Well i have to say one of my more pleasant shopping experiences. Crystal was our sales person and she was so great. She was so knowledgable and very informative. She was so funny and and made us feel comfortable. So i bought a bed and i absolutely love it and so happy I purchased my bed from Mattress Firm and Crystal. I feel like i made a friend.

Crystal was very friendly and helpful. I told her what I was looking for and price range. She showed me one I liked and it had a sale price on it for $799. There was also a sign on the window that said Black Friday prices, king for the price of a queen. I purchased the king for $799 and after I paid for it she, she showed me the receipt and the price was $899.She said that was what the computer said and she couldn't change it She was going to talk to her manager to see if a refund could be giving. I should have been given a$100 refund plus tax. This is not the way to do business.

My buying experience at this location was wonderful. I can't remember the name of the woman who helped me out, but she was awesome, welcoming, and not pushy at all. I came in with a budget and she was able to match it exactly. I love my new bed :)

Gave us the pro and cons of each and laid everything out for us to talk about and didn't hover. We made our decision and purchased the item for our needs. I had called regarding a specific mattress I had seen online. Crystal said it was not in stock, but could show me ones that would b close to it. When I came in the next day, she greeted me w a smile. I was on crutches and she offered me a chair. Another person was trying out the bed. I told her what I wanted and she had the perfect one for me. It was a Beautyrest Greenwood Firm mattress. It wasn’t firm, it was medium and it cushioned my body. I didn’t sink down too much, just enough. I tried different positions and it was easy to turn over and everything. I bought it. Crystal was great in her knowledge of each mattress. The person who checked me out was a very nice person also. They made my experience very pleasant.

My wife and I went in not intending to actually purchase a mattress. We had a very strict budget and did not think it was possible for us to actually find a mattress we liked within our price range. However, after discussing it with our associate (I’m super upset because I cannot remember his name for the life of me, but he was incredible!) he was able to help us find something better than we thought possible for a price we could genuinely afford. There wasn’t any shady business or him selfishly trying to get a bigger commission by selling us something we couldn’t afford. He was genuine, and honest with us, which we really appreciated. I have to say this was the best experience I every could have imagined I saved over 1,400 dollars. My sleep experts crystal and shanna taught me so much I never knew about my back. I walked in thinking firm was what I needed for my back but when I was shown a firm mattress crystal broke it down for me a mattress with lumbar support was what I needed to keep my spine from developing more problems. All in all I found my new sleep experts at mattress 2360 S I-35

I called and talked to Shanna. I told her what I was looking for and they didn’t have it in store so she looked up the inventory at the warehouse. She found what I needed and then offered to send me a link to pay over the phone since it was close to the store closing and I wouldn’t make it in time. The whole process took less than 10 minutes. We went to the warehouse the next morning and picked up our mattresses. Professional and friendly. Great experience.

This location is great and honestly what was so great about it is Shanna! She is an amazing saleswoman! She was there all alone until noon and of course the store got very busy during my time shopping for a mattress but she interacted constantly with each customer, checking on them and even remembering everyone's name and what they were interested in purchasing. I had to wait a little bit to complete my purchase but honestly was no problem at all with the professionalism of Shanna. I came in late on a Friday night, luckily before the warehouse closed but that was the problem, we only had about 30 min for the saleswoman to show me everything and help find the right mattress. If my memory is right, which is a stretch, her name was Shanna (banana, that’s how she told me to remember it lol) great personality, very attentive to what I was looking for and very knowledgeable to help lead me in the right direction quickly. Not only did she find me the perfect mix of softness/stiffness for my terrible back, she found me a deal on a return that I couldn’t resist. So I stayed in my price range but got a mattress that I coulda never afforded. So for that I’m forever grateful. I slept amazing the first night and look forward to many more nights of amazing sleep! I have to say, I've never been in this store before, but the young man whom helped me was super fantastic, explained everything to me and we gee hawed on the price and he helped me to decide the firmness and the price, I asked when it could be delivered, he said probably next week, I said oh geez I really need it this week, he goes to his computer and starting checking and says oh we have one slot left this week on Wednesday, I said I'll take it. He explained the merchandise would be coming from the outlet store and that they would notify me on Tuesday evening as the time of delivery with a 2 hour span in there. fantastic. Tuesday evening I get the text on the delivery time on Wednesday. Today, 6/17/2020 , my merchandise was delivered early (PRAISE GOD), the delivery guys were so fantastic, professional and very polite. Thank you all.

In my lifetime, I have slept on bare ground, concrete floors, kanvas Kutz, bear box springs, sofas, recliners, and chairs of all kinds. I can tell you, a mattress is a lot more comfortable.
