I was thoroughly impressed by the knowledge shared by the salesman, Mike, at The Purple Store. He was kind, knowledgeable, considerate, and professional. This was my 1st time every visiting the store and feeling the mattresses, and I left feeling like I will be a purple mattress owner. If you're looking for a quality alternative to memory foam and desire great customer service, I encourage you to take a moment to visit the store. You will not be disappointed. Bonus: the pillows are AMAZING!!!

Everyone inside the store is so nice! I work retail so it’s refreshing when I go to other stores and am not bombarded with people trying to make me buy things. The team is super knowledgeable about their products, and is very patient answering questions you may have! I also love my mattress that I did get, but this is for the store, lol.

Finally! A Purple store so we can try these out in person! Besides the mattresses themselves, we LOVED this store. The ambience in general is stellar. They are pumping lavender throughout so it smells amazing in there. They give you nice pillow protectors as you test out each mattress/ pillow so it's super clean. The sales representatives are great: super informative, not pushy, very helpful. Vince assisted us yesterday and we are very excited to finally begin our people journey!

Excellent experience shopping for a new mattress at Purple's spanking new showroom in the venerable Mall at Green Hills in Nashville, Tennessee. Store layout is very inviting, and despite only being open for two weeks, staffmember Andre was very well informed and efficient in (1) describing the merits and features of the Purple mattress and related bedding accessories; and (2) writing-up the order and explaining the delivery process. My wife and I are very excited to acquire this new-generation bedding system for our vacation home east of Nashville; and we already anticipate considering additional 'Purple purchases' when it comes to updating our 'old-school' mattress-and-box-spring set-ups at our primary residence.
