My experience in the Greenwich CT Mattress Firm was terrific thanks to our salesperson, Joe. I recommend him without reservation. He was an absolute pleasure. A true gentleman. He answered every question I had and gave valuable and candid advice. He was very friendly and patient. He sells sleep, not mattresses. I am very pleased with my purchases. I had the most easiest shopping experience there at the Putnam Ave store. Joseph was excellent. Not pushy, nor annoying, but courteous and super helpful. I would personally like to thank Rome our salesperson. We had gone to ,two other bed stores for a Tempur pedic. Which was a disaster. Rome wasn't pushy and answered every one of my wife's questions on different types of beds. Four days later we had it delivered and set up. Old one was taking away with them Thank you

Is it possible to rush, arrive and buy a mattress that I’m told by others will change my life within 1/2 hr? When my past - and normal - experience is to spend hours? Yes. But from others, “that’s impossible.” I had to. Moved back from CA in a hurry. Then in hospital???? Staying in Hyatt for almost a month? Closed on EMPTY house. Bed. Bed. Bed. Mattress Firm is the best and only place. And, yes, 1/2 hr. is possible. With the best advisors who you trust. Mattress Phone’s Erfan on the phone was encouraging, but I was cutting the purchase time for next day delivery very very close. He was worried. It got done. Triumphantly. I took an extra twenty minutes and made it the 2nd day delivery. Alexandra was simply tremendous. Trust in someone makes things easier. Her Comprehensive knowledge of every aspect of every mattress. I bought a very expensive mattress. I could have spent considerably more. But she said this was the best for me. Taking into account my joints, medical conditions, sleeping positions? I will be sleeping on heaven. It was obvious why. It’s just healthy and comfortable and could easily last for 15 years. We shopped pillows and nailed it. I’d better stop. This is the best store. She is the best associate at any store. Alexandra. Buy your mattress here. I met John before I left. A gentleman. I would trust him equally. Funny. My mattress and pillow combination. We’re his. Stopped in at the end of my day around 5 PM dreading having to purchase two mattresses for my new home. Alexandra the manager greeted me with a big smile and welcomed me right away. She was able to look up a mattress I bought a year and a half ago because I told her it was very popular in my guestroom I wanted two more that were similar. Her knowledge of the product and her efficiency made it a very pleasurable quick experience. She really knows her stuff, and was interesting to talk to. I actually never thought I would say this but I had a really good time purchasing two mattresses LOL sounds weird but it’s true. We need more people like her in customer service because I walked in with a negative expectation and walked out with a smile on my face haven’t had a wonderfully positive experience thanks again PS she also pointed out something that was on a huge sale that I was not aware of

He was very thorough in explaining the types of mattresses, frames, and covers. He was very helpful to me in deciding what to purchase. My husband and I visited Mattress Firm yesterday to purchase a bed for a house we own in Georgia. For various reasons having to do with the Savannah store being a franchise (not a corporate store) the salesman, Joe, explained that he would not be able to sell us the mattress in Greenwich but that we would have to work with the Savannah franchise. Joe could have stopped then but, instead, he continued to help us by calling the Savannah store and inquiring about their inventory so that he could show us the beds in the Greenwich store that we would be able purchase in Savannah. He spent time discussing and explaining the various mattress options and we left with all of the information we needed to be able to purchase our bed of choice from the Savannah store. We were disappointed that we could not purchase directly from Joe. He was professional through and through, knowledgeable, good humored...an excellent representative of the company.

Great experience with this store!! Our sales person, Dean was incredibly helpful in finding the right mattress for us. My husband tends to like more firm than I but Dean found us a mattress that was a great happy medium for us both! We are a bit novice when it comes to mattresses but Dean was very knowledgable and made this a painless shopping experience (as my husband has no patience with shopping!) More importantly, the service provided (especially from Joe Boyers) is better than in any bed store I've been in (many!). Joe is very accommodative in finding a delivery schedule that works for us and his pricing is very competitive and fair. Lastly, when a bed doesn't work out initially, Joe is exceptionally helpful in finding a replacement bed, and the process is quick, easy, and fairly priced. Chris stopped what he was doing and gave us a tour of the showroom, explained the science behind the beds, and found a bed that was a perfect fit for both of us. He never once looked at the time or attempted to rush us into the sale, and was happy to answer all of our questions. Three days later we had the mattress delivered and couldn't be happier. You cannot put a price on excellent customer service and a good nights sleep!! He even threw in Egyptian Cotton sheets for free. Don't settle for the internet bed-in-a-box, or the cheap sales at 'bargain' furniture retailers. Go to Mattress Firm and talk to Chris! Your bad back will thank you.
