Great experience that I wasn't expecting! Shelia was Awesome! She went above and beyond to make sure me and my wife understanding the difference in the brands and mattress types and prices. We told her our price range and she said no problem and she hit it right on our budget! Will definitely be returning to see Shelia to get our son and daughter a frame and mattress since we can afford it, with the sales that are going on now.

My twin 13 yr old girls have graduated to a larger bed. We have shopped many stores. Yesterday we visited your store and the sales person was so great and patient with them. After about an hour of trying every bed in the store, twice!! they choice what i can only hope is their last mattress until they go to college. Lol Thank you for all your help. 5 Stars goes to my experience starting with the Mattress Firm Store to the Best Sleep and Comfort on my new mattress! Here’s my story. It was a late Sunday afternoon and I noticed the Big Red Balloon with SALE on it in front of Mattress Firm. I pulled in and there was a woman in the car next to me and she got out saying she just locked up and she could reopen the store for me. She was the sales manager. I asked about the Sale and she showed me several mattresses and told me I could get me Head Up Adjustable Base with the King Size Mattress and wouldn’t need the box springs.. She also snowed me a variety of king size pillows and were on sale as well.. she let me try out the different pillows from firm to soft.. I bought 2 pillows for the price of 1. She also sold me a mattress protector and was on sale as well! After I paid for everything, she told me I would hear from the delivery company and that it would be delivered on the following Wednesday. I could choose from me installing it once the delivery guys delivered to inside the door or the delivery drivers could bring the merchandise inside the store and install it. I chose for them to deliver it inside the door. I received an automated phone call on Tuesday saying a delivery was scheduled on Wednesday and Friday would receive another message on Wednesday .. I received the next phone call on Wednesday morning saying my delivery will be between 10:30 am and 12:30 pm. A big delivery truck pulled in around 12 noon and 2 very nice men brought the mattress, base and other merchandise in and explained to us how to install the base.. After we installed the Base and mattress, we laid on it for a short time.. but the real test was the next morning.. we both agreed it’s the BEST SLEEP and COMFORT we had in a long time.. I would suggest anyone to buy from Mattress Firm!

She asked what type and size mattress would I be interested in.I explained I’m looking for twin bed mattresses , she said we have a temper-pedi on sale today 50% off. She proceeded to place the mattress on the bed frame, it really felt good to my body so I purchased two. Being a good sales person, she explained the different mattress pads with costs. Went to mattress firm (1) and was greeted professionally by a young man who assisted me with a sale until he said he had to order it and it would be here by Friday, the thing is I needed a mattress set urgently. I thank him and went somewhere else. No success. Spotted mattress firm (2) was greeted professionally. Before I started shopping around I asked Ms. Sheila did she have anything that I could take home today she checked her inventory and told me that what I was looking for at the warehouse made a sale on the spot.
