When they call themselves “sleep experts” they actually mean it. They know EVERYTHING when it comes to mattresses or pillows. Me and my husband were very much pleased with our experience. Spencer was the one who helped us. He was kind and made our experience very enjoyable and worthwhile. We love our mattress and I would definitely recommend going here, although the mattresses are expensive you can set up payment plans all the way up to 36 months. And they have a clearance section if needed. Needless to say, we loved our experience here and we love our mattress!

Excellent experience and customer service from start to finish! Jeremy, the salesman we worked with in store, was very knowledgeable and personable. He knows the products well and will not push you towards something that does not suit your needs. We purchased two memory foam mattress and mattress protectors for our sons' bunkbeds. Kyle was very knowledgeable about the mattress industry and took our budget into consideration. No hard sales so we didn’t feel pressured to buy and could really take our time to decide. I bought from this company about 4 years ago and also had a great experience then, still loving my mattress too. They have great financing and delivery options. You also have 4 months to exchange or return the mattress if you end up not liking it. I’ll definitely be back in the future!

My girlfriend and I are moving and were in need of a mattress so we stumbled into Mattress Firm and was greeted by Aaron. He was able to show us around and test out a few different mattresses. He was able to use our feedback and make recommendations that would work for us. He was knowledgeable about the current deals and offers which we took advantage of once we found a mattress that we both enjoyed. The two other young women that also work there were very personable and were able to give us great advice for food in the area. We ended up getting lunch at one spot she recommended and it was perfect! Next time I need a mattress, I might make the 600 mile drive and talk with them! 10/10 would recommend.

I can't say enough about the service I received today when I went in this store. I had no idea what I wanted, other than comfort. The store manager explained a lot of things to me that I didn't know about mattresses. I truly appreciated learning these facts. He took his time having me try various styles and comfort levels. I am in my early twenties and relatively new to this "being an adult" thing; so the prospect of buying a whole new mattress from an actual mattress store was a little daunting to say the least. Thank GOD for Hailey at Mattress Firm on West Center Road in the Omaha Millard area. Not only did she make this whole experience *relatively* stress free, but she was very kind, super professional, and incredibly helpful with any questions or concerns I had. The bed I bought was not cheap but any standard, but I did get a great deal on an incredibly comfortable bed with a protector and a remote controlled adjustable frame that will last for years. I even compared prices on Amazon and at other furniture outlets, and the deal really did shave a solid $800 off the whole package. Between the agreeable price, wonderful customer service, and overall excellent experience, I would highly recommend this store and their employees to anyone in search of a good bed for a good deal. I called a store to get some bunky boards for my king platform. Jerry helped me and got me all situated over the phone, letting me know we could do everything digitally and I could pick up at the warehouse with my digital receipt. When I arrived, I realized I wouldn't be able to pick them up myself but the warehouse manager, Brittany, loaded them into her vehicle and hand delivered them to my apartment. She definitely did not have to do that but that was some SERIOUS customer service. Wow! Both associates I dealt with were great! Thanks so much for an awesome experience!

Great experience -- much simpler and more efficient than some of the alternatives. Store manager (Kyle) was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. As others have said, he isn't at all "pushy" and gives you plenty of time to look around, try out different mattresses without feeling self-conscious, etc. I saw one customer stay for a while and then left without buying as they couldn't decide -- he wished them well and didn't try to pressure them to making a purchase.

HaiLee Pape, my sales Associate was very knowledgable, informative and was able to answer every single one of my questions. I let her know what I was looking at online, what I was wanting/needing and hoping to accomplish. What she showed me first was not what I originally came in to look at. It was BETTER AND about the same price. I still took a little look around at other options and nothing was better than the very first Mattress I was shown. What I am trying to say is that she listened to my wants/needs and what I was trying to accomplish. You simply can not ask for more from a Sales Person. *Once I got home I did notice on your website that I could have saved another $126 through your website on a couple pillows (Malouf Supreme Cool Pillow x2) I paid $259.98 before tax I could have paid $205.70 on your website after tax and the Mattress Protector (Sleepys Basic Smooth Protector) was $20 and some change after tax online.. I paid $79.99 before tax. I do still sincerely appreciate the service. Wondering if maybe I could get some compensation for this though??? or cancel the items and just purchase online. Kinda do want someone to reach out to me on this since I was in today* Update 5/20/21 1:00pm, an hour after they opened. Spoke with Aaron on the phone and he got this taken care of immediately! Now that’s definitely customer service! Very impressed! Very happy with my purchasing experience and we are excited for our new bed to arrive on Thursday! Thank You, HaiLee and Aaron!
