Great Place to buy a Mattress.. My Wife and I were in need of a new mattress and base. We had to bring our 5 children along with us. Fortunately, the staff were nice and accommodating to us and the kids. We were able to try each mattress and the salesperson was never trying to convince us to buy something that didn’t fit our needs. He was patient and very informative. I recommend Mattress Firm!

My great great awesome experience with Jennifer. She is such a kind and honest person and she helps us get the right mattress for us. I can go back with no hesitation and tell anyone to go to her she will make sure everything is under your budget and you will get the right one for you. As she said everyone worry about their health and what they eat and their exercises but no about their sleep. She is absolutely right. Due to my back problems I have to be sleeping in a orthopedic mattress they are quiet expensive but so worth it. I had bought one before and it was the perfect one for me but my partner suffer shoulder pains and my bed was to hard for him so Jennifer made sure that we both find one that are perfect for the both of us. We also have the pillows and omg we so in love with our bed. The pillow, the mattress cover protection and the mattress itself is perfect. Thank you so much Jennifer for your great effort on helping us get the right one.

This is a long overdue review. The service Jennifer provided for us at the Little Falls, (Woodland Park) location was great! Upon arrival she greeted us and welcomed us in. My fiancé and myself are looking into moving in together and told her what we were looking for. Jennifer from the beginning understood all of our concerns. We tried out a few mattresses until we found the perfect one. This roughly took about an hour and a half. As you are laying around she thoroughly explains why she's having you try that specific mattress. It was a surprising enjoyable experience. 🛏 💤. Thank you !

Great experience buying our new mattress. Mohammed was the sales rep who helped us and he took the time to show us the options, tell us the pros/cons of each mattress we were interested in, and there was zero sales tactics or hard sell. He gave us the facts and let us make our decision. He knew the inventory so well that he remembered about an upcoming sale and got us a few hundred off!

My mattress buying experience with Mohammed was an excellent one. He let me try out a few different mattresses all in different firmness and price ranges. Took the time to tell give a little info about each one but still let me decide which one to purchase didn't try to sell me something I didn't want or need also saved me some money on my delivery charge and haul away fee.

We've visited Mattress Firm in Clifton, NJ where the customer service didn't meet our expectations especially after returning the Memory Foam mattress which didn't meet our comfortability needs especially when co-sleeping with our two-year-old. When we visited this location, we were given exceptional customer service the minute we walked in by Mohammed. Not only was his friendly, but he was also understanding of our needs and showed us a variety of mattresses from all different ranges of prices. He even allowed our son to figure out which mattress was best for him. He wasn't pushing any agenda nor was his pushing the best mattress on us no matter the price. He allowed us to be free in our decision and went over every purchase we made in the sale from the mattress to the pillows to the delivery fee. His hospitality is golden, offering us water and being patient with us. It is my pleasure to submit this review of my recent experience with MattressFirm but more specifically the Senior Sales Manager, Mohammed Uddin. As everyone should know, there is a lot of “mumbo jumbo” talk and rhetoric when trying to buy a high quality mattress and comparing prices and benefits of different styles, manufacturers and other retailers. Mohammed was incredibly knowledgeable and straightforward in his approach/sales pitch compared with other retailers I shopped around with; and when it came down to comparing “apples to apples” the quoted price (Mattress, adjustable base, warranty, delivery, was over $300 less than other retailers that I met with. We never felt like we were being pressured. MattressFirm is lucky to have him in their employ and I would recommend and commend HIM without hesitation.

Its all about the superb customer service by Abul at Mattress Firm. Me & my wife stopped in Mattress Firm on Saturday May 18, 2019 to check out the mattress deals. We were welcomed by a very friendly mattress specialist named Abul. We were invited to try the anti-gravity setting on a Beautyrest mattress with the adjustable base. Wow mattresses have come a long way! Abul explained the different settings of the adjustable base combined with mattress comfort relieves pressure points which makes for a good nights sleep. He was very knowledgeable and taught us a few things about mattress comfort. We were there for over 2 hours & tried over 6 different mattresses. He was never pushy & answered all of our questions & concerns. Abul was patient, knowledgeable & knows how to treat the customer. After finally selecting the Beautyrest Legend with the 900 adjustable base, Abul made us an offer we couldn't refuse! The new mattress was delivered on time the next day by professional delivery men & Abul called to follow up. Our first night was very comfortable. Thanks to Abul & Mattress Firm we will enjoy our mattress for many years!

I went with my daughter to look at mattresses for our new home down in Delaware. I was planning to purchase them in Delaware from a local store. Rich helped us find a mattress in my price range and didn’t try to upsell the more expensive mattresses. I ended up loving a hybrid mattress I never would have tried if not for Rich’s guidance and expertise. We left after ordering our new beds. For an extra $500 I got the feature that lifts the head and feet and expect to have trouble keeping people off my bed, lol. there were discounts of 30% off as part of the presidents day sale. Really relaxed atmosphere, no pressure and they deliver to DE with no extra cost.

I was on the market for a new mattress for my elderly mother whos been recovering from surgery, we visited a well known furniture store who happens to also sell mattresses but it took about 20 mins for a sales person to noticed us and he wasnt able to answer all my questions or care to show or invite us to try the different styles on the sales floor. My brother suggested Mattress Firm so he joined us last minute and went to their West Paterson NJ location around 8pm. Upon arrival we were immediately greeted by Rich who asked us key questions about what we were looking for and calmly listened to the information about my mother's sleeping habits and the specific requirements we were looking for my elderly mother condition. Rich gave us insightful info of the different types of comfort, materials and cushioning of the mattresses he had to offer. We spent the next 40mins or so having my mother trying several mattresses who matched her requirements, later rounded down to 2 and finally she picked the one she took home. Overall the service was A+ and Rich was so knowledgeable and didn't hesitate to answer every question we had.

I got the 8” firm memory foam snug mattress. I really like it. It’s not too firm for me . It conforms nicely to your body and it’s easy to change your position. I find it very comfortable. It came in a box, expanded to full size in one day, and the very slight odor went away the first day.

To be totally honest my experience with mattress firm started out not pleasing. I ordered a mattress and it was scheduled to be delivered a couple days later. Needless to say my delivery was cancelled 3 times. This was very upsetting. Set up to speak to a customer service agent. Got a call from a very nice gentleman named Jeremy from Kinnelon Nj. He gave me assurance that I was getting my delivery and kept rescheduling it every time it was cancelled. By the third time Jeremy went above and beyond to work on correcting the problem. He called his supervisor. They together decided instead of waiting for warehouse to ship, they looked at the stock in near by stores. Found my mattress in stock in a store and scheduled for a next day delivery. I am happy to say I got my mattress the next day. Well done guys!! That is putting the customer first!
