The sales woman Cynthia was amazing!! She immediately greeted me upon walking in she had a very friendly attitude that made you feel right at home. Cynthia was very knowledgeable and informative and answered all my questions. She also let me try out the beds and I would have to say I will never buy another mattress again! Other than tempur pedicure mattresses… the store is very clean and the staff is amazing, the manger was also very helpful and made me feel very comfortable in his store. I would highly recommend this brand and this store, they went out there way for me, and I’m sure they would do the same for you.

My husband and I had a fantastic experience at the Flagship Store thanks to Mary who helped us pick out our new mattress! We are very excited and can't wait till it arrives. Mary was very kind, and helpful in walking us through the different mattress options. She also offered us a fantastic deal that was better than anything we were able to find at other stores or online. Shawn is a godsend! I bought 2 pillows in 3 minutes, and I am coming back next week for a mattress he recommended! I came in because I have been having bad upper neck and back pain, and I was in need of a new pillow. Shawn handled my situation with the utmost of care and consideration. He was so dedicated to finding me a pillow that would help relive my back pain. His intelligence on the issue has superseded that of the many doctors I have seen for recommendations on sleep positions, pillows, and mattresses. It was so hard to decide between the options Shawn gave me to test out, since I could feel an instant relief in each one of them. The pillows were much heavier in their boxes then they look. Shawn insisted to carry them for me out the door, and to my car down the block, saving me an immense amount of pain. I am very grateful that Shawn was there to help me today, and I will definitely be using his to card to let him know when I want that miracle mattress he recommended!

What an amazing experience from start to finish. Shawn was our guide throughout the purchase process and smilingly endured a couple of my wife's jokes about my supposed snoring. He showed us several of the showroom beds and helped us narrow down our choices to the final winner. Phil was also a tremendous help and both men exhibited the highest levels of professionalism and patience!

Stop. Go no further, if you want a Tempur-Pedic!!! Staffed by a little family of the most welcoming and pleasant sales staff, Linda, Amir, Phil and Mary were the best hosts this afternoon. I called in the morning to make an afternoon appointment, and Linda graciously took care of me. Her knowledge of the Tempur-Pedic line of products is IMPRESSIVE! During our initial chat, Linda was able to understand all she needed to with regard to my needs and lifestyle. She explained the virtues of each mattress I tried, answering all my questions along the way. In addition, Linda explained the company's 90 day mattress trial program, and introduced me to a variety of sheets, pillows and mattress protection for me to consider. This is not a "high pressure" store - Linda knows I am considering another premiere mattress brand. Amazing and warming location, found myself making a decision to purchase on the spot given how comfortable the beds were. Shawn was a big help here, he was able to answer all 100 questions I had. Very happy they have a physical location where you can check out the beds in person.
