I can't say enough wonderful things about Roger's store! They went above and beyond to help me get a new bed for my husband after his surgery. We are so happy with the warm customer service we received from everyone there! The quality and selection are great, the prices are amazing, and my new bed was delivered much faster than I expected. I wish I could give more stars! The scammer that left one star doesn't know what they're talking about. Never trust someone who leaves a rating but hasn't shopped at the business!

I was shopping for a new mattress and I went to all the big shops. Saw this place from the road and went in. Best decision I ever made. The staff is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They listen closely to what you want and how much you want to spend. They then give you options. They are friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. All round great experience.

Awesome! Got a Sealy $1399 mattress for $425! Amazing people and customer service! He even followed me home and delivered it. I will definitely be back to get our next mattress. I would highly recommend this place if you're looking for a new bed!

This was our third purchase from Roger's Mattress Outlet. He beats everyone else's price and his service is above and beyond expectations! We were looking for a new mattress for our RV and did not find what we were wanting in stock at the store. Roger suggested we go shop other store and see if we could find what we were looking for and that he would work to get it and beat the retail price. We did find what we wanted at a big chain store. I sent him the details and 2 days later he called me from his distribution warehouse, in another state, to verify the brand, model and size. When we went in to purchase the mattress it was still in the factory shrink wrap and at 1/3 the retail price. WOW! We also purchased a mattress for our grand daughter. Service and selection are great especially when Roger is willing to risk a sale, letting you go shop other stores to make sure you find what you want. every purchase we have made at Rogers has been Great. If there were more than 5 stars Rogers Mattress Outlet would get them!

I knew I wanted a mattress for my guest room and the sales lady told me exactly what I needed. I needed it the next day and asked for delivery. Her manager picked up the mattress from the Mustang location and delivered it less than 24 hours later. Super nice people! Most efficient purchase ever! A salesperson who listens...what a concept!

When we first went into the store we were wearing masks but they apologized for not wearing one and were extremely accommodating to the situation. We honestly did not intend on purchasing that day BUT the friendliness and professionalism of everyone on top of the honesty and LOW LOW LOW prices- we purchased a great twin size AND king size for way less than we would’ve paid at ANY of the big name stores. Their customer service level is a bar set high above anywhere else. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 15/10 highly recommend

Wow. Guys. This was amazing. Roger is a salesman. Roger gives his customers time to feel out the mattresses he has for sale. Roger does not pressure his customers. Roger gives excellent information when asked for a question. Roger recommends to his customers to think about things that might skip their mind... like "who usually has their arm under the other while resting so you can feel if it's ok on your arm. If you're a salesman, be like Roger. Also, go buy a mattress, the one you currently have is probably filthy. :) Oh, and I think I got a really good price on the mattress :)

Amazing deals/ great customer service. Had a budget of 500 for a queen mattress. Got a sealy mattress that's normally 1400 for 500 flat. Very happy with the savings and my back is definitely pleased as well. Will be recommending to everyone!! Definitely check this place out before mattress firm or a pricey mattress store!

I came in from out of town, needing a twin XL mattress asap to move my dad into an assisted living facility. Keith was my hero. He didn't have any in stock but made me a deal on half of a king size floor model mattress and sourced a frame from his other store. He allowed me to pay over the phone. He delivered it to the facility and set up the very next day. He even had to jump thru some hoops with Covid screenings to get into the facility. A+ job and a weight off my shoulders. Best customer service in Oklahoma City.
