. Went to the Bala Cynwyd store. Steve was knowledgeable, helpful and found all available discounts for us.

We must have laid on each bed and he took his time and explained each one to us. Finally I chose one and half way through the paper work I decided on something else. They fellow working checked the inventory and although they didn't have what I needed there, they were quick to find what I did need at a store 10-15 minutes away.
