We tried a variety of mattresses and the guy that helped us was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the different kinds of mattresses as well as firm vs softer mattresses. I didn't know that firm mattresses were better for back sleepers and softer mattresses for people that sleep on their sides. We found the right mattress for us and got it at a great price. My kids love there new comfy beds! I'm on the fence about my experience... 1. Initially I thought I purchased my items at a good price but then I was out shopping for other household items and saw Mattresses on sale for similar price with a better return policy. 2. I was told once the items leave the store the policy is no refunds... And u have to sign a form, stating u received the items and the items have left the store. 3. Customer Service wasn't bad but I feel like it could have been better. 4. I also had to wait a few days for 1 mattress to come in from another store or manufacturer. I should have received a call about one of the mattresses coming in, but I reached out 1st...

Niqui was super friendly, down 5o earth and knowledgeable. My budget, unfortunately, is tight and she understood. No pressure sales, patient and honest. Got bed in a box, all my budget could allow right now. I probably could have gotten cheaper at big lots or Walmart, but I needed to at least see bed and try, plus customer service is very important to me. She helped loaded it in the car, too. This is a great place to find whatever mattress you're looking for. In just a few questions Niqui honed in on what our needs were, led us several mattresses until we found one we both liked, and then left us alone to spend a long time laying there to let us get a feel for it. Prices are great, and there's no sales pressure at all, but she was very knowledgeable about the products offered. We had the new mattress delivered within 48 hours! We've had it for almost a week and couldn't be happier. Thank you so much!!!

Mark's Mattress is a good place. I went there to look for a King size mattress with box stand. They had a very comfortable mattress which came with a smart frame. They got it delivered the next day. I am glad I went to this place. Reasonably priced and great service. The delivery guys were very efficient. They set the bed where I asked them to, fairly quickly. They didn't leave behind any trash.

Jeff helped us make the right decision and had it delivered to us just 2 days later (we bought in a Sunday). The delivery went smooth and they took our old mattress for recycling for only $25! Had a great experience with Jeff. He was helpful without being pushy. He didn't hover over us and just let us spend as much time as we needed trying all the beds. We actually only went in to get a couple of twin beds, but ended up also buying a king size (2 twin XL) bed for ourselves with the adjustable base since we didn't have a pushy salesman standing over us.

This is my second experience with this store and it was even better than the first. I was literally in and out within 10 minutes and I got EXACTLY what I wanted. Monique was excellent. I told her what I wanted, gave her my price limit and she got me everything I wanted (mattress, box springs, delivery, haul away, mattress cover and taxes) within a few dollars of what I quoted her. I walked in here not expecting to walk right back out with a new mattress! They have financing through Acina, which I didn't think I had good enough credit to receive, but I did!! Thankfully, Monique helped me throughout my entire purchase and was more than helpful with all of my needs. Monique definitely goes above and beyond what she has to actually do. The saleswoman (nequi) who works the weekend shift was so patient with us and took the time to show us everything we asked about and offered us multiple ways to get discounts for what we wanted. I recently got a discounted bed from marks mattress. I was told It was the prototype for the new line.of sleep natural mattresses. I am a finicky and persistent shopper who wants the best deal money can buy. I’m sleeping on the new pillow top with the foam encased microcoil system. It feels like I’m hovering as I lightly sink. This bed design is magical. There needs-to be a monument honoring the designers. The most comfortable bed design on the market. This bed was part of a comfort exchange. It is a great policy. Maybe a bit stringent but I gained respect of it as I was able to have time to shop for the right comfort balance for me. I’ve been to all the stores in the nashville area more than once. Marks knows how to pick an excellent sales staff. Everyone has a handle on how to interact at a professional level that has no hint of pressure. And the knowledge about the product construction is up there too. All in all, a superior shopping experience. Excellent staff, product lines and an ever changing discounted item selection. And the new micro coil sleep natural mattresses are hands down the most comfortable and apparently long lasting beds on the market with a 20 year warranty! I’ve been on dozens of their mattresses and tried all their inventory. On last thing. About every two weeks they have nearly new inventory in their stores. So apparently they move mattresses! Go sleep natural. You will not be disappointed...zzzzzzzz...best night’s sleep ever...night after night...guaranteed!!!
