Went to Mattress Firm today and got three mattresses one king one full size and 1 twin mattress. The salesman Mr Rodney was such a big help with finding the best bed for us. I went to Mattress Firm back in July because I desperately needed a new bed. My back was killing me and the bed was too soft. I have back problems and the Dr advised me to get a firm good mattress and Bob an awesome guy at Slidell helped me pick out the best mattress there for my needs. He advised me to sleep on it and break it in and if it wasn't the most comfortable mattress I could exchange it. Well nearly 3 months of sleeping on the most expensive firm engineered Stearns and foster I could have gotten I threw in the towel and called to ask about the exchange policy thinking it was going to be a big deal and pain in the neck. Enter Rodney the other awesome guy there who helped me select my new mattress and made arrangement for my exchange. Seamless, and no sweat this was a super experience and when I or my friends need a new mattress I'm sending them to Bob and Rodney at North shore BLVD Mattress Firm store in Slidell. Professional no pressure, and empathetic to my predicament. Great experience 5 stars!

Went into the store to day looking for new bed and Rodney helped me and took his time. I wasn't ready to buy anything yet but after discussing with him and the deal that was made I couldn't pass it up. Rodney was honest salesman from how he talked and although may not like it said didn't want to over sell me what I needed/wanted. My husband and I met Melissa when we stopped at MattressFIRM looking for some new mattresses. She was awesome and we had to look no further. She answered all our questions and since I needed further information on the new beds we had purchased, she said that someone else would be happy to write up the purchase for us when we returned. We went to another national chain mattress store that sells the same brands. But we didnt feel confident enough to drop several thousand dollars on a mattress. We went to The Mattress Firm and the salesmen there KNOW mattresses. In the end the salesman pointed out a detail about personal fit that resulted in us spending $800 less to get a mattress better suited to my wife's bad back. Rodney and Bob know mattresses!

Very knowledgeable and helpful and I should say friendly service here. Have their own line of mattresses which my Dad found to be the most comfortable of all the mattresses we had previously tried out at other stores. He actually purchased one of their queen mattresses today during a 50% off sale which wound up being an excellent deal. I hope he has better luck with this one than the last mattress he purchased at another store without a warranty that last him less than a year! The only downside was we had to travel across Slidell to another Mattress Firm to pick up the mattress but that kept him from waiting 2 weeks for delivery.

The best place to buy a mattress. Melissa was the salesperson who helped us. We rested for a while on all of the mattresses. Although, the one she suggested, made me want to fall asleep on it. They were very friendly when we went to get a new mattress for my mother. I was fairly concerned about going out due to my mother’s age the new variant of the Covid virus, but the store was very clean and thankfully we were the only ones there. We also purchased a base that has a lift installed in the head to assist with mobility. The entire process was very smooth and all necessary information was communicated well.

Went in to the Slidell store on Fremaux to buy a full size mattress for a kids’ bed. They had a nice memory foam style at a good sale price so we bought it. Turns out they didn’t have a full size in their store but had one at the Northshore store, so we went over to the other store to pick it up. They were well coordinated to not be a problem to pick it up. Nice people. And they wore masks and social distanced so felt secure while there. I have bought a super nice King size mattress and motorized bed from them in the past and am very satisfied with it.

Very pleased with the replacement of the twin mattress I bought at MattressFIRM ! The store manager was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. In fact, he actually came to my home to help me upload the necessary pictures as I was having problems and the pictures were mandatory ! I’ve been having my bed for three months and I’m so happy. Being pregnant, Matthew definitely has made my pregnancy a lot easier. He gave me a great deal on my bed and Life has been a little sweeter. Being able to raise my feet when they need to be elevated, lift my head while I have heartburn and hit the massage button to help me go to sleep when I’m feeling 😩 has been a blessing. My only complaint is that the delivery company refused to remove my old mattress, even though I had paid for the service. They did explain why, current covid-19 concerns etc. problem is I hadn’t planned to discard a cal king on my own. The stores rep apologized and promised to + refund me my delivery cost.

Sorry , but my experience was wayyy more accommodating . Sorry someone had that to say of the ladies and gentlemen at MATTRESS FIRM . May I differ? I went in and was greeted so close to the door upon my arrival, that it stuck out til now. And lead to a most pleasant experience there. They were courteous, professional, and knowledgeable of their product, as a whole. I asked several questions ,from sleep, resistance, remote control set-up, mattress firmnesses,vs.the bed accommodating me from head to feet. Let me tell ya,my sleep experiwnces here lately have not been nice to me. I went in looking as well as debating whether or not my mattress really needed help. A normal 100% total normally uncomfortable nights' rest is what I usually get. So the mattress adjustment equiptment had to be shown and proven to me first. And then I had to be convinced. Reggie was my salesman . He was totally awesome at KNOWING HIS Products !! Let me tell ya. And then I "hate dealing with sales people'' normal level tho. He was so pleasant,I've initiated calls back and forth, its taken me a while to accomplish my move. Due to different closing dates. He was patient, understanding and again, accomodating. Ive since then talked with my friends in regards to purchasing from the store, And that was solely due to my experience being so sweet . In fact Im waiting for them as I post this .
