Frances SettlesI went in to replace my bed, buy a guest bed, and two twin beds for another guest area. Peter helped me and did a wonderful job explaining the merits of each bed. He showed me beds from all price points, not just the most expensive. He let me test each bed for several minutes so that I was able to actually know what they felt like when they had memory foam elements. I walked out with 4 great beds!

Belinda sTONERI ordered a mattress from Amazon that was delivered, or so they claimed. Yet I sure couldn’t find it. I was getting ready to return to Ohio and needed a mattress for my short-term rental, QUICK. In desperation, I stopped in at the Mattress Firm 45 minutes before they closed. The salesperson was friendly, helpful, and very low key. I was able to order a decent quality mattress at a competitive price, and they’ll deliver. Yes, Amazon delivers, too, but here in NOLA, I’ve found that the merchandise they claim they’ve delivered has an issue with going MIA. Mattress Firm requires a signature, so I’m hoping the one I’ve ordered from them actually reaches its destination!

Sophia WellsTesting and purchasing a new mattress was easy and fun at this location. I had no clue what to look for, but Katherine was really helpful and patient. I bought my mattress in the afternoon and around a busy time of year, but they were really flexible with delivery and offered to bring it as early as the next day.
I would go back to this location for sure. Ask for Katherine!

But Gabrielle helped for it to be everything but difficult. She was very very knowledgeable and kind and went out of her way to help me with a return check problem. Highly recommend:)

I even tried ones she didn't suggest and was so disappointed when I did that. Ultimately, my choices are narrowed to only the beds she showed me. She was attentive and patient.
