This company is AMAZING!!! For starters, very professional! As a business woman myself I find that to be completely vital! Second, being the neat freak that I am, their store is super clean and straight forward! On top of that John delivered my mattress so quickly!! I am sooo satisfied with my purchase and experience!!! I’m a first time renter and everything about purchasing furniture is new to me. Mr. John made this experience smooth and I could tell he was not just trying to make a sale…everything for genuine and truthful. I purchased a queen mattress and box spring for a great price, AND it was delivered for FREE (and hauled both pieces inside my apartment) the same day my bed arrived! All I had to do what let Mr. John know when to come and he was there on time! He literally went above and beyond to assist me! I highly recommend Factory Direct Mattress Omaha! John was kind and informative when I went in to check on buying a new bed set. He listened to what I wanted and needed without pressuring for upsales. He had to order the foundation I needed but offered to deliver the mattress right away. Since I was downsizing I had him wait. As soon as the foundation was in he delivered both on the same day. Only waited about a week and a half for it. I would highly recommend John and his Factory Direct Mattress location in Council Bluffs, IA.

Customer service was top notch, free delivery was offered at our earliest convenience, and our mattresses were locally built with higher quality than I've seen in some of the larger stores.
