Was in search of a full size mattress either firm or medium for my son. As soon as we walked in, Eddie greeted us and asked us all the details and took the time to try each mattress we were interested in. We wanted the best deal so we decided to check out other stores but loved the service and prices here so we had to return the 3rd time for purchase. Shiv and the other Asian saleswoman were extremely helpful in working out prices and wanted us to leave satisfied! Definitely recommend going here if you want great service.

Based on previous experience, I was not looking forward to shopping for a new bed. SURPRISE! My experience at Mattress Firm in Forest Hills was great, in large part because Eric was a delight, He listened to and heard my needs. I felt relaxed with no pressure and his knowledge of the subtitles of the features between the various brands were enlightening and informative. Hubby and I went to the Forest hills store to find a comfy mattress. Shiv assisted us and he was very helpful in showing us different options. He gave us a discount for a king size mattress that we couldn't refuse. Unfortunately the mattress wasn't delivered today as promised. The delivery service couldn't get into my building and didn't bother to call me either. UPDATE: I received my delivery yesterday . Thanks alot Shiv for rectifying this issue quickly.

Perfect from start to finish! We purchased a Tulo bed set here from Edward last year. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all of the questions we had, and wasn’t pushy at all. We were so impressed that we came back this year to purchase a split box spring as our needs had changed. A great experience each time!! They have displays in the store that make it easy to see the difference between different bed frames and kinds of box springs. Their red carpet delivery is great. The delivery was quick and the workers were friendly and courteous! They wore covers over the bottom of their shoes and literally rolled out the red carpet at the front door. Thank you! What a sooth and pleasant experience shopping in Mattress Firm in Forest Hills! I came in looking for an adjustable base not knowing if it would be compatible with my current mattress and bed. I haven't received my mattress yet, this review is based solely on the customer service experience when selecting and purchasing my mattress. Edward Brumfield was my sales associate, I called before coming and explained that I had a credit issued through a warranty and he said that they would indeed honor it and he was very familiar with the process. He was extremely familiar with the technology of all the products and stayed focused on what I needed in a mattress as well as being mindful of the price point. I never felt pressured to make an immediate decision, in fact I took a couple of weeks to do some research and check out reviews. Returning back to the store Edward handled the warranty transaction, I honestly didn't do anything except tell him which mattress I ultimately went with. Super stress free. Edward is really knowledgeable and patient.

I recommend this location 1000% ! Especially if you have the wonderful Natalie Jordan helping you! I went to another Mattress Firm location 2 years ago where I bought a decent mattress for a decent price and received overall good customer service. I informed Natalie that I was giving my mattress away and wanted something that would be more comfortable. She went above and beyond to make sure that I tried multiple mattresses until I found the perfect one. She also made sure that any other needs I may have needed were met (bed base, pillows etc.) I walked in expecting to just get a mattress that was a little more comfortable for about the same price or a little more than I paid before. I walked out with a Tempur-Pedic mattress and adjustable bed base (I always wanted this as a kid because of the commercials but didn’t think I could afford it). I also got 4 extremely comfortable Tempur-Pedic pillows. The best part? Natalie bundled the whole thing and made it where I could finance for a longer period of time which made my payments even a little less than the mattress I bought 2 years ago (which was only a mattress, no pillows, bed base or anything else). I definitely got an AMAZING deal thanks to Natalie and I could not be any happier. I also enjoyed speaking with her about things outside of just my mattress needs. She is amazing and I highly recommend her to everyone!

It was known as Havali Indian cuisine but its under new manegment ant the new name is Agra palace. They have a buffet lunch $12 and dinner. $15 everyday. Buffet has a variety of food including biryani and chicken tika. Its on Queens Blvd and has no parking lot but there is always parking within a block radius. The food is excellent, it has a mixture of north indian and Asian fusion dishes. I love their all I tiki choley (cheakpea and potattos). Their daal balti comes with the side of rice so you dont have to order naan or rice. The service is really nice and the watiers are very knowledgeable about the menu. They also do catering and parties. Highly recommend.

Melessa, the sales representative is what every business sould want to represent them. She was professional in every aspect.
