My wife & I visited the store twice over the last few days. Akira got us started with no sales pressure & with her help we narrowed our choices & called it a day. On return visit, this time Kelley, again with no sales pressure, helped get us down to the final 2 mattress choices & went into detail on the materials used, construction, etc. After several more tests with our own pillows that Kelley suggested we bring, we made a final selection. Kelley thoroughly went over delivery options, warranties, return policies, Black Friday discounts, etc , including an accurate itemized invoice. Thanks to both of them getting us into the perfect mattress for us.💤💤

My sister and I have been putting off mattress shopping for months simply because we loathed the thought of having to go into a showroom, lay on mattresses in front of strangers, and, the worst part, having to talk to a salesperson who may make us feel pressured into buying something out of our price-range. Our worries were for naught, however, when we met Bill. He was amazing, and to call him a "sleep expert" is an understatement! We learned more about sleep and physiology yesterday than we thought possible in a mattress store, and, his knowledge of all of these things led us to the perfect mattresses (for our backs, hips, shoulders, AND budgets)!! If anyone reading this is wanting a great mattress and a great customer service experience , I highly recommend Bill over at Mattress Firm. He made us feel right at home and helped us find the perfect mattresses to meet our needs!

Awesome store, nice people, AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE, great experience. Jeni was the most help we could've ask for. She is a true sleep expert! They guide you through the whole process of figuring out what you would like/WHAT YOU NEED. AND they don't just try to sell you the most expensive products, she actually tried to save us money if anything! YOU MUST COME HERE and lay down.

Will never buy a mattress anywhere else! I was not looking forward to the task of mattress shopping at all and had my guard up going into the experience. I tend to feel like it is easy to get ripped off my mattress stores, but this was not the case at all at the Covington Mattress Firm. I went in looking for two moderately priced mattresses and found exactly what I was looking for. I also ended up getting an amazing deal on these awesome electronic frames and pillows during their Labor Day sale! I worked with Sean and he was fantastic. He was professional, friendly & beyond helpful. He was not pressuring and all, but incredibly informative. I felt comfortable the entire time and was confident in everything I purchased. I was supposed to receive my mattresses yesterday, but due to weather, there was a delay. I heard from Sean before I could even begin to wonder about my delivery and he had everything rearranged. This customer service experience was top notch. I will need two more mattresses in the near future and will definitely be back!

Buying a mattress from Mattress Firm was a very POSITIVE experience. The store manager, Bill Jones was very patient and understanding as my 101 year old father-in-law tried out various mattresses. The whole experience was reminiscent of " Goldilocks and the 3 Bears" some too soft, others too firm, but one was just right. The mattress and frame price was very attractive and the service was excellent. The only thing which could make the purchase from Mattress Firm any better would be if they could improve the delivery a bit so we could get this old Army Air Corp Vet in his new bed.

The best place to get a mattress in St. Tammany. If you want a quality product this is the best! The sales team is easy to work with and they don’t try to sell you something you don’t need. I’ve never been disappointed with the product, they stand behind everything so I don’t worry if I get home and it’s not a good fit. It’s so much easier than dealing with the big box stores and far less time consuming. Sean was very helpful and accommodated finding us exactly what we needed when we were on a tight time schedule!

I visited the Covington LA store 5/3/18. The sales associate, Greg Laborde, was great! He knew the details on every mattress, down to the coil count. He answered every question but didn't follow me around the store and hover. The store had every mattress on display that the website said. I enjoyed spending time and talking with Greg while picking out the perfect mattress. Even delivery was great. The automated calls and emails kept me informed down to the last minute, and the delivery timing was on the money. Overall, I couldn't ask for a better experience.

Top service, we were after a new mattress. Didn't make it out until late one weeknight, but wonderful service, no rush to buy or go (even after we were um'ing and ar'ing past closing time). We also ordered a frame, but the one we wanted they couldn't find stock. However a few days later (delivery day) I had a call saying they managed to find one in another store and they have it with the guys delivering the bed. Delivery was quick and easy, the two guys were polite and efficient. All in all a pleasant and easy service.
