I just moved to the Mt. Juliet area and was in need of a new mattress. Went to Sleep Outfitters first due to the positive reviews and had no reason to go anywhere else. Matt was friendly, patient, and incredibly informative. It was clear his highest priority was fitting me with the right mattress. On top of an already great discount on the mattress, Matt threw in a 'buy one get one free' on pillows, and gave me free delivery despite the mattress not qualifying for it due to the discounted price. You'll leave wishing your future purchasing experiences are as easy and pressure free as this one.

This was one of the best experiences I've had making ANY purchase, let alone a mattress. I don't often leave reviews, but this one is worth it. Matt is a very knowledgeable and relaxed salesman. We researched Tempur Pedic and found Sleep Outfitters to carry these mattresses. I called the store and spoke with Tammy and explained we had decided on a LuxeBreeze but wanted to test the firm and soft. She was very accommodating and we set a time to come in the store. Upon arrival Tammy was extremely friendly and took a moment to get to know us before going to the showroom. Tammy gave her recommendations based on her previous experiences and we felt very comfortable in the purchase we made after hearing all options. The process was very streamlined and we can’t wait to get our new setup. Thank you Tammy for making this purchase more of an experience than just buying a mattress!!

My husband I bought a new mattress set from Victoria at the Mt Juliet store. She was helpful, had good information, and we ended up with a tempurpedic split king with an adjustable base (which was new for us!) After we left the store Victoria realized she hadn't given us a credit we were owed for our purchase. She called, explained what happened, and we ended up with the credit as promised. The bed was delivered on a day we were able to select. So far we've had it a week and don't have any issues with our choice and are sleeping well.

We have had an excellent experience with Sleep Outfitters in Mount Juliet thus far. Zach is very knowledgeable about all of the mattresses and helped us find the perfect one to fit our needs! He has been very kind and patient while we decided which mattress to purchase. The delivery team that brought our new mattress was top notch as well! They called ahead to let us know they were on the way with an estimated time of arrival. They were on time, courteous, extremely polite, and took care of our home + new mattress as if it were their own! Best delivery experience that we have ever had! They also hauled away our old mattress + box springs to be recycled. Super nice guys that took the time to explain each step of the process. We could not be happier with the experience and professionalism that we have experienced thus far. There are a few spots on the mattress that we noticed after the plastic wrap was removed. The delivery team was quick to take photos, begin the process by contacting the appropriate parties, and address how to remedy this issue with us. We contacted Zach at the store who is equally on the ball at correcting this issue. I would definitely recommend any friends or family to Sleep Outfitters in Mount Juliet. I can’t say enough good things about our experience thus far.

Ed Fowler did a great job of showing mattresses! Ed asked about our sleeping habits and directed us to a less expensive mattress than the one we thought we wanted before coming to Sleep Outfitter. We would have never thought of trying the mattress if Ed hadn’t suggested it. He found out we purchased our previous mattress at the store. Ed looked up when we purchased the mattress and informed us we may be eligible for a warranty claim since the mattress is only four years old and even printed a copy of the receipt.

5 stars for Tami at Sleep Outfitters! Review of store: clean, organized and many mattress options available to test, prior to purchase. Sleep Outfitters does have a COVID protocol and it was enforced. Review of consultation and testing: Prior to looking at mattresses, we completed a consultation with our “Outfitter,” Tami. The consultation questions were quite detailed, which was appreciated. The conversation was not rushed, in any manner. Tami really pinpointed our needs. Upon completion of our consultation, we proceeded with testing several mattress and base recommendations. COVID protocols were in place. DID WE PURCHASE: Yes, we purchased! Why we purchased: The purchase was made, due to our “Outfitter,” Tami, being extremely knowledgeable about the products and having a genuine interest in us. Tami listened with such intent, I knew that “selling a mattress,” was not Tami’s goal. Understanding your needs and providing a plausible solution is Tami’s goal. In fact, I would not be recommending this particular store, unless I had such an unique and valid consultation experience. Tami’s skillset is her authentic means of caring about your goal. Another skillset is knowledge! I know for a fact that Tami knows all the details about each brand and series of mattress in that store.

My fiance and I were shopping for a new mattress. After attempting to do some research online, we quickly realized we would need to go test mattresses in person to understand what worked best for us. Barry quickly greeted us when we walked in and helped us go over every detail of our sleeping patterns and issues with our current mattress. He then patiently helped us find the perfect mattress and respectfully stayed within our budget. I cannot speak highly enough of Barry and the patience and respect he offered us when we were making this fairly large purchase for ourselves. My wife and I purchased a new mattress at the store in Mt Juliet. We thought we had our dream set. Within 30 days of purchase we were both miserable. My wife had added a four inch foam pad to her side of the bed. We went back to the store and the store manager William was incredibly helpful. He went back over the options and possibly giving it more time. After a short discussion he told us what we needed to do get the exchange process started. We submitted the paperwork and within one day we received a call from the concierge service at Sleep Outfitters saying to go back to the store and pick out a new mattress. Incredible!!!! William met with us and patiently waited on us to pick out what we thought would be right for us. He got the paperwork rolling. In a weeks time (our choice) we had the new mattress. Life is golden!!!! Highly recommend Sleep Outfitters for standing by its promise, this location this it’s great manager and sales associate Kevin.

When we walked in we were overwhelmed with all the many choices/options. Rachel was so helpful and knowledgeable! She quickly said "that is what I am here for" and proceeded to asked us many questions regarding our sleeping habits, aches and pains, etc. After learning more about us she narrowed down the choice of beds for us to try. At that point it didn't take us long to figure out which bed felt the best to us. Since this was the first store that we visited we felt we needed to visit another to make sure we were making an informed decision. We are so thankful we visited Sleep Outfitters first. The other store did not take the time or even offer to help us determine which beds were the better options for us. What they were good at was high pressure sales!! They continued to follow us to the door lowering their price and saying we had to make a decision that day and then ask us to leave a deposit since they were giving us such a good deal. Rachel never pressured us she gave us time to think about this important decision. With that being said we went back about a week later and made our purchase. Nice clean, quite store. Sales staff was amazing and able to knowledgeably walk us through the different options and select the mattress that best meet our needs. They went further by getting us the best sales price. Further, scheduling delivery was a breeze and only had a 2 hour delivery window, instead of 4 hours with other vendors. The delivery staff were quick and efficient. They actually wore shoes coverings and went out of their way to make sure they didn’t damage our home. Highly recommend.

My husband and I came in on a budget but in need for a new mattress. After 2 years of insomnia and 8 months of pregnancy, I had had it with our old queen mattress. Scotty immediately greeted us and started talking to us about our needs. He listened to what we needed and had a mattress that was a great fit and in budget! He didn't waste time trying to show us mattresses outside of that. Then there was a floor model that was for sale, a little higher than what we expected to pay, but the sale was too good to pass up. Scotty even got it delivered that night so I could have my first peaceful night sleep in a very long time! This is the second time we have bought from Sleep Outfitters in Mt Juliet in the last 3 years and I would highly recommend them. Today, Mr Barry Coffman was super helpful and listened to what I was looking for and what I did and did not want. I was also very appreciative of the company’s COVID19 procedures right now. They only allowed one customer (one party if you were shopping with family members), before entering they ask if we had been around anyone lately would was sick or if we felt sick in last few days. We had our own masks but they gasps mask and gloves available if you did not have your own. Mr. Coffman also indicated that they disinfected after ever customers left before they let the next one in. Thank you for your excellent customer service and for taking care of your customers.

One night my family and I came into the store to check out the Tempur pedic mattress. We thought they closed at 8:30 but it was at 8. Scott didn’t have an attitude or said that he had to go. He answered all our questions. I told my wife that we’re getting our mattress from him. Scott was really kind and well knowledgeable. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND going to Sleep Outfitters and seeing Scott!
