Stopped in at this location in what we thought would be an all day mattress shopping odyssey. Instead with the help of Bryant we found the perfect mates at a great price. They had a decent selection and Bryant helped us narrow down our choices without pushing us towards a higher priced mattress than we needed or wanted. Delivery setup was easy and they have some great additional products that add real value. We settled on the mates protector which added 10 years to the warranty but more importantly allowed for a year to try the best pretty much risk free. I don’t know if the protector itself is worth it on its own but the warranty and year trial certainly is worth it. This is a locally owned company which is why we started our search here and they did not disappoint. Highly recommend stopping by.

Ok, if you are looking for a mattress in the New Orleans area please do yourself a big favor, save yourself time looking around and go visit Christian at the Westbank Mattress Direct location... He is such a *genuinely* nice guy, fun to talk to and really does find a way for you to get the mattress that you really want, at an amazing price!!! I was simply able to get a great, comfy mattress at a very budget friendly price in a very short amount of time. He seriously got me the best deal ever. And, made the whole experience of shopping for a mattress enjoyable rather than tedious. Since this review my thoughts of service has changed. Bryant Drinker customer service was great, but the delivery has been questionable. I explained to Bryant that I needed 3 bed frames and mattresses by the end of July he assured me that he would work with me with that July delivery. I waited, until the end of July still No communication from Bryant. August 16 my sister visited the store and said we still have not received the mattresses and frames, Bryant replied he or someone will call. No call. So I called Bryant and remind Bryant of the urgency of getting the order at the end of July or early August, there was no comment or suggestion, so I had to cancel the order. A Very dissatisfied Customer Awesome customer service. Bryant Drinker was honest and he was polite. I truly enjoyed his servant and will send other customers his way soon.

I visited the Westbank/Expressway store and was greeted by Bryant. I told him I had visited another store the evening before and what I was interested in. He explained the differences in the brands and lines and showed me what his store had to offer. I left the store with the intent to return with my husband. Instead, I returned the next day and made the purchase. Bryant was able to package what I wanted at a price I could afford. I can’t wait for delivery. Bryant was courteous and patient. He greeted all incoming customers and advised that he would be with them shortly. I am beyond pleased with my sales experience at Mattress Direct with Bryant was my salesman. Thank you Bryant.

Came in a rush and needed 3 mattress sets and frames and Christian helped me find comfortable mattresses that were under $1,000 per bed including set up and delivery to the French Quarter. His knowledge of his products, the selection in more moderate price ranges and customer service was much better than another mattress company I had visited earlier in the day. RUN, don't walk to see BRYANT! He gave me the BEST experience I've ever had at a mattress store. He gave me a GREAT DEAL as well! It was delivered yesterday and it has truly been the best sleep I have had in a long time!! My husband and I were upgrading from a queen to a king mattress so we went to Mattress Direct first. We ended up buying our mattress here and had the best shopping experience with Mica. She is an exceptional sales rep, very friendly and knowledgeable and takes her time to explain everything you need to know. We bought a TempurPedic ProAdapt Firm mattress and it is wonderful! The best mattress we have ever owned! My husband suffers with back and shoulder pain, but I am happy to report that since the new mattress he wakes up pain free!! I needed a mattress on good Friday as my 7 yr old daughter was being discharged from the hospital. She almost lost her life a week and half earlier, after the neighbors large dog attacked and mauled her in our front yard. She needed a soft mattress because her little body is covered in bruises, stitches and open wounds....the Gentleman was so nice and compassionate...he even arranged for immediate delivery...so sweet..prices were great too... highly recommend

The gentleman who assisted me was personable and when it came to the price, he was flexible and suggested a few ways to cover my needs and reduce the price a small amount by providing access to the same matress but was a floor model and reduced my cost approximately$100 . I know that sometimes when bartering , I'm not given any options because the associate is trying to maximize their commission.. a good salesman makes every effort to please The customer as well as the boss. I'll buy my next mattress from matress direct because I got such a good price and I felt like the overall experience was great! ONE EXCEPTION!!!!!! I'M RECENTLY RETIRED AND OF COURSE MY CIRCUMSTANCES (FINANTAL) ARE DIFFERENT. HOWEVER I PROVIDED FOR A COMFORTABLE RETIREMENT. I WAS FINANCING THE BEDDING I WANTED BUT MY CREDIT WAS RECUSED, REJECTED OR 50 OTHER WAYS OF TELLING ME I DON'T QUALIFY TO FINANCE LESS THAN$1000. LAST YEAR I HAD GOOD ENOUGH CREDIT TO PROCURE 25 TIMES THAT AMOUNT. I FELT INSULTED, NOT BY MATTRESS DIRECT, BUT BY IT'S CHOICES OF WHO FINANCES THEIR PRODUCT. ITS PROBABLY A SITUATION FACED BY MANY RETIREES, BUT MATRESS DIRECT SHOULD REACESS WHO THEY CHOOSE TO PROVIDE THIS SERVICE AND I WAS UNABLE TO USE THE FREE FINANCING. I'M A MAN OF PRINCIPLE, AND WOULD NOT HAVE PURCHASED THIS PRODUCT NOR ANY OTHER BECAUSE OF MY CREDIT REJECTION THE FACT THAT I COULD STILL AFFORD TO PURCHASE MY GOODS AND THE I RECEIVED IS WHAT MADE THIS SALE. I DON'T REMEMBER HIS NAME, BUT IT'S ON MY INVOICE FROM YESTERDAY. I WOULD LIKE TO GET SOME FEED BACK FROM THE COMPANY ABOUT THIS SITUATION.
