First off, I must say thank you to Ahmaad (hopefully I spelled it right). He displays the true definition of genuine customer service. I asked a million questions as I wanted to be sure we got the perfect mattress and he answered all of them honestly. They had great President's Day sales (we compared prices online to other mattress retailers in the area and they were by far the best bang for your buck) and it was delivered the next day and we love it! We opted for a Queen and an adjustable base and it was a great choice. I love that they give a two hour window for delivery unlike other places, and there is a way to track the truck on your receipt so you know closer to when they will be arriving (saved us from taking time off of work to sit around and wait). We also received a call about 20 minutes before letting us know they were in our area. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to upgrade their current mattress. As an important side note during this time, they followed COVID procedures (mask wearing, hand sanitizing, they give you a little cover to put over the test pillows while you try the mattresses out in the store, and the delivery team wore booties and were in and out as quick as possible).

I went to Mattress Firm to purchase a queen bed to replace a bed I had for over 15 years. Brittany Thompson helped me deal with an issue I had with my Mattress Firm purchase. She ironed out problems I had. Despite the unfortunate experience I had with another employee, Brittany was extremely professional and authentic. I recommend trying mattresses several times before purchasing them. Bring a friend to compare what you think. It's a personal decision and pricey. The showroom is stock with mattresses. You will find what you are looking for.

As with many of the previous reviewers, my wife and I cannot more highly recommend the Mattress Firm store across from Blue Star (not the one in Watchung Square) and the salesman, Mike Abudayya. As I suspect many are, we were initially overwhelmed with the sheer number of mattress options... Mattress Firm and all the manufacturers they carry, Sleep Number, Casper, furniture stores like Raymor & Flanagan, Macys, etc. We decided to visit Mattress Firm first. Mike greeted us as soon as we walked in the door. It was a very pleasant greeting with no hint of "sales pressure" that you normally get from salesmen. After looking around a bit (again, by ourselves with no hint of pressure from Mike), we started asking Mike questions. He spent about an hour with us, going over the various types of mattresses (memory foam, coils, hybrids, etc.). With his help, we found a great mattress. But we told Mike we also wanted to look around at other stores. Rather than try some "high pressure" sales tactic, Mike wrote down our quote and told us to come back if we were still interested after shopping around. After trying other stores, we ended up back at Mattress Firm the next week. Mike remembered us and not only honored the original quote, but also gave us a better deal (ask for free delivery and removal of your old mattress!). Not only that, he gave us a "can't be beat" deal on an adjustable foundation (which my wife really wanted, but I was hesitant to spend that much). However, the deal Mike gave us was simply outstanding. (Read: about half the cost that other stores, like Sleep Number, sell adjustable foundations). Delivery was speedy (the very next day). The delivery team was very cordial. They removed our old mattress and box springs and then set up the new foundation and mattress. We couldn't be happier with the entire process. Cheers to Mattress Firm. And a very big "thank you" to Mike!!!!

Ahmad was our sales rep. and he was extremely helpful in selecting the right mattress for our needs. He really cares about what he does and is sincere in wanting clients to feel good and have good back support which we really appreciated. Highly recommend this store and Ahmad. I was a little overwhelmed in the process of getting a good quality mattress since the last time we had to do this was over 15 years ago, but he really helped walk me through the new technologies and what to look for.
