We have had Tempur-Pedic mattresses for over 15 years. We happened to walk by the Tempur-Pedic store in Green Hills Mall and stopped in just to look. Dagan did a great job showing us the different models and explaining the benefits and differences of the features. We tried several of the models and quickly found the one that is right for us; the LuxeAdapt Firm. Thanks Dagan, when we are ready to buy in a few months we will be back!

Me and my Wife came to Green Hills for lunch and came across this location and decided to look at a new mattress. We looked, thought about it and went to lunch. After we were done, we came back and got it. Vince was AMAZING. Not pushy, was willing to show us multiple mattresses and we decided to get the King size breeze on. I was on the fence with the holiday sale and decided to come into the store and explore all the beds offered. I was truly appreciative how Mark walked us through finding the right fit for us. We had tried tempurpedic before in another mattress store but never the full line up and having an expert walk us through our needs while being mindful of our budget. We can't wait for our bed to be delivered and I will update this review once we've gotten to truly enjoy the bed! One call out finding this store in the mall don't go by the mall signs they moved and are right next to the Tiffany and Co! Vince was an absolute joy to work with! He helped us navigate the warranty on our previous Tempur mattress. He did a great job of steering us in the direction of something he thought we'd enjoy. He entertained our ideas about stepping over to a different model. Above all, he took it all in stride when we admitted he was right with the first mattress he thought would work best for us. Vince knows this product line and he intuitively knows people. We'll definitely be back.

Great experience here. I was looking for a new pillow because I wanted to switch from using a down pillow. The manager Steve was really helpful and let me try out the pillows on the display beds. It was all very safe and clean with bed covers and I felt comfortable. He ended up recommending a particular pillow because of my sleep patterns. I've been sleeping on it for a few weeks now and it's great. I'm glad I switched from a down pillow because this one never needs fluffing or adjustments.

Great customer service! We looked at some products in the store a couple months. The other day we decided to purchase thru their online store for convenience. Unfortunately we encountered some challenges with the online store and customer service issues with their main customer support line. We decided to go back to the store and buy direct from the original team at green hills. Melanie and her manager were awesome. We ran into some delivery/supply issues but they went the extra mile and got approval from the district manager to upgrade us to the better bed to make the delivery schedule work for our new home move-in. We ended up buying a nicer mattress as well so everything went great. Huge thanks to the Tempur pedic team at the green hills mall in Brentwood TN!!!!

Truly appreciated the atmosphere and professionalism of a private appointment. We were able to relax and take our time to decide between the two mattresses we had narrowed our choices down to. I would have liked to see the actual foundation we were considering in store and likewise the travel set. Unfortunately, they were not there. We’ve had an original Tempur mattress for almost 20 years and the decision on what to replace it with came simply down to one slightly more firm or slightly less firm. The ability to have a 90 day on home trial and switch if we aren’t completely happy with our choice helps tremendously. We hope to have picked the best for us the first time but what a bonus to know buyers remorse is not an option we will have to consider.

GREAT STORE! We went in there mid October to finally purchase a new bed/ base and Vincent J. Was excellent! Very knowledgeable, and patient. We already had a idea of what we wanted and researched some things prior, he listened to our questions and concerns and explained things so much more and indepth so we knew exactly what we were getting and what to expect. The turn around time from purchase to delivery was 7 days total which is super fast in my opinion! The store was clean, and sanitized regularly. Would definitely shop here again.

This store has amazing customer service. I love Tempurpedic. They honored a warranty replacement. I only went into the store to try out mattresses for a replacement and Jake was super nice. She helped me try different ones even though she was not getting a “sale” from me. If you need a great mattress, this is the place to go and the mattress company to buy from. It’s great to have great customer service in a world where is does not exist anymore.

Edited to share resolution: after my review, the store manager contacted me and found out the expected arrival to the local delivery company. He was able to work with me to get it delivered the day after it arrived at the warehouse and did everything in his power to make me happy. The most important thing is that he communicated multiple times daily on the status and made sure the company understood the impact of a computer glitch on a customer's happiness. If I could give zero stars, I would. I purchased my mattress on 2/5 and was told MAX 2 weeks before it was in my home. I have been sleeping on my couch, so I expressed the importance of this arriving quickly. There's a mattress company down the street that had them IN STOCK, but I wanted to buy from the store in case there were any issues. Well, that was my mistake. After a week, I didn't hear anything from them, so I called to get an update from the delivery specialist, who couldn't find my order at all. She called the store and found out there was "some sort of problem." Mind you, NO ONE called me - not once - throughout this whole ordeal. Supposedly, when they input my address, they overwrote the city that pre-populated when they input my zip code and that stopped my order from getting placed. Shockingly, no one noticed this until I called. So, they finally placed my order - a week late. I didn't find that out until I called - because once again, no one called me. After another week went by with NO call from anyone, I called the delivery specialist and she told me that it shipped out 2/15. She expected it to get to the warehouse in the next day or two but it may be delayed because of weather. As of 2/22, I still have not heard a single word about my mattress. I called AGAIN and was told "nope. still hasn't arrived at the warehouse." We had some snow, but if my husband and I can get out and drive on the roads in our Honda starting 2/17, big trucks could have been moving too. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a retailer - mainly because they have no problem taking my $2600 for a twin size mattress but can't be bothered to call and keep you updated or even apologize for the fact that they just let your order sit with an error for a week. I would recommend going absolutely anywhere else.

I went to try out some beds to UNDO mistakes made by a local retailer that is NOT the tempurpedic store. Vincent was so great and knowledgeable- he knew I couldn’t buy the bed from him because of the catastrophe situation I was in having already purchased a bed from a retail store but I was looking to exchange for one that was actually more suited to my comfort needs. He didn’t solicit the review in fact I asked if I could tell his manager or someone what a pleasant experience I just had. Get your tempurpedic here…it’s in the mall yes but JUST DO IT - forget the local chain stores - this store has every single bed to try so you can be “Goldilocks” when one is too hard, too soft - you’ll find one that’s just right! Steven Raimo was our sales rep and was so helpful while shopping. Scheduled a private appointment so we could come into the store when no other customers were present which made the whole experience really perfect, and their covid precautions are clear and visible. Ultimately left the store without making a purchase, but never felt pressured to buy right away with Steve though he certainly tried a few pitches. But he sent us out with their catalog and starred and labeled all the mattresses and extras we tested. I will for sure be back for the Presidents’ Day sale in a couple weeks, knowing exactly what I plan to buy!

Came in to store at the Green Hills mall Nashville TN to obtain a pillow while traveling and frequently staying in hotel for work in the area. The hotel pillows bother my neck when sleeping. The gentleman (I think Steven) was very nice. I explained to him what I had at home but have struggled to find one like it. I have tried multiple pillows over the years. I personally like a flatter soft pillow but not too flat. He allowed me to try a couple pillows while also maintaining proper care to the existing bed and pillow. I ended up purchasing 2 pillows that are similar but different in a way. I just couldn't make my mind up and really liked them both. One came with its own bag which works out perfectly because I can place both of them in and be able to travel in/out of the hotel. Thank you sir for your help.

We opted for one of the Breeze models, which is going to replace our current Tempur-Pedic that is over 10 years old. The brand is reliable, Jake is wonderful, and my partner and I are so looking forward to getting our new bed!! UPDATE: Please make sure to work with Jake and *not* Steve!! While Steve was helpful when I visited (for some BOGO pillows), he was also pushy and had somewhat of an attitude. If I had met him when my partner and I were mattress shopping, we simply may have not purchased a Tempur-Pedic from this store... It was really a total 360 in terms of experience. How disappointing! (Oh, we love our new mattress!!!!!!! No regrets on that front.)

How many of you have been to countless mattress stores and listened to the same speech from a guy dressed in a suit jacket from Nordstrom’s Rack?... Well scratch that and head over to Tempur-Pedic in Green Hills and let Jake take care of you. As for the mattresses, I am pleasantly surprised with the quality and craftsmanship of these beds. 10 YEAR WARRANTY SAYS IT ALL!!! We liked the Luxe Adapt Firm the most. Absolutely Beautiful Store located inside the Green Hills Mall. The selection here is HUGE! They have Mattresses, Sheets, Pillows, even slippers! As someone who has owned and slept on a Tempur Pedic mattress, and pillow for years I can confidently say there is no alternative that can come anywhere near the the level of quality, comfort, and experience of a Tempur Pedic!
