Great bed, thank you Mike! Mike is a retired Business Executive - no worries about it being sketchy … as a woman it’s nice to be able to go alone trying to set up your guest room and not worry! We got a Queen in the $500 range, for our guest room and when one of us has to quarantine and it’s PERFECT. What an amazing experience! I needed a box spring immediately as I just got my new bed and mattress that didn’t come with one. I was thinking it would take a few days for delivery but when I contacted Mike at Mattress By Appointment he was so efficient! Mike was super amazing and speedy quick with the ENTIRE process. I just got back from town not even 24 hours ago to a new apartment that needs all new things including mattresses. I was referred to Mike by a friend and from the minute we were connected, he was nothing but overly helpful and accommodating. He offered great advice and recommendations about the mattresses he offered and was super patient when trying out which mattress might be the best fit for me. Within a two week time-frame I brought in two of my own friends so they could get mattresses as well, just because it was such a genuine experience, unlike traditional stores where they try to sell you the most expensive item. Not only was he fair in pricing, but he always approached us from a place from integrity and was even nice enough to drive us home with our mattresses. :) definitely, 100% recommend and will be going back.

Mike has been there for me! When I first came in the shop I was looking for a twin bc I was on a budget and seriously needed something better than an air mattress 🙄. After a couple hours and some patience, he educated me on proper bedding, explained you really need to lay on the bed to get a good feel because I was just sitting...HUGE difference! So I was sold on one...finally! Had it for a short while, then it got damaged by some people I rented from. But guess who was there in my time of crisis and need for sleep!? ....Mike! Luckily I tested EVERY bed in his shop. So this trip was much easier!
