Walked in, got immediately greeted by Mike. Asked us about what are needs were and gave us his best recommendations within our price range. He is very knowledgeable. We found the one for us but soon to find out it was sold out and a model that was going away. Tried a couple more but left due trying so many we wanted to come back again another day with minds cleared. Mike followed up with us with an alternative deal that we could not pass. Gina was tremendously helpful while we were undecided a couple of months ago. She spent so much time with us going over health issues, back issues, sleep problems all to help us find the best mattress. We never felt pressured even though we weren't ready to buy yet. Obviously it's a mattress store . They have many types of mattresses such as orthopedic and basic ones too. They are a bit pricey. Helpful, caring staff though. Place is a bit dusty , and the furniture too. That kinda threw me off from buying a mattress there. I know they wouldn't give you mattresses in display but still, it gives me the impression that I was going to purchase a dusty mattress. I know they offer delivery options and they accept major credit cards for purchasing. If I were to buy a mattress there I'd take advantage of sale days to get your best offer.

Kim assisted me and she was fabulous! I purchased an adjustable Queen size bed for myself and a regular Queen size mattress and boxspring for the guest room. I came in multiple times and talked to three sales people. They were all very informative and helpful, especially Don and Mike T. I bought a Serta iSeries and adjustable base. Mattress Firm has a 120-day try-out period and as it turned out, I decided to return the mattress because I really didn't like the memory foam on top. I ordered a new mattress from another company and asked Mattress Firm to take back the one I had bought from them. The return process went very smoothly. (There is a restocking fee and a pick-up fee, but it was worth it to get a mattress I was comfortable with.) Mike T was extremely nice and worked with me to get everything resolved. I would recommend this store based on the excellent sales staff and great customer service.

Mike from the woodbridge store made mattress buying much easier for my girlfriend and I. Last time I went mattress shopping 8 years ago at a macys the sales person just said to lay on them and find the one I like and walked away. That experience at macys left me a softer mattress that gave me aches and pains. Thankfully this time around I had Mike! He knows his mattress's and took the time to check the support we got when we laid on the bed to make sure our spine looked align. Our bed is phenomenal and the best sleep I had in a long time. No more waking up with aches and pains anymore! If going to the woodbridge store ask for Mike he tells it how it is and find the right fit for you.
