He took me through the entire process including making sure that I get the right service to set up the mattress and box spring for my older family member. Liz is one of the best retail sales persons we have ever experienced. Highly informative and truly helpful with guiding us to the best mattress choices based on our particular needs. She took the time to explain the details and asked us pertinent questions. But most important she is a delightful and empathic person. Liz gave us price breaks because we are longstanding Mattress Firm customers and guided us into an excellent no interest payment plan. We would recommend the Harvey, LA store to anyone. Great informative service, and the salesman Mr Tim at the Harvey Location Was great as well. I was intimidated a bit circling around the store looking looking at mattresses that were out of the budget that I Was currently willing to spend, but Tim did a great job at reassuring me that although he’s a salesman my preference as the customer came first over up selling. Now I feel completely comfortable going back there with a higher budget as well as sending family and friends there for a mattress recommendation. Thanks Tim stay safe !

Loved... loved...loved my experience with this Mattress Firm location. This was for not only one of my visits but all visits. Tim, the sales agent, took notice very quickly of what I was interested in and also exemplified real concern to the major troubles I experience with sleep and on a day to day basis with back pain. For the first time ever with customer service I can truly say that I felt valued as a customer asTim worked very hard for me to get the mattress I wanted. As of now I am only doing the pillow top but definitely plan to go back for the adjustable base as I know my sales agent Tim will make sure I am satisfied with my purchase. The sales person Casen was very helpful in answering all my questions. And unlike the other mattress firms I have visited, he informed me that there was a special on the head raised base at the time. I ordered my bed and was told it will be delivered in a couple days.

I recently purchased an adjustable bed from mattress firm and I needed to obtain the extension kit for the headboard. I called and spoke with Tim. He explained that he was working alone, was swamped with customers, and would I mind is he got back to me by the close of the day. I had no problem with that oh, and he called me back promptly as soon as the store closed. We were able to complete the transaction swiftly and quickly. Tim was a pleasure to work with.
