My husband and I walked in looking for a new a mattress at random and what a great experience! The person who helped us was Linda and they were so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable about the products and what we were looking for. We ended up leaving with a new mattress, adjustable frame, and new pillows. Linda made the whole experience so seamless, and set up next day delivery. The delivery team even takes your old mattress away, so even better! Highly recommend this location and Linda!

After trying several mattress-in-a-box options that didn't meet our needs, my wife and I decided we needed to seek guidance from someone with more intimate mattress knowledge. We visited the Ridgewood location and were lucky enough to spend time with Joe. He asked us some questions about sleeping styles and helped us find just the right mattress. He was incredibly patient and helpful in guiding us through several options of varying firmness, temperature control, etc. Once we set up a delivery date, we received several confirmation emails and texts to keep us abreast of the delivery window; everything was delivered and set up without a hitch. We're so glad we visited the store and would highly recommend Joe and the Mattress Firm Ridgewood team!

Linda was amazing, she tended to all my sleep need’s especially to the problem of me getting hot on my current mattress and that being my next purchase after my frame today. I was extremely pleased and surprised about the extensive knowledge she had on the mattresses and bed frames available within my price range and was found the perfect one very promptly. BIG FIVE STAR ESTABLISHMENT THANKS TO RALPH! Ralph was able to assist me in getting a new Queen mattress back in July. When I needed it exchanged for a Full in October, with varying delivery times and methods in discussion, Ralph made it happen for no cost besides delivery fee. If you are in need of a bed please check out Mattress Firm in Ridgewood. My close friend recommended me to this location after getting her mattress and bed frame here. I was greeted by Ralph who was knowledgeable and friendly. He listened to my concerns about my boyfriends and I back pain. He recommended the Curve mattress. He told me about the benefits and I got to test it out. I immediately felt comfortable. My boyfriend and I moved in to my new apartment and have been sleeping on the new mattress and frame for 5 days now. I met such a knowledgeable store agent by the name of Ralph and he took the time to educate me on the process of picking a mattress. Ralph was patient and kind enough to answer all of my questions and even Swapped 2 large heavy mattresses just so that I could feel is a particular mattress on a particular frame (I know, I was probably the nightmare customer lol). I ended up purchasing the most comfortable mattress there with an amazing frame that lifts up your neck and your legs! All this time I had not been sleeping properly because I did not have the proper mattress. ( I moved and had been sleeping on a cushion 😫). Ralph at Mattress Firm in Ridgewood is a gem -- a true sleep expert with a lot of enthusiasm. I spoke to him about my back issues and he knew so much about this, and how it relates to the mattress you choose, and how you sleep. A Sealy hybrid firm was my final choice, which just felt right. This is the third mattress I've bought from Mattress Firm (formerly Sleepy's) over 30 years and I love it! The company has a special service tradition, you'll know it when you buy a mattress with them. Wherever you are, in and around NYC, I would recommend the trip to Ridgewood. On Mattress Firm's timing: my mattress arrived right on time and was expertly installed at my new apartment just 3 days after my purchase.

I was greeted very nicely while walking in the store. A few seconds in, Edger came to help me choose the right me and my wife. I tried 5-7 different mattresses before settling on the right one, Edger didn't complain but was helpful and quick to guide me to different choices based on what I liked. While laying in one of the bead talking on the phone, an employee came over and turned on the massager for me and that was just ever so nice. Again, they were very helpful with the payment options and explained their policy I'd I ever want to exchange or return the mattress. Overall, I'm happy that I came here and I would give it more stars if I could.

I never write reviews or take surveys but I had to do this. I needed a new bed due to a chronic back injury. Mr. Edgar of Matress Firm on Myrtle Ave in Ridgewood helped me. He was knowledgeable, courteous, respectful and friendly. He explained all my options and guided me to the best mattress and adjustable stand suited for me based on my sleeping habits and health needs. Furthermore, he gave me a better deal than what was advertised and reduced the price of 2 orthopedic pillows by 50% and threw in a free mattress cover. He was also very efficient in terms of time spent. He eliminated beds that would not suit me and rung me up very expeditiously...and my mew bed will be delivered within 48 hours!!! It was one of the best shopping experiences I ever had. My friend was with me.and she will be returning for an adjustable base with massager and phone charger like the one I purchased at a discounted price. I highly recommend Mattress Firm and thank Mr. Edgar for going above and beyond what I expected from Mattress shopping.

My partner and I went here yesterday to exchange a mattress we had bought at a different location. We were helped by Jackie and Ralph. The first mattress we bought was not good for us it was way too soft. I’m small and my partner is much larger than me. He sleeps on his side and I sleep on my stomach, and we both toss and turn. Jackie went through the pros and cons of every mattress with us and help us pick the perfect one for us (tempur-pedic brand). They also helped us with picking a great payment plan that is affordable for us. Jackie and Ralph were both so helpful even with a full store on Black Friday. They both gave great attention to all their customers and made our experience easy and enjoyable. 10/10 would recommend this location and definitely ask for Jackie and Ralph!

I went to this Mattress Firm after having a terrible experience with Nectar bed in a box. Peter, the salesman, was so nice and able to identify the perfect mattress for me (reasonably priced) very efficiently. My mattress was delivered as scheduled and the delivery guy even brought it up the stairs for me, even though I didn't pay for delivery. If you are thinking about buying a mattress online, don't. Mattress Firm will take much better care of you for a lesser price and much more efficient service. I highly recommend!

The best sales experience I’ve ever had. The assistants made you feel welcomed and treat you like family. I wouldn’t Call them sales persons because they aren’t trying to sell you. They literally assist you with all your sleeping needs. They are attentive and very knowledgeable about the types mattresses that fit your sleep habits. I met with 2 associates (once to purchase my mattress and another to get for my kids), Peter and (sorry i forgot his name) the guy who knows everything about Purple (lol) they were both great. Super friendly people and they didn’t try to sell you. The mattress for my kids was out of stock so I left (with the intention of coming back another time when they have them) and they didn’t try to sell me something different. Usually a person will not let you walk out the store until you buy something. Not these guys. If it doesn’t suit you they won’t push it. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a mattress and I highly recommend anyone going to the Mattress Firm on Myrtle Ave. They will not let you down!

It was a smooth and satisfying transition. I went inside Mattress Firm to pick up two matresses for my sons. The manager was very nice and knowledgeable at the Myrtle Avenue, Queens location. He explained to me how when we sleep whether on our back, or on our side or on our stomach, we need either firm, or semi firm, or a soft mattress. I took his advice and I am loving it. Thank Heavens for people who are experienced and who know about mattresses. Buying a mattress is a long term investment and you cannot just pick out any one of them. You have to go with how it feels to you at the present moment. Because at the end of the day you're the one that will have to sleep on it. I will recommend Mattress Firm to everyone. Went early today to look for a nice mattress, new to the neighborhood when I stumble here. That's when Peter came along and was great and help more ways then possibly... First of all, there is no sales man here, just real people like me and you.. Peter did not try to sell me the most expensive but the best quality for me.. I end up choosing the purple mattress only because I wanted it from the start... not once Peter try to over step his bounds, and when I did ask about the purple mattress, he gave me the best information about and all my needs to know that was the bed for the next 5-10 years... Update: My adjustable base didn’t fit up my stairs so I had to cancel that with no problems. Went back a month later to see Peter who actually remembered me! Not only is this one of the best matresses we have ever slept on, but also the care and attention of Marisol and Ariel are of sterling quality. The first matresses we bought we’re too big and they replaced them without hesitation. When we discovered weeks later a manufacturing defect in the boxspring, they replaced that immediately as well. Each time we went in Marisol was supportive, polite, and understanding and made sure that we were happy with our purchase. And Ariel made sure for us that the deliveries we’re on time and eased our concerns. We are so grateful for the MatressFirm team’s patience and professionalism. Update 8/21/17 The bed started a dangling keys noise. My husband was furious and of course i was too. There is NO REFUND NOR EXCHANGE FOR THE BED FRAME SO WATCH OUT. My husband was really upset he went to complaint they gave him a number to call when you call they transfer you to someone else. The frame is one number and the mattress another. We called they said its $40 to send someone ONLY TO CHECK THE PROBLEM. That is the most stupidest thing ive ever heard.Either way my husband went to the store to complain. They changed it came to pick up and leave the new one the next day.So far its been a couple of weeks. Lets see but very upset $2000 its been what 4months we only sleep on it no crazy stuff nor we have kids for them to be jumping on the bed so i dont understand how a $2000 bed starts messed up. The mattress is beyond great though!!! I absolutely love it! Karen provided exceptional service!! Would recommend to everyone! Come get your mattress from them and sleep good!!
