Today we had a task to buy a mattress. After walking into mattress firm we had Mark come up and greet us right away. He made the process of buying a new mattress very fun and enjoyable for both me and my husband! We were able to try out many different types of mattresses that helped us understand exactly what we needed. The process was very enjoyable. We are grateful that mark was knowledgeable and able to help us decide what we needed, both budget and comfort wise. We walked away with a great new mattress! Excellent Service I needed to buy a mattress immediately and Josh was able to help me with my questions about the product and ensure that I would receive it in two days. The transaction was over the phone as the item isn't available in the store for testing but I was assured that if I wasn't satisfied it could be returned and the 10% restocking fee voided. He took the time to understand what we needed and educate us on our options. We checked our various models and finally decided on one in store that we could actually test out rather than one online. Walter was very patient, genuinely nice and very informative. Associate Robert Sanchez assisted us and provided extremely clear and informative details on the mattresses available. So as I'm lying there in the bed recommended for our back pain, legs raised high enjoying the calming vibrations of the bed, he said exactly what I needed to hear in the most precise, clean explanation and I looked at my wife and she gave me the look "buy this now if you want me to be happy" and of course, Happy wife Happy life right? I've gone to this Sleepy's location twice and have had excellent experiences both times. While I did have an issue with the delivery of my bed frame for my first time there they were extremely apologetic and did everything they could to rectify the situation as quickly as possible even though it was the delivery companies fault, not theirs. My most recent visit I was helped by manager Noemi. She was so nice and knowledgable and genuine and she did everything she could to make sure I had the right mattress at the most affordable price. I never felt like she was pressuring me into getting a more expensive mattress or anything more than what I needed. She really helped me out. I haven't received the mattress yet as of this review but I'm sure everything will go smoothly.

They spent much time making sure I made the right matress selection and made sure I was also comfortable with the price. He patiently showed me the options he had to offer and with each matress he let me try it out and offered me knowledge behind each of one, the build and materials. He offered to first take it home try out For a few nights and if it wasn’t for me I could come back and exchange the matress and pay the difference and delivery fee. I was sold right away.
