I’m not sure what mattress firm my bed came from but I have a queen size bed and it was delivered with care by Louis and Oscar! They had to send my box spring back because it didn’t fit and the next day two more delivery guys came and they were awesome as well. No complaints. They set my bed up fast and was on their way! I rated this store a 5 stars solely on the help of him. He was knowledgeable in all of the mattress and made sure to help my husband and I get the best deal ever. I typically buy everything online but decided to give in store a chance because not all online reviews are created equal. We were able to explain the mattress we had in mind, the comfort level we were looking for, and to test out different options that fit our budget. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new bed!!!!!

The best experience I have ever had. Nick was very knowledgeable and gave me plenty of options to choose from. He was very helpful, honest, funny and had such a great energy. He worked with my budget and I never felt pressure to buy a specific one. He really cared about me getting the right mattress for my own needs (posture and anemia problems affecting my sleep). The deals are amazing and got 2 free items and if it’s free it’s for ME. I’m really excited for my new bed. It was worth the in-person trip than trying to guess online. I highly recommend on investing on a really good mattress, we do spend 1/3 of our lives sleeping.

The customer service is very good, the delivery was super fast, and the staff is helpful. They took my old mattress and helped take apart my old frame (the latter they aren’t required to do). Some of the products are expensive for what they are and they can be found cheaper online. That is more to do with the company than customer service. My box spring with a tear. There isn’t customer service number besides the store itself and a chat. My last mattress from Amazon had a class action lawsuit for fiberglass issues so I needed a new mattress. They finance which is helpful, you won’t have to pay upfront or owe interest. Update: Very comfortable after first night. Update Update: The customer service exceeds expectations. If you have any issue they will go out of their way to solve it. I emailed about the tear, and they reached out to me to schedule an exchange. With the 120-day guarantee and warranty I think is a good deal. I was pretty skeptical to be honest, because I hate spending money but after second night the bed is comfortable and it seems they will resolve any issue you have. This is my first review EVER. Last month Jaeson Brooks helped my husband and I, find our mattresses for our guest room and son's bedroom. He informed us on current deals/promotions along with being super patient, kind, and was very personable. I read so many amazing reviews about this Mattress Firm and about Arturo the sales associate, that I felt like I was going to visit a celebrity when I went in! I may be giving him and the store 5 stars, but Arturo was the one who gave me and my husband 5 star treatment. This guy is a gem. Super knowledgeable about every mattress in the store, super warm and welcoming, and a great help. Talk about a wonderful experience. He really just wanted to get me the best mattress for me. He didn’t mind that I had a budget and was super patient with my husband and I. (I think I tried half the mattresses in the store!) He also was able to help another couple While he was helping us, not letting either of us feel neglected or like we were just waiting around. I’m currently laying in my Amazing mattress that we got as a floor model for their New Year Sale and I have piece of mind with the 3 year warranty he got us. I could Not be happier!!!! I cannot say enough good things about this guy Nnabuihe Chimezie. He made the mattress-buying experience wonderful for us. He did not make us feel rushed or uncomfortable in any way. We showed up late around 8:30pm - half an hour before they close. We kept saying as 9 approached that we wanted to get out of there and let him go home because we wanted to take a night to decide on the purchase anyway. Nope - he would not let us leave. He stayed with us until 9:30pm fully understanding that we wouldn't be buying that evening just to make sure we would get to feel and learn in detail about each mattress so we could go home with the knowledge needed to make a decision. He was so friendly throughout that hour. A master in the art of conversation. My Fiance and I had fun talking to him. He never had us feeling pressured - he spoke to both of us equally and had both of us feeling comfortable sharing our thoughts. He gave us space to talk also. He talked about himself while also asking us questions about ourselves without getting into too much detail on either side. There are lots of negative things you can say about some salesmen and women from how they speak to how they make you feel - not this guy. It felt genuine from beginning to end. I might pop in some time just to say hi. We cannot recommend that you ask for him enough. Thank you, Nnabuihe! 10 days in I can say it was a flawless delivery from Mattress Firm & the bed is awesome. Living like royalty and do not regret the purchase for a second.

I went to Mattress Firm in Jersey City and the salesman there, Jaeson, was awesome and gave me a great mattress for a great deal! Not only that, I went in there thinking I was going to get a twin or a full, but got one of the Queen beds for a twin price (their sale). Then, for the base, he had me lay down and demo their 300 X base, which elevates your feet and your neck and head. I upgraded to that and he discounted the price from the old base to the new one! He also hooked it up with half off all the extra stuff (pillows, sheets, cover, etc.) and setup for two day delivery! It doesn’t get any better than that for a guy furnishing his new apartment. Shoutout to Jaeson, from one sales guy to another, we couldn’t have asked for better service and customer experience. Thank you!

I was greeted immediately by Calvin and he made me feel welcome and at ease quickly. He asked good questions and listened to the answers. Any time a representative of any company follows up I give nothing but praise because I know the service is going to be great. My husband and I purchased this mattress in Jersey City a few days ago and the Asst. Storeroom Manager Calvin was A1. He was helping another customer and ended up staying an extra hour and a half to help us find the perfect mattress. We tested out a different mattress for almost an hour and a half and ultimately decided to get the BR Aubrie mattress. We caught the manager special which was a great deal. Calvin made sure to follow up to make sure my order was correct which I really appreciated. He deserves a promotion for his great customer service skills and thorough knowledge of company products.
