Lowell OswaldIt had been a long time since either my wife or I had bought a new mattress. With all the advancements in mattresses it was a little overwhelming. Ryan, our sales associate, was extremely knowledgeable not only about box springs and mattresses, but in other related fields such as pillows and mattress toppers etc …. Even though they do not sell those items, he takes so much pride in what he does that he wants to help a customer anyway he can! They had the best pricing in town and treated military veterans with respect. Quality people, quality products, competitive prices and overall wonderful experience. They have won a lifelong customer.
Gail ChalewWe came in wanting a hybrid but the very helpful salesman encouraged us to look at other types within our price range and we left with a plush, more traditional mattress. The salesman was quite knowledgeable but low pressured, which we appreciated. We got a great deal, saving $800.
Jennifer McGowanSalesperson Melissa was great. No b.s., did jot try to sell me out of what the price range I was comfortable with. Answered all my questions. I had my mattress delivered within three days (on a Sunday even!). The delivery men were prompt, courteous, and efficient in hauling out my old mattress and setting up the new one.

I walked said this is my price range (which was not big) and he said let me show you what we have. It didn't end there, he continued to ask questions and explain the different mattresses. He was the best! I walked out feeling happy and excited to get my new mattress next weekend and right in my price range. Enough so that I bought a pillow too!
Donna DuheI knew what I wanted in a mattress before I got to the Metairie store this morning but Timothy Knox, the salesman, was very professional and knowledgeable on a few things I didn't know. Like set up and warranty on base and the different bases. He helped me with his knowledge and willingness to be available if I have any future questions and I had a very pleasant experience. Can't wait until they are delivered to have a great nights sleep and I know Mattress Firm stands behind their products.
