AJ was very helpful showing my grandson some mattresses explain things to him let him try. Try each one of them out showed him the sheets. With different textures, which was more cooling, was very satisfied. When I left the store, he makes you feel like you’re quite special when you’re mine. He is an excellent sales person. My family and I visited the store in search of a new mattress. I’ve purchased from there a few years back and had a wonderful experience so I decided to go back. AJ was amazing. His knowledge, and patience was hands down the best. He placed my parter and I In a mattress that measured both of our weight, pressure points, and with the information we provided about our sleeping patterns, the machine matched us with a few mattresses that would best suit our needs. After two hours of us discussing the different mattresses, and laying on them, we found our perfect match. Between the prices, and Fourth of July discounts, as well as first responder discounts we were able to pick out a mattress, as well as an adjustable base, and a few other things to go into a newly renovated home. The store and this person deserves five stars due to the knowledge and patience he had. This was an extremely fun, and relaxing experience. Not only was my partner and I able to find the perfect mattress, but my daughter will be getting a mattress that best suits her needs as well. I recommend anyone that is looking for a new mattress to go check out This facility and ask for AJ. I promise you will not be disappointed.

He was very knowledgeable on all the mattresses, we even took a test whereas you laid on the bed and they scanned your body and told you the exact mattress we would need & would work well for our specific problems. He told us of the different specials, different accessories all the while not pressuring us at all into making a decision. When it came down to the final two that we weren’t sure of he gave us the pros and cons of each one. As we’re all recovering from Ida and resources are low and being price gouged…this is definitely not the case here. He was so kind, generous and ready to help. I went in exhausted and ready to accept anything because we’ve pretty much been sleeping on a raft.. He listened to what I wanted and took the time to make sure I got what I asked for, when I needed it at an incredibly discounted price. A lot more efficient than youd think. They have a system where you lay on a special bed and take measurements. From that, your selections are a lot more detailed. Salesman weren't too annoying either.

I just moved to New Orleans with two suitcases and a guitar. No furniture, no bed! Within the first hour here I called Mattress direct with no knowledge of how amazing they are. I got A.J.
