Stopped by to start our furniture hunt and surprisingly found what I needed at a great price, plus some. I’m really happy with the quality and the price was very reasonable and even knocked a little off when I got a couple items. They delivered everything and helped move some stuff out too. Everyone was really nice and took care of us. Will definitely go back when I’m looking for new furniture. Thanks guys, I feel like a real adult with matching dresser and chest.

I like this place A LOT. I came to buy a queen sized mattress and they range from $200-$10,000, which is a huge range, but the guys there are super friendly and helpful- even when I asked the same 3 questions over and over again.. lol. I got a great quality pillow top and box spring for just under 700 and that's with me being picky. Side note- they have so many sofas in their selection. Also nice tables. Will be coming here again for affordable, quality furniture 👌🏼 P.S. do not be fooled by the big name stores you see on TV. They're not the only options😉

This had to be the quickest furniture buying experience we ever had. We went in, was greeted right away by a nice man who did his best to try to help us figure out who we talked to on the phone. My husband could not remember the name of the lady. We sat and explained to him what we were looking for and after a few minutes, the lady sitting nearby finally realized we had talked to her. She didn't seem real enthused to make a sale but she finally got up and took us back and ended up offering us a good deal. Corina wasn't real knowledgeable on prices and quoted us the wrong price a couple times which made things a bit confusing but her manager was great and helped her get us a good deal. We will be going back to buy our new bed come tax season. The only thing I really did not like was when myself and my son both tripped in the parking lot over a nasty bump they have. One of their employees who loaded our truck stated every one of their loaders had tripped over that spot at one time or another. They should really get that fixed... I'd hate to see you guys in a injury lawsuit and I've seen them happen for less things... Watch your step when you go.. you won't be sorry. Great prices and very nice people.

Bought a new bed and absolutely love it, got a new queen pillow top mattress and box spring for under $500!! The staff is friendly and helpful and the owner is great and down to earth. If you want good furniture for a great price, definitely check them out.

I'm giving the 3 stars for the the man that helped myself and my son. He was great! I was going to buy more things with them but not after I got a bed delivered that I had to put together! 100$ for delivery and the contracted company won't put it together ?!! I've never had to do that and this will be my last time doing it. Im so annoyed but I won't spend my money here again. Lesson learned. In response to the company, the salesman isn't the problem. The fact that the delivery company charges 100$ without setup is! They should make time to do it. I've never used a delivery service who didn't and they charged less! In response to the company

Love this place! All of the employees are down to earth and welcoming. The sales associate Corina was so considerate and helpful! Phil the owner did everything he could to help us and exceeded our needs! I went in with my boyfriend knowing that we didn’t have the best credit score, so we thought with out a doubt we wouldn’t get approved... but Phil made it happen! We walked in were greeted by the wonderful sales staff. Our experience was smoother than I ever expected. Came in for a bed and ended up furnishing my dad's entire apartment. The experience we had here was far better than any other place we could have went. We talked with Adam and he was super nice and helpful. I have been in the store 4 different times working with Alex on picking out the perfect living room furniture. He was very patient with me in the time that it took for me to finally buy the sectional. The owner of the location also was on site frequently and very friendly as well. The best thing about Alex was how low pressure he was in selling us on the furiniture, the selection and pricing is great so he knew we would find something we wanted. I will definitely be back to buy my daughters bedroom furniture from Alex.

To finish, our delivery men were tony and Larry. I went to this place with my roommate, who was looking for a new mattress. Kim, an employee, immediately greeted the both of us. We were out of the store within 20 minutes with my roommate buying a new mattress. The customer service was amazing! My roommate talked me into getting my own mattress, so off we went for the second time. I immediately went for Kim, who again assisted us and made it easy. I will say there was a small mishap at the store’s fault, but Phil, the owner came over and assisted me. Kim and Phil both apologized for the small inconvenience but went WAY above and beyond to keep me as a customer. Well, they got one for life now. If I need anything in the future, I’ll gladly pay more for this customer service. With that said, I doubt I’d pay more anyways because the prices and deals here were unbeatable!

My husband and I went there today just to look around, well after talking with Shelly (awesome by the way)and Phil (super great guy)they showed us some sectionals and I fell in love with one of them. Talked about the financing that is offered and got that out of the way, Phil went above and beyond to get the cost where it needs to be so we could afford the sectional and 3 tables. Super happy with our purchase. Another plus is it will be delivered tomorrow not in 5 to 7 days like other places.

Bought my Lovesac sactional from them in 2019 at a great price. The pieces almost all came in their original boxes. It seemed like they were all floor models or returns that Lovesac received and resold (as each box had different shipment stickers on them from varying states). All of the pieces (shoes, feet, clamps, pillows) were there. They come without covers, and they did not have storage seats and deep sides at the time. For the price, it didn’t matter to me. We did end up renting a Uhaul from the place next door and the staff at Mattress and Furniture loaded it all in the Uhaul for us. It ended up being just about the same price for them to deliver it ($100). We had the convenience of delivering it at a time that worked for us by doing Uhaul ourselves. Overall, a great price for the Lovesac brand that is hard to get. Ended up buying floor model covers from the Lovesac store in OKC to complete the couch. Edited to add: FYI, in general the Lovesac warranty does not apply when you buy anything 2nd hand. Again, for the price of what I purchased (easily $7000 retail price and I paid less than $1000), I was ok with no warranty. Lovesac couch covers were under warranty if you buy them directly from the Lovesac.

This was the best shopping experience we could have had! My husband and I had been on the search for a sectional for our living room. After a terrible experience at another business and shopping at multiple stores with too high prices for low quality items I was close to giving up. I came across this store on Google and we decided to see what it was about. As soon as we walked in the door we had the best customer service. We told them what we were looking for and they showed us around. They mentioned the Lovesac furniture but I disregarded it because I just assumed it would be way out of our budget. We looked around some more but didn't see anything that caught our eye. My husband and I both loved the look and functionality of the lovesac and spent quite a bit of time looking at it. The store spent time explaining how all of it worked and they ended up cutting us a deal for it that I would have never imagined! We left the same day with our new Lovesac sectional. It is the most amazing high quality furniture we have ever owned. Our kids love it almost as much as my husband and I. I will forever recommend this store to all of our friends! We are now searching for a new kitchen table so we will definitely be back to check them out!!

With our most recent experience, we were looking for a bed for ourselves which is something we always struggle with. The items may be a little more pricey than they probably should be but you choose your battles. They also deliver for a fee. Bought a house full today,David our salesperson was laid back and non intrusive answered our questions and offered insight into what was more practical based on budget and space, the owner bent over backwards to get us financing and then he continued by slashing prices to help us fill our house. They went the extra mile to perform a sleep test to determine which mattress would be best for us then he made that at a price nobody could walk away from. We’ve purchased several items from this establishment over the last year. The staff is friendly and helpful, no pressure sales experience. With our most recent purchase (a kitchen table, chairs and bench) after arriving home we realized we didn’t receive a box of our chairs. We went in looking for a couch and we were shown around by Kim, who is absolutely wonderful! There was no pressure, but she showed us sets that were in our price range and that would fit us. OMG! There are literally NO words to describe how ABSOLUTELY AMAZING Phil and his family and employees are! I spent three hours this morning, preparing myself mentally for a day of furniture shopping. I imagined my prior experiences at...eh-hem... those "other" places. You know the ones, shopper stalkers and the like. Anyway, we decided to hit up Phil at M&F before we willingly entered the gates of Hell (otherwise known as mathis brothers). We weren't two steps in the door of Mattresses and Furniture and we were family! Yep, just like that! I bought a twin size bed. When I got home to put the bed together the metal brackets on the side rails was bent. I called Mattress & Furniture and told them, they told me that was that last bed in stock of that brand but that they would take the parts off the floor model. I went back to the store and they changed out the rails like they said. I was very pleased with the service I received I will recommend to everyone.!!!!!! Wil definitely shop there again!

I am relocating to okc area and walked in this store and was met by a very pleasant man named Jose, (who is bilingual for those that hablar espanol) who I thought had the patience of a saint because I took forever to make up my mind. Then in came Phil, the owner, who I KNOW has the patience of a saint and the heart of gold, stayed with me while I asked every customer in the store which couch they liked. He sat with me for an hour! Told me the pros and cons of each brand and gave me a deal of a life time! And because my apartment won't be ready to the end of april, he is storing it for me! I still was undecided. So, in walks Cody, the sales manager I believe. And sealed the deal. He even reclined in a chair for me to see what it was like! Keely made financing a breeze! They gave me a new recliner. But i would never buy a catnapper chair again. A $1200 chair should last but looks like only 6 months. As this new chair is starting to do a lot of the stuff the old one did. Plus makes a bang noise sometimes when you recline in the chair. This is not the stores fault. Would say do not buy a catnapper chair made by Johnsonville.
