Choosing a mattress is tough-there so many brands, feels, accessories you can add to them. Who would have thought picking a mattress would be so difficult? Thank God for Mattress Firm and Brittany over at Quail Springs. She took me through their Comfort by Color system and really explained everything in great detail. We ended up finding out my color was blue and narrowed it down to my perfect mattress. Brittany was never pushy and always had a smile and really made the process enjoyable and comfortable..(laying on a bunch of mattresses in front of a stranger is weird, but I never felt weird with her!) Clarence might be the best person my wife and I have ever worked with in any major purchase environment. He is so chill and easy going. He even read our minds when we needed to talk to one another and let us be while he went to the computer to run some numbers. Absolutely no pressure and his sole purpose was to relieve pressure on our backs. Oh, and showed us mattresses that stayed cooler than the other side of the pillow. Basically, if you want a traditional used car sales atmosphere, this is not the place for you. If you want to enjoy buying a product you'll spend 1/3 of your life on, Clarence is the one to make it happen.

MacKenzie was the only person in town who not only knew what a Full XL was, but Mattress Firm was the only place I could even order a mattress let alone a box springs. I have been in the quail springs Mattress Firm Store twice now. Everytime, I have had the same lady help me, her name is Betty. She is always so helpful and very knowledgable about each bed and prospect. I told her my medical problems and she knew of several beds that would be helpful for those problems. I have decided on the Whitfield king but my credit wasn't high enough. She tried several options to see if we could get a higher credit amount or get discounts that would work right now. I am going to have to wait a few months until I pay off a few bills but I will definitely be coming back to buy the king size and adjustable bases and I want Betty to help me when I come back in. I can't wait to get the bed I have been wanting.
