I won't order a mattress without at least plopping down on the one I had in mind, and I was able to do that here. The associate who helped me seemed knowledgeable about his product, and was kind enough to alert me of the sales which were running. During the decision making interim, the conversation was stimulating and enlightening so time passed pleasantly. The acid test for mattresses comes when I try and sleep on the thing. It felt good in the store for 2 minutes hopefully it'll sleep well, 8 hours a night, multiple nights in a row. All in all, a good experience. 👍

Jason was very detailed on each bed and took the time to give me price quotes for different options. We had a few snags with the system at check out but that's not his fault. Mattress firm maybe needs to update or get better wifi as it moved very slow. I bought beds for my parents and know they'll enjoy them.

The location is clean and well put-together. I do wish, generally, that the company would make some of the less expensive mattresses in a mattress series available for in-person trying out especially if they are comparable to the higher price point ones. I am pretty sure this would draw more people in to purchasing the mattress instead of veering away because they can only find it online. We commend Mr. Harie Oliver. He has a pleasant, upbeat demeanor and proved knowledgeable and truly helpful toward the purchase of a new bed for two people with seemingly different sleep needs. Even when we needed to cancel an original order, he was gracious and gave professional assistance there too. We are pleased with his level of service, knowledge and professionalism. Good on you Mattress Firm for having staff such as this.
