He helped guide us through the process of selecting a mattress that suited both my partner and my sleep preferences, the right frame and box spring, and helped us out by extending an upcoming sale a few days early! When we had to exchange our boxspring after it wouldn't fit in our NYC stairwell, he was once again very knowledgeable and helpful and made the entire process a dream (no pun intended). Would recommend, five stars.

I was very satisfied with the quality of service that I receive from your sleep expert Alejandro at Mattress Firm in Park Slope, Brooklyn. Originally, I was there to buy 2 King size pillows and he clearly and convincingly described to me the differences in the quality of each pillow and the savings that I had during this sale period. I visited the Mattress Firm in Park Slope yesterday in search of an adjustable base. I recently purchased a Helix mattress and wanted a base to match however, theirs is out of stock. When me and my mom walked in, we were instantly greeted by the store manager Alex. He was very friendly and made sure to show us all the bases in the store. The one I wanted was kind of out of our price range so me and my mom decided we would take some time to make a decision and possibly wait for the Helix base to be back in stock. Alex didn’t let us leave without getting what we wanted. He was able to price match and also found headboard brackets that I needed for my frame. I appreciate all of his help because we would have left and have to order all of the pieces from Helix and the manufacturer separately. I also got a good price on setup and free delivery so I'm beyond happy.

I came in a few months ago, mainly due to the positive reviews, and, after a great experience with the staff, I purchased a very nice mattress with a 120 day return period. As luck would have it, after a few months I decided it wasn't quite what I wanted. I called back to initiate a return -- worrying I might have to spend hours on the phone to get the return. It wasn't like that at all. To my delight, the salesman I worked with was very kind, took the time to understand why I was returning it, and helped me to setup the return and pickup within minutes. No pressure. No surprise fees. We even exchanged a few laughs. I came here due to the positive reviews and I'm glad I did. Thank you to the staff for the great experience!!!

I was dreading going to a mattress store to buy a new bed. In general I don’t like dealing with salespeople, and prefer to do my shopping online, but I wasn’t about to buy a mattress without trying it first. We ended up being helped by Luis, though, and the process was as easy and stress-free as I could imagine. He asked what we were looking for and what our budget was at the beginning, and never pressured us to try anything out of our budget range, and was very familiar with their selection and what offers were available from the manufacturers. We ended up getting a better bed than we expected for less than our budget. We probably won’t need a new bed for many years now, but if I were in the market for another one I wouldn’t hesitate to return and talk to Luis.

We went in there thinking we wanted a firm bed, but after all the knowledge we received from Mario we actually switched to a medium comfort level that was more on the firm side and it is the best decision ever. Really took the time to understand what we needed and were looking for (I have a herniated and bulging disk and lower back pain so the right mattress was essential), and made sure he was selling us something that both my husband and I would love. My girlfriend and I visited this Mattress Firm location to see about their President's Day Weekend sale. Our sales associate, Reggie, was warm and professional. He was knowledgeable about the products, and patient with us as we moved from mattress to mattress, trying our best to determine what fit our needs and budget. After a lot of thought (and mattresses laid-upon), we decided to not buy anything that day. To our relief, Reggie was not pushy at all - he was happy to have been helpful. We bought two beds at this store recently, a king (new) and a queen (floor model). Luis was very helpful and flexible throughout the entire process. We made several changes to our original order, and we had to push delivery due to the elevator being OOO. All that was not a problem for Luis. Delivery and installation went very smooth. And we are happy with the quality of the beds and the price we paid for them. Would recommend!

I am a returning customer, having bought a Tempur Pedic bed (plus beautiful bed frame and TP pillows - all of which are still in great condition) from this company approximately 13 years ago. This time around I bought a new TEMPUR-PROADAPT MEDIUM HYBRID Mattress from the Park Slope store along with an adjustable base, and the LUXURY COOLING QUEEN BUNDLE W/QUEEN PILLOWS. Jerome (the manager) took time to help me narrow down the mattress that would work best for me - as there were so many to choose from. I had to make a couple of visits to the store. He was very patient, and during the selection process, responded to my emails promptly. The mattress and adjustable base that I bought are great!...and I recommend both of those. I do NOT however, recommend the Luxury Cooling Bundle - the bed sheets are nice enough, although the gel in the pillows still smells awful after two weeks of use, and the pillows are pretty uncomfortable. In my opinion, the cooling bundle is not value for money. I recommend visiting the store and speaking to Jerome, if you plan to purchase a mattress!

I went to the 5th Avenue store this past Saturday hoping to find a Full size mattress for my 17 year old son who was ready to upgrade from his twin bed. Mohammed was our salesperson. He was courteous, knowledgeable and patient. I had 2 teenage boys with me who would have rather been anywhere else on a Saturday night. Mohammed was extremely professional and did not rush us and gave us all the time we needed as well as some great guidance. We left the store without making the purchase, hoping to read some reviews online on the specific model we were considering. We took this opportunity to check out PC Richards' mattress store on Atlantic (don't bother, poor selection and less than stellar customer service). This allowed us to better appreciate the value of the more personalized experience we had received at Mattress Firm/5th Ave location. A mattress can be pricey and not a purchase you want to rush. We went back to Mohammed, tried a few more mattresses for firmness etc... and ordered a great Full size XL Beauty Rest (my son is 6 feet tall) which was delivered to our home the very next day. I highly recommend Mohammed of Mattress Firm Park Slope!!!
