We walked in it was quiet. And the. The most friendliest, and entertaining man up and started selling. He was very helpful, happy and made us feel like he was happy to help. Customer service was great, and the sale was quick with no pressure! If the mattress is as good as he say, I won’t be back for a long time! Not because of the service, but be cause of the quality of the product!!! Will shop again!

I knew what mattress I was getting before even going to the store, but the sales man (do not remember his name. Oops!) was amazing!! I showed him a screenshot I took, and he knew right away which mattress it was. He was friendly, efficient, professional, and made it a good experience overall. He even carried it out to the car for me which was sweet. The prices are a bit high, but i also haven't shopped for mattresses in years. So it may just be the norm.

When buying my mattress I had the best experience! Charles was so knowledgeable about the bed and we found the right fit! Not too hard or to soft and know the pressure points my body needed. Which is why I had to buy from him! Even after the purchase I chose to get the attachment for a headboard and he went above and beyond to see which warehouse could get it to me sooner! Songii spoiled my husband and I so much that we practically just walked in and out of every other place because no one was willing (or had the knowledge) to guide us so easily. Songii also made our first choice (although out of our budget at first) a possibility. Just when we were about to settle for something less expensive, he stopped us and did everything he could to work up a better deal on that first one we loved.
