Shopping for a bed, which I view as enjoyable as a trip to the dentist, turned out to be a bedtime story with a happy ending. My salesperson, Ronnie Williams, was professional, knowledgeable and energetic. He was also very low-key, which I appreciated as it seems like bed salespeople can take a pressured approach similar to a car salesman. I understand that in sales, one is always closing. But, when a person is lying about on various mattresses in a very ungainly manner, one does not want to be pressured. Ronnie gets it. Post sale, he continued to deliver great customer service and make sure that the headboard brackets I ordered were properly delivered. He knew a lot about beds, and he also knew a lot about older women and how they make a shopping decision. I purchased a Beautyrest Hybrid and it's early days, but I am loving the ability to raise and lower the top and bottom of the bed. So far, so good!

What a great experience! I came in to find a mattress today, dreading the experience of having to find one in the first place. Ronnie met me with a smile and a great personality putting me at ease from the beginning and not like a sleazy sales person but you could tell it was coming from a genuine place. He shared such grand knowledge on the technology behind different mattresses and the health benefits behind choosing the right one. I didn’t feel pressure to buy ANYTHING and I truly appreciated that Ronnie created that type of atmosphere for me. Needless to say my dreaded search is over! One and done! Great experience! We purchased a new King bed to replace the one we purchased 33 years ago. Not our first bed; we married young and decided to upgrade from a Queen after 12 years of marriage. Our associate, Ronnie W, was knowledgeable, thoughtful, and showed us a range of beds so that we could figure out what was best for us. Our previous King cost $1100. Our new one, with various discounts came to a bit over $2000, certainly less than the rate of inflation since 1989.

I bought two Mattresses in two days. The Salesman Fadi Katat was Amazing! I bought one for my mom and he was so kind to her. Did not try to up sell her. She left very happy. I came back with my husband the next day to specifically work with Fadi. We can in thinking we wanted one thing and he helped up to find exactly what we needed and it was slightly less expensive. We had a great experience at this Mattress Firm with customer service rep, Kem. We needed three different mattresses and he was incredibly patient and helpful. One we wanted to be a little higher end for our everyday use, but the other two we really needed to be cheap and he led us in the right direction for all of them. Wasn't pushy at all and understood that we really didn't need anything fancy for the one that would get used twice a year. Delivery was on-time and very efficient. I would definitely go back to this location and highly recommend!

Bought a king mattress at the vauxhaul location. Fadi was my salesperson. He was very knowledgeable about the various mattress types and price points and explained everything patiently. He left me alone to try the mattresses without any pressure to buy at all. Buying a new mattress is an annoying a tedious process but Nick was able to match me with the right one in less than an hours time. 10/10 Would recommend him. Nick is a fantastic sales rep and did not pressure me or tried to upsell me with a mattress. He matched me with quite a few mattresses while respecting my budget and even presented options that were below my budget to find the best match, instead of just the highest price available. I got my new mattress delivered in 2 days and so far I am enjoying sleeping on it. Next time I need a mattress, I will shop here again.
