I showed up spur of the moment on a weekday afternoon, although I'd been needing a new mattress for a while. Only the store manager was there, so I got personal attention with no waiting. She did a great job of showing me the variety of mattresses and helping me choose the one that felt best to me. And then she gave me several extra deals as part of the process--sheets and pillows. The mattress I chose was out of stock so there was a delay in getting it. I thought "Oh, no, this may not happen", but I was wrong. It was delivered on the exact day that she predicted and the workers were on time and quick to get the new mattress in and the old mattress out. Very pleased.

Ok I rarely leave reviews but Carissa, the store manager, was so awesome at this location I have to rave. She knew everything about her product line from the way the mattresses were made to the price without even looking at the tags. She explained sleep patterns, differences in product lines, and always tried to accommodate our needs without pushing us to purchase a more expensive item. We bought our mattress here because of her. She is simply the best.

Missions and Education

We stopped in to shop for a king size bed. We were helped by a nice young lady named Canaan. She helped us navigate our search for a bed that accommodated both my needs and my boyfriend's. We found an excellent mattress that served both our sleeping needs. She worked with us to set up a great financing plan. We were very happy with the customer service we received and look forward to our brand new mattress (free delivery)!!!

Carissa was fabulous! Came to her store after another store had sold us a lousy bed, sagging after only one year of use! She educated us in the different types of beds, coils etc. -nobody else in the bed industry had ever explained things so thoroughly before. Carissa listened to the concerns our non-verbal special needs daughter has and helped us pick out the perfect bed that would best support her scoliosis! Thank you so much!

Carissa helped my husband and I find the best mattress that suited our growing family. We went to 3 other mattress stores and ended up back at this one due to Carissa's help and guidance. The other stores didn't listen to our needs and budget, instead they would show us two mattresses then try to sell us one and run our credit. On November 29, 2017 I purchase my second bed from David Shields at the Mattress King in Bellevue. David did an excellent job. He was so much help in helping decide on the Mattress that was perfect for me. I was on a walker due to broken bones in my hip and David helped me around the store trying out mattress and when I decided to purchase he allowed me to sit down while he brought all the paperwork to me. He suggested that I purchase things like a mattress cover, to which I bought as well as other options. He was not pushy but knowledgeable. Once done David helped me outside and into my vehicle.
