Both times I have been in the store I have thoroughly enjoyed my time there. The employees are always top notch. Mattress firm prices are not to my liking and either is their return policy for adjustable bases but this particular location is stellar.

Jeremy was as good at his job as all the reviews said. He us very knowledgeable and sies "sell" you. He explains what each mattress is intended for and what it does for the body. We were in and out in 40 mins and that was with us asking lots if questions and taking forever to figure out which one to go with as 2 mattresses were great for us. Thanks for the assistance Jeremy...its a confusing product for most of us.

Fantastic experience with this location! Both Chandra and Qwanisha were amazing and so helpful. We were able to try out every mattress and ask tons of questions. Then, when we were ready to purchase, all we had to do was call in and we were able to pay for our order via their online system, which saved us a trip. I have been to mattress firm only a few times, mostly to get an idea of what pricing for a mattress would be. As I was in, a very nice guy named Jeremy was there to help assist. He was friendly, had excellent information and he had no problems with helping me with anything that I needed. I came here just to browse, as I have never purchased a mattress for myself before. Before going in, I was not excited about having to fend off any salespeople, as I have been to other furniture and mattress stores where the sales representatives stay attached at the hip to you and constantly pester and pressure you. HOWEVER, Jeremy was very hands-off after we told him we were just browsing when he first offered help. He let my boyfriend and I look around until we were ready to ask some questions. I am thoroughly convinced that Jeremy is a genius, as he answered every single question the two of us had. After I found the right mattress, I told Jeremy that I was just starting the mattress search and wasn't able to make a decision yet. I kid you not, he gave us a quick list of other places we could go browse so that I may make an informed purchase. Jeremy's transparency and amazing deals brought me back to purchase within the week. When we did pull the trigger and purchase, Qwanisha was extremely friendly and informative. She made the process a hell of a lot quicker than I was expecting and was so much fun to talk to and learn from the entire time. Jeremy and Qwanisha were phenomenal and made the entire process actually a lot of fun! I would highly highly recommend coming here! I have no regrets purchasing my mattress set from Mattress Firm.

I called Jake earlier in the week. He was pleasant and knowledgeable about the mattress I was looking for. Went in today and spoke to Jeremy and he showed me the bed, helped with an adjustable frame as well as the hardware to attach the frame to our existing headboard. Now, giving the mattress 24 hours to expand before sleeping on it. Overall experience was excellent.

We walked in unsure of what we we were looking for aside from a soft mattress. We left having ordered a wonderfully smooshy mattress and an adjustable base! Jeremy was very patient and informative. We had a lot of questions and I had to keep bouncing between two mattresses to figure out which I liked more. Also, who knew that we needed an adjustable base?! Seriously, they are not just for the older generation. We tried it out and with the head of the bed adjusted just a smidge and it really was so comfortable! This process was so easy and no pressure, thanks to Jeremy!

Jeremy Estes was amazing! He asked appropriate questions initially to assess our needs, then made a great recommendation! His first option was what we went with. However, he did recommend we try out a couple other options to compare them and be sure the bed felt right. He explained differences in beds, but said ultimately it comes down to how it feels. He didn't just try to convince us to buy the most expensive brand, but offered what was the best for us. He allowed us whatever time we needed to make a decision, didn't rush us. Also showed us pillow options for my chronic neck pain and explained that we needed to try them on the bed we choose as different beds will change how the pillow feels. I would highly recommend Jeremy! Pick up was quick and easy! We are very happy with our new bed and pillow.

I meant to write this last week but better late than never. I want to call out the fantastic customer service I received at the L St store in Omaha from Qwanisha. I had been in a few days prior and another girl helped me and I ordered a refurbished purple mattress and was told they are sanitized and checked for stains. When I got it delivered I noticed holes in the plastic and stains in a few different spots. It has been months of me trying to find the right mattress and this was the third one, so needless to say I was upset and frustrated. I called the store I purchased from and Qwanisha answered, as I started to explain the issue I broke into tears cause it was a rough day and that just tipped me over the edge. Qwanisha was so very sweet and understanding and didn't make me feel foolish for crying and being upset. She talked with me and sympathized with me. She then said she would get everything fixed and helped me apply for the credit to be able to pay the difference for a new mattress and even helped with a discount and free delivery and had everything ready so the next day I could come in and just sign and go. She really made me feel heard and validated and was so patient and kind, she talked to me for over 20 minutes to ensure everything was okay and that the right solution was done. I cannot tell you how much I appreciated her warmth and kindness, she is truly an exceptional employee who cares for others. She deserves all the kudos and a raise for sure!!! Best customer service I think I've ever received!!! Thank you so much Qwanisha!!

We went into Mattress Firm today to purchase a king bed for ourselves and two full beds for our kids and received amazing service from Qwanisha. With low back pain in the family and wanting to avoid too many chemicals and off gassing, we had some specific needs that Qwanisha went above and beyond to help us meet. She was extremely knowledgeable but also went out of her way to triple check because she cared about our needs. We are so excited for our new beds and would most definitely recommend Mattress Firm and Qwanisha. The store was also very clean and welcoming which meant a lot especially when shopping for a mattress. I honestly rarely write reviews, but with two kids in tow and everything we needed, I was expecting it to be a difficult endeavor, especially since we needed all the beds that week but we truly had the best experience and service here, and not to mention extremely comfortable mattresses!

Wonderful Experience! We took four wild kids into the store an hour before close trying to find a new bed after 8 years. Jeremy was patient and accomodated us and our group. We had no idea what we were looking for and Jeremy took the time to show us all the different types of beds and everything we didn't know what to look for. He didn't try to upsale us and found us the right fit for our health concerns and our budget. He even went past close to finalize our financing and answer additional questions. Jeremy, I told you I would post a review and I'm good for my word. Here is my review. First I have to tell you I really dislike shopping but at the same time I don't want to rush to get it over-with and make a bad decision and end up with something I hate. You are a great salesman but more than that you are genuine bed/mattress consultant. You proved you are very knowledgeable and basically an expert on mattresses. I appreciate your time and patience as you explained mattress materials and firmness levels etc. as you showed me every bed that was in my budget range. When I decided on the Bridgewater mattress I was pretty sure it was going to be the perfect mattress for me and sleeping on it for almost a week has confirmed this. In the store you told me I was getting sweet deal but don't salesmen always say that? I consider myself to be smart with my spending so in due diligence I went online and checked the price against some other sources. When I saw how much money I saved vs buying it from the other sources it put a huge smile on my face! You really did give me super sweet deal on an excellent mattress! Thank you! Greg Seewald

We purchased a full size mattress set on Memorial Day. I told Jeremy my budget and that I needed to have the bed delivered same day. Due to the amount of mattress's they sold the soonest delivery date would be one week out. I explained that we are foster parents, and had recently accepted a new placement, and that our foster child could not wait 1 week to wait for a bed. Jeremy went above and beyond the call of duty, he told me that he drives a truck and that he would deliver the bed shortly. Not even 20 minutes later the bed was put together in our home. Jeremy assembled and did everything. I tried to tip him $40 for the extra work, and he politely refused. I'll never forget this experience, as it was really cool that he came through for us. We truly appreciate difference makers, and will be back to work with him in the future. Thanks A LOT Jeremy!!

I went in a couple of weeks ago comparing prices for a new matress because I was moving and Jeremy Estes helped me find a better matress than the one I was pretty much dead set on and bet it by about half the price, even gave me a free adjustable base a couple days before the sale started . Delivery and setup was very fast and cheap. Great service, great products, and best of all great prices! Havent slept this good in years. Would definitely reccomend starting out here.

Friendly staff, no high pressure sales tactics, you tell them what you want, what you want to spend and they help you find what you want. When you walk in and see mattresses costing upwards of $5000, you get scared pretty fast but, we walked out with a mattress in our price range that suited our needs.

Jeremy is amazing. Hands down one of the best managers I've ever worked with and let me tell you I am not an easy person to please. I had a bed delivered today and everything was great except the remote was broken . I called he said alright I have to call around to get another remote, I don't want to make you wait all weekend with a new bed and can't use it . I got a call about 20 or so minutes after our conversation and it was him letting us know he was outside our apartment with a replacement remote. This man literally went to the warehouse himself and drove the remote to our apartment during a snow storm . A MANAGER AT THAT. Not only that, he printed instructions for me to reprogram it. This type of service is above and beyond and truly impeccable. Please give this man a raise. This type of customer service is so rare in Omaha. Ask for him when you go in you won't be disappointed !

However when we walked in Jermey Estes was extremely polite and really listened to what we needed. I have had my mattress for 6 days now. So far per my Fitbit my best sleep score was a 52. Reading the fine print in the 120 day sleep garuntee and by the time you pay the restocking fee it's basically a worthless piece of paper. Matress Firm refused to post my review on their website.
