My experience at The Mattress Firm in Clark, NJ was very pleasant. The service was very knowledgeable and explained things in detail. Although if you’re planning on going I would recommend doing your own research and asking lots of questions. Delivery details, warranty details etc. Other than that I would highly recommend going there for your next bed/mattress etc.

My partner and I came in on Black Friday to try out a new mattress because we’ve been miserable with one we purchased off Amazon. We met with Jameel and we were very satisfied with the customer service he provided to us. He paired us with a great mattress and we were only in the store for about 20-25 minutes and scheduled the delivery for our mattress in a few days and we couldn’t be more excited to get our mattress. Highly recommend this store!

My husband and I walked into this store today not knowing what we were even looking for in a mattress. Knowing our current mattress is 'fine' and being unable to really pinpoint what we were looking to change, Jameel pointed us in the exact direction we needed. He chatted with us about what our current concerns were and about our sleep patterns/positions/etc. After a quick survey, and trying 3 different mattresses we found the perfect one. Jameel was very friendly and definitely an expert in his field. He answered all.of our questions without hesitation or without having to reference material or website information. UPDATE: The great experience last time brought me back again without a thought. Jameel was so helpful and nice. The whole process was easy and pretty painless with the interest free financing. This is our 3rd purchase and hope one day the bed will finally be for us instead of the kids! Alan was so helpful! I needed a twin mattress to take with me today. After another awful night of sleep on my 10 year old mattress, I knew the time has come for a new one. Upon my arrival my wife and I were kindly greeted by the salesman, Donald. We explained everything we were looking for in a new bed and he was able to round up a handful of mattresses for us to try. Needed a new mattress and frame as I converted an old office into a bedroom. I first looked at Mattress Firm's website and it seemed they had a lot more than just mattress. But when I visited the shop, they really only had mattresses. There were no headboards, frames or so on. (This fact prevents me from giving it 5 stars) But Ron was excellent and helpful. He helped me choose the best mattress for me and saved me money with setting it up by being honest about how easy it would be. If you need a new mattress, go here.

I was on a Trial period with a box store mattress that was way too firm. A friend recommended a pillow top Simmon Beauty Rest he bought at Mattress Firm. I stopped in the Clark location and met Raul. He was a helpful and a great guy. He politely showed us the options for what we were looking for at all price ranges. We ended up purchasing a wonderful Simmons BR Resonance. After the birth of my son, my husband and I decided we needed a a new bed for his older sibling asap! With no real time to research, my husband just walked into mattress firm and bought a suggested mattress. After a few weeks We decided that this mattress just wasn't for us, but with our new life with newborn and toddler - the weeks turned into months , and all of a sudden, we were past our trial period. Upon walking into the store, I told Robert of our situation, and he agreed to try and find a solution. I had limited options at this point. I really did not care for any of the given choices - and actually left somewhat frustrated- even though Robert was as kind as he could be. I called a few hours later , and it seemed that Robert had been doing some digging of his own to really try and make us happy customers.... I am happy to report, that we found a solution and I am indeed a happy customer! We will certainly be back to service our family's needs in the future. It speaks volumes, when someone goes above and beyond their jobs responsibilities to help somebody. I highly recommend this store, and am so appreciative- Thank you again Robert!
