I have a bed frame that I built back in High School to fit a Full XL mattress. I just purchased the Heritage Plush Full XL at Lebeda in Omaha. Bed arrived as scheduled. The service and quality products of Lebeda have continued to please me. Custom sizes are hard to come by. The Lebeda store in Lincoln, Nebraska got shut down and I had to make the trip to this Omaha store. A BIG THANK YOU to Jake Pollard for working with me to hold a sale under the circumstances. When arrived, Jake give me awesome knowledge on types of beds. I'm so pleased with the overall customer service of such a down to earth local bedding company--that's local love! This is my second purchase and will continue to support such a outstanding business!!

We loved our experience from start to finish. We lucked into his store during our quest for a new mattress and we are very happy with the outcome. Jake is a professional on every level, more importantly he took his time communicating with us with a genuine interest in seeing us get the right mattress. We never felt pressured to make a decision and in fact we lost track of time looking at the various styles because Jake did a great job conveying the details and letting us compare them. In the end we purchased a Legacy Plush Hybrid and it is without a doubt the best mattress we have owned. I'm a stomach sleeper and my wife is a side sleeper. The owner was extremely helpful. I told him what my price range was and he helped me choose the best mattress for my budget. He kept the delivery price cheap for me as well in order to stay within my budget. My box springs ended up not being able to fit up my stairwell into my apartment and so I had to get a split queen box spring. As I didn’t have a truck to pick that up, the owner was willing to drive it with his truck on his day off if I payed for gas money opposed to having to pay expensive delivery fees.

He took us patiently through all the options available and when we gave him a price point he found us the best mattress for our money and even cut us a deal. The mattress took a week to arrive but I appreciate that because they make their mattresses to order. That also gives them the opportunity to give the customer a better deal. I gave a five star rating based on Jake's customer service. I have been in customer service for over 30 years, and I know it when I see it. I went in several times and he patiently explained and answered any questions. He was so knowledgeable and helpful. I purchased a bed in August which turned out to be too hard after I slept on it. Went in and was able to exchange it for another. Again, he was so patient and helpful. The exchange went so smoothly with no questions asked. Lebeda wants you to be satified and I am! If you go in, deal with Jake only. I had a bad experience with Terry Scott. Went back once to speak with Jake and Terry was there. When I asked for Jake, he said "do you see him?" I just left. If that was my first time there, I would not have gone back! Be sure Jake is there for excellent customer service.

Before moving, I did a lot of mattress research knowing we needed a new bed. Lebeda sounded excellent and I was very happy to find a store in Omaha. The staff was very helpful and knew the materials of their mattresses inside and out. I have confidence that I will receive exactly what we wanted and that the bed will last. Jake of Lebeda was very helpful but not pushy. He made good suggestions. He came out on his day off to measure to make sure my order was correct as it had to be custom made. Also, later I needed to have the bed frame moved a few inches and he and his wife came out on his day off and did that. Very few companies have an employee that would do that. Lebeda's service is great; they don't promise something they can't deliver.

I went to Lebeda after buying a serta I series that dipped out after 3 years. Beds are not cheap and I found Lebeda gives the best bang for your dollar. Still build flippable beds and dealing directly with the manufacturer made me comfortable knowing they would stand behind it. Been great so far.

Not knowing much about how beds are made or if I’m buying the rite one for me was a big concern when I was looking to buy a new mattress. I happened to stop in LEBEDA MATTRESS FACTORY in my neighborhood. Spoke with a store manager Jake Pollard. He had the patience an made the time to speak with me about my concerns. He explained to me how other companies make there mattress compared to his. Long story short those other companies were charging more for an already built mattress that wasn’t half as good as the custom one he’s building for me. 18 gauge steal all around bed including coils.
