Salesman Scott was a young man early 20"s. He had an encyclopedic knowledge of mattresses. There were no high pressure tactics used. I tried a few mattresses and chose the one I liked. There was even free delivery and removal of old mattress. I recommend Mattress Form and Scott in particular. Overall it was a pleasant stress-free experience.

I entered and was immediately greeted by a gentleman named “Mike”(Michael) of whom I found to be quite positive in a Real & no fake way. Normally, I am very guarded in dealing with sales persons. I didn’t feel this way right after a few words. No pressuring…no..I’m not making much outta this-type of attitude. Just a warm person. So I told him what I needed, and he listened to my long winded diatribe….and solved my bedding issue all in about 11 minutes! This gentleman’s name is “Fadi”, and he was just as professional, kind, cheerful, & no nonsense. Saved me $100 on a mattress cover, and gave me a sheet set. Great experience start to finish. My husband and I went to Mattress Firm in Verona to look at Tempur-Pedic mattresses. Muhammad gave us detailed information on all the different choices in the store and even had us sample the adjustable bases (which we fell in love with.) He was friendly and knowledgeable and we felt comfortable and confident once we made our choice that we were purchasing the right mattress. He even gave us a discount on the 10 yr warranty which we appreciated. We also had just come from dinner (pizza) and were a bit thirsty, he pulled out 3 bottles of cold water for us while doing the paperwork! Highly recommend this store and Muhammad for service. Deliver was swift and courteous just a day and a half later.

I have been shopping around for a mattress and had my heart set on one at Macy’s. While I was driving to Macy’s to purchase it. I immediately called mattress firm. On May 29,2021 my full size box spring was delivered ,an exchange for the Queen size. I'm late with this review. Sorry. I brought a mattress from this location in February 2019. I needed a new because I was moving in to a new place that weekend. My intention was to tie the mattress to my car. For context, I have a 2016 Chevy Sonic, but the sales guy, I believe his name was Muhammad I apologize if it isn't. I forgot. He insisted that I not take it on my own to my car as I was moving 45 minutes away and be only able to drive locally with a mattress tied to my vehicle. He offered to discount the delivery fee for me to ensure I had a better buying experience. I really appreciate it because great customer service is rare nowadays and all he asked is that I give a honest review of my experience and here I am doing it. This was a great experience" great stores, the sells guy was very knowledgeable and gracious and I recommend greatly buying from this location again.

Michael Luyster spent so much time helping us to figure out what type of mattress, pillow and type of adjustable base would help us to sleep better and help our aching backs and shoulders to feel better. He is so knowledgable and helped us to decide on what we needed after previously being confused about the pros and cons of different features. Needing a new bed for our new apartment, my partner and I visited Mattress Firm. The friendly staff (Mohammed and Mike) helped us figure out which mattress would best suit us. Our top choice (Tulo) was out of stock in Verona. Mike quickly reached out to nearby stores and found one available! We had to leave immediately to collect it within store hours, so Mike continued working to find us a mattress protector even after we left. He gave us a call on the road to confirm we can pick up the protector the next day. Please give these guys a raise, they're amazingly service oriented and gave us a solid night of sleep after moving. I purchased a mattress and had it delivered the Saturday in March right before the COVID-19 shutdown. The entire experience was great, from purchase to delivery. Unfortunately, the mattress was just too firm for me. I called today, literally the 120th day from delivery, to see how to exchange. I went into the store and Randy Ocasio took care of me right away. He showed me a few different mattresses based off what I previously purchased that would be softer, and I fell in love with one that was a bit above my price point. Randy then showed me one that was the same price as the mattress I’m exchanging, but he could tell that I didn’t love it the way I did the very FIRST one he showed me). Well. Randy worked his magic and was able to somehow get me a deal that gave me the mattress I loved at the same price point for the one I was exchanging. He was even able to waive the re-stock fee! Unlike the sales staff at Macys he is extremely knowledgeable and really wants to help you pick out the best mattress for you to have your best sleep. He provided a general overview to determine the desired preference in mattress (soft, medium or firm) before providing a detailed test of a range of mattress options by features and price. He did not steer nor pressure us to select one option over the other. Neither did he pressure us to purchase non-mattress related items, although we elected to because of the quality of the product (adjustable bed frame and mattress encapsule cover, along with other items. He provided discounts where he could and at the end, we had the mattresses we desired without breaking the bank too much. It was a fair give and take price wise, but most of all it was a well rounded experience from the time we opened the door and was greeted by him until our departure.

My girlfriend and I have moved in together and let just say our bodies are very different which means my old mattress which by the way was only a year and a half old from Bob's furniture was not working for her back and shoulders.
